Kenfield Golf Cars were super easy to work with. I had been looking for a golf cart for a while. Other cart places would not know what they had coming in stock and had no follow-through. It was great working with Kaleb. He is very knowledgeable and was able to get us in to a cart very quickly. Highly recommend!

WOW! Our experience today could not better define being in the right place at the right time! I was dropping off our business golf car for its routine service, and I asked Kaleb what other UTV's and utility golf cars they had in stock. As we were looing at the UTV, my wife spotted this beauty! As soon as she saw it, I knew it was going home with us. Kaleb made this process so simple and painless. Since we have been using Kenfield for service for over 10 years, we left feeling great about the purchase.

He helped with several items; helped me look at the inventory, answer any and all questions I had, go through the whole financing and approval process. I had his undivided attention somehow even though he was also greeting at the door. Now I have a cute new golf cart for my neighborhood and it was never an unnerving experience. I like good, honest service. That is exactly what I we got with Kenfield. We have an older, 36V Club Car. We've done our share of repairs at home. When it stopped running this last time, we couldn't figure it out. We expected the worst. We were referred to Kenfield from a friend, dropped our cart off, and crossed our fingers. These guys were quick and accurate in their diagnosis and repair (less than two weeks all in). I picked it up today and we are back in business. It was faster service at a lower cost than I expected. They even took care of a couple of other issues (tire fix, etc) just as a courtesy. Great team. I would definitely recommend them. We'll be back if/when we need service.

Even after arriving near closing time Kaleb Mullen stayed late and helped me find my parents the perfect golf cart for them. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. After answering a ton of questions and explaining the pros and cons of different options I feel we made a great choice for my parents and they are going to love the new cart.

Kaleb Mullen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to take alot of extra time enabling us to find the perfect golf cart. His information helped us in chosing extras which we know will make it safer for our grandchildren, friends, and my husband who has Parkinson disease to ride with me.

We bought used 2016 in 2019, EZgo. It wasn’t running good and they suggested to put an upgraded controller which we did. The cart ran better but had stopped randomly several times and we had to tow it back. It was in the shop probably 6 times or so, I feel. It typically stops with jerky motions and we have to het it fixed- and I reported that. Finally it was completely dead and Kenfield said we didn’t maintain it properly- it’s electric, we charge and go and add distilled water periodically. They said the motor was gone because of our misuse, wanted $2000 to fix it. I sent the cart to Golf carts of Austin. They said motor was fine and it actually ran. Problem was the after market controller was too powerful for the motor and pushing it too hard. They dialed it down and it ran for a bit. Shortly after they delivered it to me it stopped again. They will not remove the after market controller/ they only work with factory stuff. I could send it to Kenfield but I don’t trust them. I don’t know if they are lying or if they don’t know what they are doing. It’s bad either way.

I run a kids summer camp and needed to rent golf carts for the summer to help with operations of the camp (especially in this summer heat.). After looking around, I found Kenfield Golf Cars to be the best best priced rentals, and they were a pleasure to work with. I worked with Adam throughout the process and he made everything easy. Quick responses via text and email kept everything moving smoothly, which is exactly what I needed given how busy our schedule is. The carts themselves were reliable, even in hot weather. We encountered one small issue and Adam was quick to answer with details to get the issue resolved. He went above and beyond. One of the best parts was how flexible they were. Pick-up and drop-off times were adjustable to fit our schedule, which allowed us to fit into schedules of some of other camp staff to handle transportation. I'm definitely using Kenfield Golf Cars again next summer and would recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and affordable golf cart rentals.

After researching local Club Car dealers, ordered a Club Car Onward from Kenfield. The cart arrived from the factory with a couple of "cosmetic" issues and worked with Kaleb to address. Overall experience with everyone from sales to delivery was handled in a professional and courteous manner. Recommend considering Kenfield if you are in the market for a cart. They offer competitive pricing and superior Customer Service.

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I searched online for fasteners and couldn’t find what I needed. They knew exactly what we needed (7 different fasteners) and pulled them together in a couple minutes. Pricing was excellent, especially when compared to what is available online. I’d recommend going in rather than wasting time and money online. Guys are pros.

Marcus and Kaleb were very helpful and informative. I needed to replace a single battery for our golf cart, had a wiring issue and ruined the one we had. Was concerned it was going to be costly and confusing but they made it simple to understand what caused the issue and helped me get the right new battery.
