I get there, they gave me door# 44..six hours later im in the door with my reefer running and they say this load was supposed to get picked up yesterday and the driver that was gonna pick it up left and so they didn’t cancel the apt. So apparently everything on my own conformation didn’t matter. It was between them and the broker. you tell me this 6 hrs later? After the broker and the whole country went to sleep? Very disappointed! Employees got a good attitude, I just wish they would’ve communicated like a professional!

Lumpers here are rude, and they will make every excuse not to let you on the dock to unload yourself. The next time I come here, I will take pictures of the load in my trailer to prove them wrong about my load. They say that the pallets are "pinwheeled," which they are not just so they can add an unessesary charge to the lumping. If you want to unload your own truck, be prepared for them to make a stink about it.

Great experience. I came at 5am this morning for 9:30am delivery. Guard Lady was very nice to let me wait In parking lot until dock was ready for me. 7:20am gave me dock 7:43 unloaded. Only thing is getting in on dock is very hard because not to much room(wall in front of docks), I was lucky guy removed his trailer and gave me some extra room. Everything was easy and fast!

Appointment was at 0600. Got there at 0440 and had to wait until 0500 to check in. They immediately put me on a door, then took almost 8 hours to unload. BOL showed 24 pallets, their count showed 50 pallets, BOL showed 2,600 pieces, their count showed almost 4,000 pieces.. then left a pallet with no explanation or documentation. Facility itself wasn’t hard to find, but it’s a very tight space when you first enter. If you’re not there before 0500, you’ll be out in the road waiting to get through the gate.

Honestly I want give millions of 0 stars to this place , because I applied for job , and I have good experience . The man who did for me the interview He doesn't know how to ask questions and he was talking on phone and asking me few questions. At this time I know 100% they not hire me . After one week they sent me stupid email sorry we received a lot of emails. WORSE place I never wast my time to apply for this place.

I had no problems with my experience here. It was easy to find. The check in process was simple. Plenty of room to maneuver. You drop the trailer, wait for unload and lumper than BOL's. Simplicity at its finest. And the staff was cordial. Would come here again with no complaints...

Directions from St. Louis area: I-55N to I-355N to I-290W to X-1B E. Higgins / IL 72. • Go thru the light & stay on Frontage Rd. • Turn RIGHT on IL 58 GOLF RD & follow it for 5.8 miles. • Turn RIGHT on Weiboldt Rd & follow signs to Sysco guard house. I checked-in an HOUR early for a noon appt & got a door right away. Paid lumper fee & rolled out 3hrs later. Good luck drivers!!

Some of the doors are very hard to back in with sleeper. If you are having a hard time, you could ask the shagg drivers to help. Also, there is no drivers lounge, not even a restroom. How is that legal.

Showed up on time and was unloaded quickly. Just over an hour from start to finish. Highly recommend. Easy to find & extremely friendly guards and receiving office personal. No lumper / straight pull. Check in at guardshack, drop trailer in door. Park by watertower. Bring your paperwork to office. They call you when done.

Hate to go against the grain here, but I have to give them five stars, it was easy check in, lots of room to maneuver, and I was unloaded an hour and a half after my appointment. Great job Sysco đź‘Ť

4 hours to unloaded. Then they left this product in my truck. They are not responsible for this product. And told me you should hold it with you.

Tried applying here about a month ago, they call me into their facility for an interview for the order selector job and I wait for over an hour for the interview even though I was there on time. (I'm a patient person) Then they begin the interview and they ask me questions about my background and why I want to work here then at the end of the interview when they were asking about me they completely said the wrong name. And they did an interview for a person who was one hour ahead.(so the interview I was in was for someone else because they made me wait an hour) I ended up not being able to get the job even after reapplying even though they said in their job description "Immediately hiring no experience needed" I feel I wasn't even given a fair chance as the recruitment process at sysco is extremely sloppy and they mistook me for a whole different person. I wouldn't rely on applying here if you want a new job if you are like me and want to leave a crummy job behind you these people will most likely mess up your process of joining and you will be denied.

An absolutely marvelous company that delivers products all over.

  • 5/5 Eric S. 11 months ago on Google
The guy heard people taking about how bad Sysco is and jumped right in to tell us no long wait today. Seems like they are making improvements to speed up unload times. He was really adamant about making an impression. I believe they are trying to turn it into a better experience. Was in and out in two hours only be because I had stackable products.

After reading all bad comments, i was afraid that we will wait for a while, but for some reasons it took only 30 minutes to unload our trailer. Delivery appt 10:30AM, paperwork in hands 11:00AM. Amazing.

Appointment at6 am door right away, unloaded and paper work in hand by 8 am. Only reason for 4 stars is capstone made a total mess of the trailer and broke a load lock.

Nice people just the west retaining wall need moved 15 to 20 foot to give more maneuver room for dock 14-17 just to make it a little easier to get the 53 ft trailers in easier for otr drivers position there trucks better

Easy to find, easy Check in. I got door 70. Lil tight due to cars parked along fence but doable. Open doors, back in. Drop trailer go back the way you came in and go to water tower then walk bills to receiving office then wait for call

Interview was at 6:00pm got there early. They stated they can’t take me in and that they will call me back for another interview. How unprofessional of a company for not keeping their word the first time. What a waste of time and gas. The parking lot guard even stated “they do this everytime”. Get it together !

Took 2 hours to get empty. Appt was at 10:30am. Arrived 10:15am. Out with paperwork at 12:35pm. Lumper was pre-paid. You need to drop trailer and wait. Can't complain
