Google free clinic and Mercy clinic came up, Needed mercy and this place had none. Sat in a packed waiting room for 2hours took me in the back signed me up with a card gave me an appointment then literally called me and said we wont help you. Needed medical attention and medication and it didnt matter. They are heartless and could careless about my situation, So they should rename it No mercy clinic.

Doctors and "some" staff are excellent who genuinely love to help people regardless of any background! but some (especially one who handles phone calls) are gruesome they do not respect, they don't know how to talk with elders such a shame to confront those people in a NGO like this! they will realize the feeling when someone else will talk to them rudely when they will become one (old)! i request management to teach some lessons to the team on how to talk politely keeping patience! Thank you

The experience that I had at Metropolitan Clinic was like no other. The staff were very polite, professional, courteous, genuine, sincere and unbelievably understanding. The wait time was no time at all, doctors and nurses were very considerate. I would Definitely recommend everyone to go there for their outstanding personal and staff.

I brought my wife up for an appointment, her app was at 4pm we came here 20 minutes before it and guest what 4:50pm and we still waiting, Blanca name of the person who messed up my wife schedule. We find out at 4:52pm We know that this is a great help for Us but some people don't understand the importance of appreciate human beings.

Dr. Keith Hull is the best doctor I have had in US. At the clinic people care about us. They’re very efficient.

I have been waiting 2 hours and 20 mnts. Very slow patience service. The worst place. The front desk are not polite at all. The woman who was supposed to put my inf in the system just moved my papers and told me to wait for 40mnts. And another 60mnts To make an appointment. Total time 2 hours and 30 mnts. This is ridiculous

We been coming to mercy health clinic for years. The staff are amazing the nurses like Glenda is always helpful and extremely sweet. Manuel is honestly by far the greatest as well as Gaby who always receive us with a big smile. The pharmacy lady is always kind and informative. I highly recommend going there, not only have they help my mom and dad infinitely, but the staff is always welcoming. Gustavo.

When i walked into the clinic with my old mother, everyone was nice and willing to help, great staffs and lovely people, and one person who really standout was a young lady JASMINE. I had an amazing experience, everyone is so kind and informative on important aspects of health and mental health. Manuel was so helpful, he helped look more into the importance of nutrition and how it can affect me in different ways. This clinic does amazing things for the community and I hope it gets recognized more for it.

My experience today was great, I had an appointment at the nutrition and vacination center of mercy health clinic. I was helped by Mr. Manuel who gave me the second dose of the HPV vaccine and explain to me how important it is to get out health im check and also told me to always keep going and looking for better opportunities and new ways to progress in life.

Mercy Clinic has been my home clinic for a while. I especially want to give thanks to Jasmin the referrals coordinator who has helped me so much in my case! Dr. Hull has been my care provider and he is the best. Overall I am happy with my overall care at Mercy
