I never get involved with writing reviews (good or bad) but feel compelled to do so this time. I had a wonderful experience with Paradise Garage Doors and need to share it. My garage door opener went bad after 14 years. I contacted Liftmaster's customer service who gave me 4 certified dealers, Paradise being one of them. I immediately contacted them and a professional service tech, Josh was at my home the next morning. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He spent a good deal of time explaining what needs to be done and came back the next day with the garage door opener of my choice. He took his time not only to install everything but spent a good amount of time explaining all the bells and whistle of my new opener. Kudos to Josh. Unfortunately there aren't enough professional service techs like Josh. It would make life a lot more pleasant. A true professional!!!

My garage door was creaking, stuttering and getting jammed. Incredibly frustrating. Getting stuck half way open. Looked on the door and saw the sticker from Paradise Garage who fixed my busted springs 5 years ago. So I called them. They answered the phone on the first ring, accommodated my schedule and Danny showed up two days later. He was friendly and courteous, assessed the situation and laid out my repair options. Gave me options for minimally required repairs and full repair so I had options to match my budget. Once we settled on the full repair he went to work and replaced all of my upper components and the cables. Showed me how much easier the door was to lift. Then went through all of the maintenance I needed to do keep this from happening again. Was very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks Danny!

Jay did a great job explaining the things that were broke and what needed to be fixed in order to have an easy time opening our door. He did great fixing our garage door! He explained everything that it was easily understandable and helped show how to use our new garage door opener! Thank you for being so kind and friendly!

Excellent service! Arrived on time and as expected with everything needed to repair my broken garage spring and perform maintenance on this 2004 door. Premium overhaul came w 48 month warranty. Plus they performed maintenance on the other door w no charge. Now both doors are “smooth”!

I called Paradise Garage Doors today and they came out within a few hours and had my doors fixed and also programmed a few remotes for me! Josh was great, knowledgeable, and friendly! I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

We called paradise garage doors to come give us a qoate for a new track. We also called abbaco garage (which the lady on the phone was trying to sell us a new door and tracks wo seeing our garage) A technician named Josh came and looked at our track and door and said we don't need a new track or door qe just need some adjustments and wheels. He was very professional and very nice. It was a pleasure to have him here and I would call and request him everytime if I need something to be fixed again. I highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs. They were not trying to push a new door or track on us like the other company tried to do before even coming out. Very very happy with Josh and paradise garage door.

I was so thankful that the technician, Josh, who came to my home was super knowledgeable about my garage door. He was able to replace my broken spring and replace other parts that were in need of repair. Now I have a working garage door but more importantly, I know who I will be requesting to come back for future garage door needs. Thank you so much Josh!

Really appreciated Jay and Dustin coming to the house for my new garage door opener install. They were prompt, good communication and were able to provide great service. Very happy with the product and will certainly call back when I am ready to replace the doors.

I called Paradise garage yesterday when my garage door would not open and was very pleased that I was able to have a technician come here today. They have come before and told me that I would need new springs, so it was not a surprise said it was time to get them. I liked that Troy was able to provide the history of the previous visits.Troy was very friendly, very cooperative, very attentive and very professional. I would recommend Paradise and Troy to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

Great experience. Ethan came out with only one day notice, arrived timely, gave a courtesy call before arrival, worked quickly and efficiently. Ethan was so great, we had him come back the next week and replace an older opener on the other side of the double garage . Always a great experience with Paradise. Great job Ethan!

Ethan did an excellent job 5 stars, he was very infomative and he was very efficient in his work. The cost of the job was very pricey 3 stars, I think I over paid on the springs and on a good note they were very quick at getting Ethan the tech out to me in a timely manner which was a plus 5 stars. Overall Paradise, did excellent job with the Quality of the work, getting the Tech out to me very quick and just wish it was not as pricey as it was that is why i gave 3 stars. One thing I did dislike they said but all of the service industry is saying now, Covid made all the prices go up and as consumers we are all pretty much tired of hearing this.

Service technicians were professional and courteous and knowledgeable. An exceptional job. HOWEVER, the experience with the business end was less than satisfactory. I was originally told that the tech would arrive between 12-4 on Thursday. After about 4:45 I called the office and was told that due to a limited of technicians and a previous job taking longer than expected, they could not meet that time-frame. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL STATING THIS and wasted 4 hours of my time. We rescheduled for Friday between 9 & 11 (which was later noted that it was between 9 & 1:00) which caused me to change my plans to accommodate that estimate). The techs finally showed up at 12:50 to do the work. The courteous thing would have been to at least give me a call explaining the reason for the delay. If I was asked to refer Paradise to friends, I would have to let them know of this issue and let them take it from there. The price for the job was less than I expected but it's the "business" end that irked me.

Had a service call done on Friday with Ethan, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the type of opener we have and got right to work on the issue. When he was done he took the time to explain what happened and he had some ideas on what we could do to prevent them in the future. Paradise Garage Doors did a great job in a very timely manner, I’d definitely use them again

5 Star service and product all the way around!! Great job installing my hurricane door and new opener. The guys were professional, polite and did a great job. No issues with the framing and installation. When the city came to inspect the door/frame the inspector said Paradise did an excellent job with no issues. He said unfortunately most companies forget the top bolts and have other issues but not Paradise! I had a few estimates and Paradise came in cheaper with a better rated door and opener! Glad I chose Paradise!

Ethan just finished at our new house. He installed a genie quiet garage opener, and the keypad on outside of garage. He was on time, pleasant, and quick to install! We would recommend paradise garage doors.

Ethan did a fantastic job putting new opener up. He replaced a very old opener. He explained all the different door opener options. Wasn't pushy on which one to choice. Ethan was very friendly, took care of running all the new wires quickly. Amazing how fast he was able to get everything done. Highly recommend Paradise Garage Doors and especially Ethan.

Fantastic service from Paradise! Problems with garage doors are never at a planned time, but Paradise Garage Doors was able to come out the next day and take care of it. Our tech, Jay, even called to see if he could come by early, it worked out perfect! I can’t say about wonderful things about Jay and our overall experience with Paradise Garage Doors. The new system that Ethan put in my house is the best , he did a great job connecting and how to use the system he took his time and explaining to me everything step-by-step. He was so professional that I am very happy with this company especially with Ethan.

An unbelievable service, exceptional knowledgeable and caring technicians, better than punctual response, ..., I do not know what else anyone would want. Due pandemic, all orders are with wait time, they got my doors in less than half the wait time I was told, showed up 30 minutes earlier than ETA, and did not leave till the doors were perfectly installed. They must have checked and rechecked 10 times to make sure everything was PERFECT. Seriously, they actually took a wipe and wiped down the doors after installation. I give these people 6 out of 5 stars. As I said, just unbelievably great all around.

Called on a Saturday, they were ready to come then, scheduled for Monday. David called about 10 min out. Went right to work upon arrival. Immediately noticed springs were mis matched, lucky for us as spouse recommended letting them do the repairs. I may have ordered and installed wrong size being a DIY guy.
