The skinny , dried up woman at the front counter is the perfect definition of nasty . In fact her picture should be next to the word nasty in the dictionary as she is the perfect example . Numerous complaints with various agencies and officials will be filed in an attempt to get her fired or at least moved to the back and away from the general public .

The woman that works there slung a bunch of letters on the ground when a man tried to put a letter on the scale to help her , trying to be nice. He is a Disabled American Veteran and was unable to pick them up . She didn't help him , offer to help him nor did she apologize. She did it intentionally. This woman is dangerous to herself and others. She is genuinely nasty and the perfect definition of the word nasty . Red is what I call her has got to go! She is very nasty and rude!! Major attitude, she is definitely not a people person and should not be working with the public. I don't know who hired her? :-):-)On a good note Brandi is awsome always smiling and willing to help!!

I made an attempt to call and sat on hold 39min. Normally I wouldn't stay on hold that long but put phone on speaker and waited to see how long it would take. My question was can I move my elderly parents mailbox on same side of road they live on. They are both disabled and have trouble with their eyesight. Oh well guess I will just do it and see what happens. There is no excuse for ignoring the public you people have a great job don't take it for granted!!!!

Didn't like the way the lady or man left my package in the mailbox wide open so the rain or a their could grab it or mess it up thanks for that no body never does anything to fix it that's union County for ya

Complete joke,Nasty and very rude,,tried explaining situation before being blown off,oh you will need to call here ,call there,complete run around tried explaining that she could look up my address and she just kept talking over me..so I started getting nasty and rude right back..after she hung up on me..shame on you Lisa Robert. .filing a complaint with main office

These people are rude they make up rules to cover them from being lazy and the mail carrier is just as bad mail not being delivered on time causing documents to be late then blames Jacksonville fl for all the problems

Absolutely terrible service worst post office I have ever dealt with and I have traveled all over the country get it together.

Our local postal service and employees are great. We always get excellent customer service and mail delivery.

This is a great office. They have a new Postmaster and he is amazing!

Amazon package delivered today minutes before it started to pour. The package was left on the road at the bottom of our driveway. The package was uncovered (no plastic bag protection), left in a low spot where it floods, and was completely soaked with a disintegrating box in a puddle when I was able to retrieve it. We have a receptical at the top of the driveway for packages. If UPS and FedEx can use it consistently, why not USPS? As a taxpayer provided service, USPS should surpass the commercial services in customer service. Unfortunately, USPS comes in at a far distant 3rd. I would not use USPS if there were an alternative. This is not a new issue - it's ongoing. I would appreciate accurate customer service contact information (not available on the local USPS page) so I can leave a formal complaint.
