Had the Torta Box and I have to say they were delicious👌they even put some jalapeños asados for those that like to eat their food with a little heat. Do want to say thank you Misael Torres for the present today i won the torta box🤗my entire family were blessed with dinner today everything was on point. We also bought some conchas and they were warm and fresh everything was perfect. Will be back again.

For the price of the food I believe I was going to get some great Mexican food. I was disappointed the meat as well as the bread we’re dry the sauce is too thick taste like vinegar. Their Jamaica water was watered down not worth the $7 of water. The lettuce and tomatoes did taste fresh though.

Very delicious pan dulces tacos tortas and of course the aguas frescas no artificial 🤤

Anañel Mendoza who said is the Supervisor and said that the manager is not present in that moment, Anañel didn't wanted to open the restroom for an older person who is in conditions of disability and from a child who is around 9-10 years old, others and I ask her to open the door from the restroom and she didn't wanted to opened and never went to open it, she said we need a receipt to enter, and if I wanted to order something else from the restaurant the line to order was long and not all customers keep their receipts after they are done because we didn't knew we need a receipt and was talking disrespectful I told her is a kid who wants to use it and Anañel didn't care she ignored me. Next time by law I'm sending her to court for not letting in people to the restroom when it's an emergency for a child an older people. Good Customers is everything not just serving and selling food good customer is attending them what they need too.

Food was good, the place isn't very clean and it feels a bit scary yet it was tasty the food!!!

Great place but nasty food got the runs after I bought a burrito no good but the people are cool and nice price are pretty high 15 bucks for a burrito

Disappointing Experience with Pricing Discrepancy at Gallo Giro I have been a regular customer at Gallo Giro and have always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have left me with a sense of disappointment. This is the second time I've encountered a pricing discrepancy for a specific item that was advertised at $6.39 on the menu, but I was charged $7.99 at the cashier. During my previous visit, the manager on duty promptly resolved the issue, but on my most recent visit, my request to speak with the manager went unanswered. The cashier, allegedly following the manager's instructions, offered me a modified version of the dish, excluding the beans, rice, and tortilla. This was a departure from the usual quality and service I've come to expect from Gallo Giro. I've attached pictures of both the receipt and the menu display to illustrate the pricing inconsistency. It's disheartening to encounter such discrepancies, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues and prevent them from recurring in the future. I appreciate the efforts of the Gallo Giro staff in the past, and I sincerely hope the restaurant can maintain the high standards that have made it a favorite dining spot.

I was surprised at how good the food was! I had expected dried out food from the chafing trays, but it was moist and flavorful, with the cook asking me directly how I wanted my egg cooked. Reasonably priced, good quality food.

They always mess up my order .... I hate onions & cilantro so i always ask PLEASE no onions on my food !! I check my food when it's handed to me and yup you guessed it has onions and cilantro... So i have to go back to let them know and the ladies who hand me the food get upset that i bring it back so that it gets remade... and to top it off they get even more upset when i ask for extra salsa like miss girl is there a limit ???

Food was delicious. I wish they gave bigger portions of meat for their prices tho. Ordered 2 big taco combo, 1 pastor and 1 carne asada. The asada portion of meat was about half the pastor portion

I like coming here, I noticed they made renovations in which I don’t mind a new change. I think it’s pretty cool! I have been coming here for more than a decade it keeps getting better. Just that one time I felt that they add a bit to much salt on the milanesa but overall, keep up the great work! Thank you for the essential workers for good customer service! I didn’t get to see the restroom but yes I liked how they would try to keep them clean back even before.

I like the food here, but the staff and management here are inadequate. The staff literally gave our food away without checking receipts or order number to people that intentionally took our food to get a free meal. We complained about the situation to management (the Manager's name is Alvaro) and even pointed out the people that stole our food, who were still sitting at the table next to us enjoying their free meal that was supposed to be ours. Management did nothing but had us wait longer for the employees to remake our food and didn't compensate us for the trouble and their mistakes. Never coming to this location again!

The line was long and very slow moving. They had one employee working the cash register. The food was overpriced, the portions are small, and the food is just ok. The dining area is big, but it fills up. Parking is a challenge.

Just stop to have lunch, we order 2 Carnitas tortas and ask for Chile asado, the lady gave me one And I ask for another one, the lady said she can only give one per order So I said ok I 2 orders the lady said I cannot give you another One, I have to ask my manager, so she ask and the manager Said it was ok, s d the carnitas had no flavor, they totally Lost flavor, will nit be back at all

I bought tamales of different sorts and one was missing. Mistakes can happen, but I called them and the girl hanged up on me even before I explained. I thought maybe we got disconnected and when I call again (3 times) she didn't answer. So the review is based on her bad customer service in top of the missing order. ****Always look at your order before driving off**** It's not worth it going back for one tamale, although her attitude makes me want to go and say "you can look it up in your cameras and I have the receipt so we can prove I'm missing one tamale" But all of that for one tamale is not worth it. But the least I can do is warn others to **** ALWAYS ALWAYS check your order ****" before driving off.

The carnitas family pack was excellent. Out of three locations we've visited, this one leaves something to be desired. Lots of locals asking customers to buy bracelets and other knickknacks so you feel like you're in Mexico. But would still come back for the delicious food.

Place is not what it used to be years ago before they were bought out and it all went down the drain, restaurants, food quality and prices. However, this one location is looking almost like the original, as far as food quality again. Not quite the atmosphere of the original and with all the people that don't want to work anymore the look of the place and expectations are probably never going to be like the original bit is a good attempt. I'll definitely will be back when I'm in the area again.

I have eaten here twice and both experiences have been awful. First time had a chile relleno the beans and rice had no flavor and tasted old had no sauce over it. Second time I ordered rice and a tamale the rice was drowning in oil just terrible to the point I had to throw away my food. For the high price you are better off eating at a taco stand better tasting food and waaaaaay cheaper food. You would think for the amount they charge the food would taste better. Nope not at all!!!!!!!!

Went to gallo giro while waiting in line to order security guard and homeless man arguing back and forth while employees and. Customers view security guard says meet me outside to homeless man after 9pm managemnt saw heard and did nothing just let excalate situation with guard which was unprofressional of him.

Tortas are so delicious, mamey and horchata aguas frescas are so refreshing and narural, also we took some bolillos and conchas gallogiro THE BEST! 🙂👍
