I never thought my mom would be so happy. From day one the staff in the entire place have been outstanding. Her apt. Is lovely, the surroundings are beautiful, the maintenance thorough, the food better than a 5 star restaurant - everyone aims to please. The confidence of having her in such a safe, wonderful place is an answer to our prayers.

Toured the facility with my mom last week and we were totally impressed by all the amenities and overall feel of the community. Lunch there was so so but the dessert was on point! The Landon is at the top of my mother's list for residency once the sale of her home is final. Also, Kim the leasing person was nice and very informative, she was quite understanding that we couldn't commit right away.

I am thrice blessed with The Landon at Lake Highlands. Happily, my parents were residents here and then I was able to gain a position of employment almost 8 years ago! To this day, I can honestly say that this is the best place that I have worked. Our residents are phenomenal as is our staff. Our Calendar is full of so many events that talk to many different interests, our wellness center offers safe, effective, enjoyable classes for your well being and our Dining venues offer a wide variety of items to tempt everyone's taste buds. Proud to be a part of this team!!

My dad moved into the Landon at Lake Highlands last January and we continue to be more than impressed with this facility. My dad is so happy and comfortable here and much of the reason is because of the extremely helpful and kind staff, like Tameka Thompson and Richard at the front desk, who always go out of their way to make sure all our needs are met quickly and thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this senior living facility to family and friends.

I have had the pleasure of working with The Landon at Lake Highlands as a Bistro chef a few times now. I love this place! The amenities, grounds, and homes are beautiful! The residents are absolutely wonderful, and my coworkers were always willing to help. The leasing staff are amazing and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home! You won’t find a better place for your family members to call home!

It's difficult to put into words how much this place means to me. My Dad has multiple conditions that make living alone at home untenable. He is a proud and strong man who has achieved a lot in his life and leaving the home he has known was difficult. The change that has occurred in the 2 weeks since he came to the Landon has been like the dawning of a new day! Even in the context of "independent living" there is SO MUCH support here! Breakfast with the gang in the morning, supervised exercise and engaging classes in the early afternoon, field trips to wherever the consensus decides, cars available for reservation for errands, the quiet environment, capable security, chef prepared meals, on-site exam room for doctor visits, on-site salon, and the welcoming atmosphere for family and friends are just a few of the many features. It is like Dad was "awakened" and is much more engaged in life, is happier, and spreads joy to to others! The support has turned back his clock by years! If you have the means for this place, it will be a bargain to offer your loved one a space here. I look forward to my own eligibility for residence here!

Very rarely have I come across someone like Sara Bartolone, the Wellness Director at The Landon. Her extensive knowledge (a degree in exercise physiology) and experience would qualify her for a 5 star rating. But what really sets her apart is her genuine interest in providing the kind of guidance and support that is so important in helping the elderly rehab from a serious injury. In addition to Sara's expertise, the Wellness Center also has a Fitness Room furnished with all the equipment you'd expect to find in a serious gym. When I first contacted Sara, she spent 40 minutes on the phone with me, answering questions and providing suggestions on how we could help my friend use the Wellness Center at The Landon to recover from surgery after she fell and broke her hip. With Sara's help and encouragement my friend has made remarkable improvement both in her physical stamina and her overall outlook for the future. Sara and the Wellness Center are a key reason why I would recommend The Landon to any of my friends or family.

Working with the team at The Landon at Lake Highlands has been such a pleasure. They are professional, warm and very hands on with making sure their residents are safe and taken care of on a daily basis. I would recommend them without a second thought because they genuinely care!

This is a beautiful facility. Everyone there is so nice. Nancy goes above and beyond and make sure everyone is taken care of from the residents as well as family members and staff. I have been working in this community since 2015 and Nancy was just as knowledgeable, ambitious, sweet and caring then as she is now. Nancy is the key reason why I would recommend this facility. People like Nancy who are caring and kind make this place feel like a home. The Landon At Lake Highlands should be everyone’s first choice for senior living

Working here at The Landon, it doesn't feel like work at all. Thanks to the best residents in town, our associates love coming to work and love what they do!

My husband and I filled out the survey together so I would refer you to that to see how very much we like The Landon of Lake Highlands as our home. The facilities offer all we could want and more! We mentioned so many things we like about it and still did not get everythng. Our apartments are very well designed with many extras and we have garages, carports and storage units availabe. Additional dining facility, The Bistro, is available for breakfast and lunch until 2PM. We have an outdoor heated pool and lovely landscaping with Magnolia trees, roses, flower beds, etc. We also have a fenced dog park right at the back of our section of the facility. We are close to shopping, White Rock Lake Park and the Dallas Arboreum. All in all a great place to live!

The Landon is such a beautiful living center! The people are very nice and helpful! The staff is so quick to update the family when anything happens and that is something I really appreciate!

My neighbor has decided to move in to this community. The times that I have gone with her I have been impressed. The staff are so friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate your needs. We also had lunch in their dinning room and the food was fabulous. I know my neighbor will enjoy living at The Landon.

As a visiting healthcare provider I have been very impressed with the vibrant culture and the plentiful amenities. The management team has combined decades of experience proving it is a place people want to work and serve. As a fellow community member I have many friends and neighbors with family who share wonderful stories from their loved ones living at Landon. Everyone wants to enjoy graceful retirement in a vibrant and luxurious place like Landon where engaging activities and wellness are paramount. Cami always has some new activity to enjoy cheering folks up and Sara keeps em moving... ALOT, and now they do it in swimming with their aquatics exercise trainers in the newly refurbished heated pool!

The most warm & welcoming Independent Living community in Dallas. Great residents, busy having fun with a million activities. The leadership is caring and professional. If I needed IL services now, I would go to The Landon at Lake Highlands

So impressed with the staff and how they try to bring informational and timely activities along with numerous educational opportunities to their residents. I have been so fortunate to work with them on several. Sara is exceptional and caring. As someone who is in a lot of communities, the Landon at Lake Highlands is definitely 5 stars!

The residents are very kind and I enjoy every moment of this place. Tameka was very sweet and she helped the moving process be very easy and I enjoy her presence being so uplifting and positive. An the overall atmosphere being very comforting.
