I
was
planning
my
trip
to
Chicago
and
suddenly
realized
I
was
going
to
need
transportation
from
the
airport
with
a
stop
along
the
way
prior
to
reaching
my
destination.
I
had
never
hired
a
transportation
service
before
and
was
more
than
apprehensive.
I
looked
at
reviews
online
for
a
couple
services
that
had
been
recommended
by
the
hotel
I
was
going
to
and
one
had
horrible
reviews
and
the
other
was
nowhere
to
be
found.
I
finally
googled
best
rated
transportation
service
in
Chicago
and
EJ
Concierge
Ride
Inc.
came
up.
I
began
reading
the
reviews
and
was
astounded
by
what
everyone
was
saying.
I
called
to
get
a
rate
and
EJ
answered
the
phone.
He
was
very
patient
with
all
of
my
questions
and
coached
me
on
how
to
complete
the
online
reservation.
He
offered
me
a
good
price
including
the
stopover
that
I
had
to
make.
He
even
called
me
back
when
he
saw
a
missed
call
from
me
a
few
minutes
later
that
happened
by
accident
while
I
was
trying
to
put
the
phone
number
in
my
phone
because
he
was
concerned
that
I
had
another
question.
I
received
excellent
communication
exactly
as
promised
when
I
landed
at
the
airport.
From
the
beginning
of
my
questions
to
the
end
of
my
transportation
I
couldn't
have
had
better
service
or
felt
more
safe
and
well
taken
care
of!
It
is
so
hard
to
find
this
level
of
professionalism
and
consideration
for
the
customer
in
any
business
anymore
and
I
am
thrilled
that
I
was
able
to
find
EJ
and
his
service.
