I booked our valet spot on line. I created an account and was able to access my reservation easily. I paid in advance, which made things less complicated once we arrived and departed. All they did was scan my QR code! Easy. We arrived, someone off loaded our luggage for 6 out of my van and into the shuttle. We were dropped off at the correct gate, and when we landed home at PHL all you have to do is text the number with your gate and terminal number/letter. They picked us up curbside, and we did the opposite of when we arrived. I would totally recommend! Convenient, affordable and very friendly customer service

Very convenient parking lot, prices are very competitive, my family and I have been parking here for years. There have been some great improvements with the shuttle services, the lot is well lit and we never have to wait on the Shuttle when we arrive in the lot. Give them a try you will be pleased

As a woman traveling alone, I was a little nervous, but everything was fine. Even at 1:30am, lot was well-lit and attended. Staff was friendly and helpful. Located minutes from 95 on-ramp. Loved the relaxing jazz music on the shuttle!

It was very quick to drop off car and hop on airport shuttle. When we landed, we texted at baggage claim and shuttle was there 5 minutes later. Then few minutes later we were at the facility getting the car. I will use them every single time I have a flight out of Philly.

Used first time and very happy with experience. Very efficient and quick service, app is very easy to use. I booked self parking, but self lot was full when arrived and we were offered valet service with no up charge. Shuttle bus was ready to take us to the airport. On the way back used app for return shuttle. Driver asked about number on the ticket and our car was ready upon return to the lot. Highly recommend.

Service was easily scheduled electronically. Arrival process was seamless. Return request for airport pick up was again seamless, efficient & timely. Surprising was the extra fee upon departing the lot. It was very nominal, so no big deal. Then I couldn’t figure out how to use machine it was a late hour and I was too tired to read. Out of nowhere a female attendant arrived to quicken the process. She spoke gently. Her assistance was much appreciated.

Great service. Drivers and attendants all very friendly. The valet service is the best I have experienced. The mobile app is very easy to use when making a reservation or checking on status. The only challenge I see sometimes relates to the volume of drivers for pick up. I often see other parking lot vehicles more frequently while waiting for the Park N Fly bus. Everything else is really great. I recommend Park N Fly to anyone who asks for a PHL parking facility. Thanks and keep up the good work.

The Essington Ave., Philadelphia site is the BEST! I use their services regularly when I fly out of Philadelphia airport. Their website/app make reservations a breeze. The absolute best part of this location is their amazing STAFF! Every single person that I have encountered either while self parking, using the valet services, or the shuttle greets me with a smile, helps with your bags and are so helpful. I feel welcome and very comfortable! Absolutely love the text message I get the morning on my return! "Text us when you arrive and we will come and get you" with a smiley face! Great service at a reasonable price, highly recommend!

I've always been a fan due to the amount of friendly drivers they have and we've never had to wait too long for a shuttle. Some of the new processes are great where they arrive pretty soon after landing. The valet service is great too. Pricing is great too.

We flew into Philadelphia on Monday evening around 6:45. The shuttle arrived very quickly to take us to our car. My father was with us and in a wheel chair. The driver helped get my father onto the shuttle and put the wheel chair on the shuttle as well. Upon arriving at our car (we chose the valet service, I would highly recommend) our car was ready for us. The Valet service packed our car and showed us a better way to load the wheel chair into our car. The shuttle driver and the valet were extremely nice and went above 110%. I would highly recommend Park N Fly

We were pleasantly surprised and pleased by the speed of service with both delivery to the airport and, especially the pick up process. We worked with another company before that it took 3 different shuttles and a lot of frustration before we got a ride back to our vehicle (also took over an hour). This was quick and easy with the sending of a text and then replying back with our Terminal. We had a van within 5 minutes. We weren't in love with how the parking worked at the lot, and it seemed there were more vehicles there than the lot could truly accommodate, but our car was tucked in a quiet spot in the very back, so it worked out. Just glad we brought the small car and not our full-size family car!

Online reservation process was quick, user friendly, and efficient. The app's ability to request a pick-up and track the shuttles was particularly convenient. The whole experience took the stress away from leaving your vehicle in the care of strangers while you travel across the country or around the world. I would absolutely use Park 'N Fly in Essington again!

Would highly recommend this place. Service was great. Multiple people working at 5am. You could valet or self park at all hours of the day or night. They pick you up where you park and drop you off by your car when you return. Didn't wait too long at airport for pickup. Not many places run as great as them.

Employee was professional and very helpful when I dropped off my car. Since he was the only one at the time running the place, he mentioned another driver was coming to pick us up, which was very fast and the other driver was kind to help us carry our stuff. The drive to the airport was fast, about 4-5 minutes. When we got back from our trip, pickup was fast and super easy. All done through the app which is convenient. Would definitely use your services again.

Don’t park at Park and Fly! This was a horrible place to park! We never had a problem when this was The Parking Spot, but now it’s a Park & Fly. We waited 50 minutes from when we called in our valet ticket to the shuttle pickup. During that time only one Park & Fly shuttle passed - too full to take us. During that time at least six Wally Park and Parking Spot Shuttles passed. This wasn’t a busy airport day- I can’t imagine the wait if it were. We called twice; both times the agent was rude and told us “just wait.” We will never park here again! I highly recommend you go to another parking lot when flying out of Philly.

Service was SO easy and convenient. From booking online, to parking and shuttle services to and from the airport. Staff was incredible with our belongings. They helped us grab our bags to and from the car. Solomon was the first gentleman who helped us and I can’t remember the other associates name. Thank you! We will 100% use y’all again.

DO NOT USE! I was enticed by the cheap prices, it's just not worth it. The ride there isn't bad, but that's because they can't screw that up. Getting to your car however, just embarrassing. You text when you arrive, what terminal, and they tell you where to wait. In my case, after 30 minutes, the driver just drives right by, not even looking at the terminals. If it wasn't for the fact security saw us chasing him down and stopped him, I'm sure we would have waited another 30 minutes at least. Just pay the extra 20 for another service

We were able to park and leave to the airport immediately. The service personnel helped us with both loading and unloading our baggage and were very courteous and professional. Upon our return though we had a slight wait, we got picked up and our car was ready for pickup from valet service - was quick and smooth, thanks!

We booked our August parking in June. When we arrived, they they flagged us over to valet and said that the self park was full and they would upgrade us at no charge. The shuttle was there as soon as we exited our vehicle and got us to our terminal in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival back, There was a shuttle waiting at the terminal. As we boarded, he called our ticket in and as soon as we arrived back our car was waiting for us , turned on and cooling down. This was a perfect transaction from start to finish. Could not have asked for better service.

The first time we used park and fly we had wonderful service. That was in February. Our drivers were courteous and drove safely. Shuttles pick you up super fast. However, this past time the driver who took us to the airport drove like a bat out of hell almost causing me to be carsick. Other passengers were shocked too. He wasn't as friendly and he didn't earn the tip I normally give. Going to give them one more chance as the shuttles are otherwise quick and efficient.

I have used your location about 8 or more times. I have seen it improving steadily, and this time was really really good!!! Here is what I loved about your service: I liked that you text my confirmation code to me the day before I arrived and the day before I was checking out of your parking lot! This is especially helpful when returning from a trip and you are tired and can't remember where you put your confirmation code. I liked how you sent the text telling me to tell you to "Come Get Me!" once I had my luggage! I loved how you asked exactly which terminal I was at. And finally, I loved that you told me exactly where to stand for your shuttle to pick us up! I could see that the interior of the shuttle looked fresh and new! Your staff is so nice and helpful! I loved that I was able to get a discount from being an email member of PNF and I also had 1 free day that I earned from my last trip. Lots to love about Park N Fly! I will be back again!!

The valet service was wonderful. I pulled right in. An attendant took my bags, put them in the waiting shuttle, & took us right to the airport. When I returned, it was only 10 minutes until the shuttle picked me up, took me back to my car that another attendant was cleaning off all the snow. My bags were placed in my car and I drove off. I will definitely be using Park N Fly whenever I fly!

Very safe very efficient. They take you to the airport quickly and they pick you up even if your plane lands at midnight. They do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend

Great service. We have a 2 year old and had a lot to carry so we opted for the valet service. They were great in helping loading/unloading the vehicle. It was well worth it for the valet service, specially with a small child. Pick up from the airport was seamless and when we got to the shuttle drop off, our car was ready to go!

The shuttle staff here are great - they are very friendly and helpful. On arrival, the shuttle was right there to pick up and go. After returning, there were some minor app issues, like not being able to scan out during exit and getting errors when I requested pick-up. That said, the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and there was someone manning the exit to assist with the check-out. Despite these small things, it was still the best, easiest, cleanest, and fastest airport parking I’ve experienced. I’ll definitely use them again

The price was right, the staff friendly and helpful. My truck was safe & sound when I returned. Overall an experience I would recommend for everyone that enjoys paying less while getting a great experience.

Excellent Service! The parking is right next to Highway 95; easy check-in (scan QR code); there will be someone guiding u to find a free parking spot; and then transfer bus is following u to pick u up (very important as I was rushing to check in at airport, no need to wait). On the way back, you could text them when you were about to arrive at Terminal and I only waited 5-10 mins, the transfer bus was picking me up back to my car, which was safe and sound in one piece! Will definitely recommend everyone.

Valet service is great! Shuttle drivers are incredibly nice. Only problem was the gentleman at the end argued with me over a missing claim ticket (never received when dropped off). Other than his lack of customer service, was a great experience.

Everything about our experience with Park 'N Fly was easy peasy. Got off the plane, within minutes the van picked us up. We got to the parking lot, my car was there waiting for me. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly. Will definitely use this service again.

Great place and a short distance away from the airport. No worries on making your flight because there are always shuttles running. I have never once (out of the 100+) flights have I ever waited for more than 20mins or needed to call, but the app lets you make sure you can get connected in case of time concerns. The staff are always friendly and considerate. Double checking things when they need to do so.

Shuttle pick up service was convenient and communication efficient with text services. Shuttle drivers in both directions were polite. Car was waiting when we got off the shuttle with the valet upgrade. Convenient location and good service for the price.

Great experience here! I chose this place over other less expensive parking options near the PHL airport due to the reviews and I’m glad I did. The employees were helpful and friendly. The valet experience when dropping off my car was easy. The shuttles to and from the airport were timely with minimal wait time, and they had my car ready for me and my family as soon were arrived back at the facility. To top it off, every employee we encountered, whether the valet or shuttle drivers helped us with our luggage, which was huge for me traveling with a toddler and pregnant wife. Even the guard in the checkout shack was friendly as we departed. I could not recommend this place anymore! We will definitely be utilizing their services again!

I haven’t flown in a long time. Directions provided by Park ‘N Fly were easy to follow and took the stress away. I used valet and it was easy in and easy out. Excellent service!! Loved the text services as well. Made the process simple and quick! Will definitely use again!

This was my first time using Park 'N Fly and I was very happy with the excellent service that I had received. I needed help finding a spot to park my vehicle and the attendant was very gracious in his time (right at the end of his shift) to help me secure a spot. The shuttle was readily available to take me to the airport. The drivers are very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that I can go to the APP and hit "Come Get Me" and I didn't have to wait long. Extremely easy.....liked the valet upgrade that was provided at no additional charge because regular lot was full and I will always use that going forward. It was a busy night and the pick up was already outside, I didn't have to call and wait. My car was waiting when I got off the indoor area with truck open and someone to help me put my bag in the car. I was so impressed, I will use your facility again and tell anyone I know about it!

I highly recommend park n fly, it’s really convenient. Easy to access facility, apron arrival they scan your phone and take your car(for valet), hop on their bus and head to the airport for drop off at your airline. No waiting, not a lot of stopping or overcrowded buses. Upon airport departure there’s no wait time for your bus to bring you back to the parking site, just super easy. Prices have gone up and are too high now unfortunately, hopefully they go back down.

We used valet and it was the easiest, most wonderful service! When we got off the plane, we called ahead to say we were coming. They got my car ready and started with the air conditioning running! It was amazing getting into a cold car from a long flight!

This service is super convenient. They are very timely, you don't have to wait long if at all for the shuttle. The shuttles themselves were spacious and clean. The only reason for 4 out of 5 starts was because I thought it was a little pricey.

A shuttle came within minutes and drove us to our car. Prices are reasonable and it’s easy to get in and out. Overall, very satisfied.

Very reasonable rate. Shuttle was quick and clean. The lot is a little tight, but just have to pay attention when self parking. The staff (Tray?) In particular helped us get out at night and back in the next morning when our flight was delayed without any change needed to our reservation or additional charges. Would definitely use again

Great service and value. The lot was near the airport and the shuttles ran extremely timely and we didn't have to wait more than 1 minute for both pick up & drop off. Had no issues at all and was very quick and easy to find a space as well as check out. We would use Park N Fly again for sure!

The facility is very convenient to the airport and Route 95. Both the shuttle drivers and the attendants were courteous and helpful. Pick up after the flight was quick and the car was ready to go when I got to the lot. First time using them, had a good experience so I would use them again.

The shuttle service members went above and beyond. We were departing at 4 in the morning with a 4 month old so we had a lot of stuff and the shuttle drove to our car to pick us up and when we arrived they drove us back to the car. Very nice. Very attentive to their parking lot, never had to call

Shuttles were very clean and quick. Drivers were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t start my car, so I barely had my hood open for 5 minutes when the shuttle driver asked me if anything was wrong. Within a few minutes he jumped my battery with a portable charger. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fast and easy experience from purchasing a spot the night before, to entering at 5am next day. The process before and after our flight was seamless. The shuttles came quickly, and the drivers were friendly. I would use this park n fly again for my next flight out of Philly!

When picking up my vehicle it would not start, valet said the battery had died. This was a relatively new battery (less than 18 months old) and the weekend stay was not particularly cold either, so it didn’t make sense. My car/battery has worked flawlessly since taking it home, so the most reasonable explanation for my dead car was that valet had left a light or something on during storage. This isn’t a significant issue, but it was irksome that it took two workers and a supervisor 15-20 minutes to figure out how to jump my car, which delayed my commute and caught me in afternoon rush hour. They were apologetic and polite during the process, which I appreciated. The shuttle was timely and the drivers (during both arrival and departure flights) were extremely professional and drove in a safe and comfortable manner; the location is conveniently located and easily accessible. I hope in the future that the valet service can be improved regarding vehicle care as this is not the first I’ve heard of this issue happening at this location.
