Evans Air Svcs rescued me from having to deal with the worse company for a/c -Advanced Appliance Svc. Advanced tried to rip me off. Evans Air Svcs is knowledgeable and dependable and they get your a/c fixed properly and efficiently. Evans is my hear. Thank you Evans!

Installed new ac over summer had to call them to come out to look at heater and they came out today and fixed the issue the new smart thermostat was not that smart but they fixed and now it works. Will use them every time

Updated June 2023 Terrific after sale service. Great friends. Updated review June 2021: They keep on doing so many things right. Yes. My AC died right in the middle of the six days of 115-degree heat. Most places will come out on a Saturday (thanks Kyle) but when the unit would not stay fixed, Brian came out. He took the time to explain all my options. We decided to follow their example to buy a Bosch. Only with the pandemic, there is a shortage of units. But it gets better. On Monday morning Michael called all the suppliers and only found two units in the Phoenix area and snagged one for me. Brian came by on Tuesday to measure the roof pitch and a small army showed up at 5:30AM on Wednesday morning to get as much done as possible. Thursday they were back at 5:30AM to cut a hole in the roof for the unit (it was raining the day before) and get everything ready for the crane. By noon, there was cool air running and they were cleaning everything up. One measure of their goodness was they moved the garbage can out away from the curb so it would be easier for the garbage truck to get to it. Nice touch. Not only did we go from a split system (one on the ground and one in the attic) to a package unit on top of the home, the Bosch unit is amazing. I can barely hear it and the temperature doesn't fluctuate. There is no cycle on to cool down and cycle off and heat up. It is the same all the time. I am completely spoiled now. Thanks to Michael, Brian, Jordon, Kyle and (I forgot his name-sorry) for reducing the pain and helping me get to this place. Previous review: Excellent. That describes their business model. These folks do it right. I consider them friends. On the last visit, the technician helped with drainpipes that had come loose, replaced an inexpensive part (which was included in the service) and answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with Evans AC and would highly recommend them. We received a fair quote, prompt answers to our questions, and no pressure to purchase. They protected the surrounding areas in our home at the install and were very helpful during the install. We will definitely return to Evans in the future. .

I had to replace the A/C on my 2-story home in July. The day my A/C unit went down Brian from Evans Air was able to get me on the schedule for a service call the same day. Within 15 minutes of arrival Brian diagnosed the issue with my A/C as a failed compressor and was able to give my wife and I a full run-down of our options on a new unit verse compressor replacement. Brian provided his complete input on all our questions and my wife and I were able to get our home schedule for an A/C unit replacement the very next day. June in AZ is never fun, add the fact that on a day that is 110 degrees, our AC stopped working. We called Evan’s Air Conditioning, after hours and to our surprise they answered the call. They came out the next day, as scheduled, and made a quick fix to our AC dilemma. Instantly we started to get some relief and now we wait till our house goes from 90 degrees to the normally set temp of 76. Brian Evans, the tech and owner of the company was professional, honest, clearly explained the situation and made a quick repair. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Mr. Evans, and would highly recommend him for any and all AC or HVAC issues or installs.

These guys are the best! My whole family goes to them for HVAC issues. I've never had a time they haven't showed up the same day I called or called me back. All of them are so friendly. My AC went out a few years ago on a Friday in September and they came out and managed to find me a new AC and install it that same day. Just recently Kyle came out to diagnose a problem with my AC the same day I called. I have used Evans AC for over 10 years now and they are nothing but professional and courteous as well as do a great job. They replaced our two 20 yr old units with Bosch variable Split units almost two years ago. Fantastic work, and the units have been flawless to date. We have seen a constant 40+% savings on energy bill during the summer and the house stays noticeably cooler. Brian stopped in for yearly maintenance today; Punctual, professional, and very helpful.
