I have never really ordered but, probably once and the food was okay today I’ve decided to order a shrimp and grits and honestly this is what I got. From the smell to the way it was prepared was horrific. I have no choice but to call the health department because I have paper in my food and other ingredients that are not listed on the menu for this item. I have never experienced such catastrophic catering in my life. I would suggest if you want shrimp and grits make it yourself.

Food was horrible 🤢came on a Sunday night looking for a good meal and was very disappointed!!! I got baked chicken, turkey wings, Mac & cheese, yams & carrot cake… turkey wings were very dry and chewy, baked chicken was dry and not done! THE YAMS WERE VERRRYYY SOUR/BITTER!!! I took one bite of the yams and had to take my food back.. I exchanged the yams for mashed potatoes and the potatoes were not cook all the way. They were very lumpy and pasty. The slice of cake was very small.. the Mac & cheese didn’t taste done the cheese was not all the way melted.. worst dining experience ever!!! I will never return here again.. I wish I could get my money back!!!

First time I ordered food was great. However this order was HORRIBLE! My daughters chicken fingers were so dry and over cooked they were inedible! The fried shrimp were way too salty and soggy af, the fries in ANY OF MY 4 platters weren’t even done, my onion rings BURNT. The Mac and cheese must be the end of the pan it’s all broken and pieces of noodles, no cheese. That cornbread is so dry it should be a crime! Unacceptable to be selling food like this to people! SMH

The food is mediocre. I wouldn't pay the price of what they are asking for their food because it's nothing special about it. It taste like processed food with no seasoning fried in oil.

The "1/2 pound 100% beef burger", does not match with the description. Yesterday was the world day of the hamburger, that's why I ordered my burger, but you put it into a Sandwich 🥪 bread, plain, nothing on it. I think you been really disrespectful with a costumer doing that. You can do your job better I'm sure.

I ordered from favors for the first time tonight/this morning I ordered around 12:45 am I originally ordered a beyond burger with onion rings on Uber eats.Right after I placed the order I received a call from the restaurant saying they didn’t have anymore beyond burgers, ok fine and i appreciated the call letting me know, so I noticed they had veggie burgers so I said I would take that instead, the woman that called me to inform me they didn’t have the beyond burger came off nice at first but once I said I would take the veggie burger and she confirmed with I guess a cook that they had it she instantly hung up the phone without saying anything. The veggie burger just came on a bun on my order for the beyond burger asked for lettuce tomato onion’s mustard Mayo and sweet peppers, I still wanted that on the veggie burger, not just bread and patty, so now I have to try to doctor it up to make it taste and looks little more edible. I understand it’s late but people still don’t want to waste their money. I also see a lot more bad reviews on Google if I saw this on Uber eats I wouldn’t have ordered. Hopefully they do better in the future but they lost a customer after the first try.

My jumbo shrimp were not jumbo, but overly breaded and extremely salty. So disappointed.

Sometimes their food is good and sometimes it looks and taste old they need to stop saving food and reheating and just make it fresh. Also I’m always missing a item meaning the worker is not paying attention and sometimes their chicken wings and fish looks Anorexic and old like it’s been sitting it just came back out the fridge from overnight

This was my first time trying this place and it will be my last. I should have read the reviews. The food had no seasoning on anything. Not one sprinkle! The meat probably would have tasted better with seasoning and if it was at least warm. The only thing that was hot was the side dishes. The greens were gritty. Which means they weren't cleaned or cleaned properly. No seasoning in the greens, no seasoning in the cabbage. The Mac and cheese would have tasted good (say it with me) if it was seasoned. The yams were so so. I try to patronize black owned businesses but.. Also y'all need to come down on the prices a bit on your side dishes. Very small portions for the price. I wouldn't have minded the price if the food tasted good. So I'm out of $50 because the food isn't edible. Sorry.

So today I ordered from this spot close to home because I felt lazy to take the 30 min drive to Keebooms kitchen. Nvm the waste of money, it’s my health I’m worried about. I wouldn’t give this to my cat. On some rs, tighten up 😭, is this supposed to be potatoes? All around awful. The entire order was just not it.

Sorry, I don't like to hurt anyone's business but the food I just ordered from Uber eats was disgusting. I ordered the fish sandwich with onion rings, small Mac and cheese, and two pieces of cornbread. The food tasted old especially the Mac and cheese which had a sour smell. I specifically asked for tartar sauce and ketchup and got neither. Just fish on bread. I wished I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered . I see you keep saying your retraining your crew and stuff but it obviously isn't working. Just horrible .

Did a ubereats pickup here so wanted to try them out, called in to inquire about their menu items to get some clarification on them before ordering. The lady who answered the phone sounded miserable and unpleasant, she halfa** answered my one question about their food and hung up on me when I tried to ask her another question! The worst 👎🐀🐍🤢🤮💩! so glad I didn't waste my money with them especially now looking at the reviews. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

The food I ordered today was not good at all. Macaroni cheese was not cheesy, greens to salty and meat loaf overly seasoned. It was a waste of my money and I barely ate the food. In the pass when I ordered food from them it was good.

Don’t do it . Just don’t do it. We ordered thru a delivery service and our order was completely botched, prompting me to go to the Restaurant myself and pick up everything they forgot in my order. And I’m glad I did because The place was absolutely filthy! Flies and a few dead bugs . And the store had a smell that was unforgettably sour . We threw everything away! It was like a 60 dollar loss but there was no way we were going to entertain eating their food .

The food was terrible,the girl attitude was terrible over the phone and the banana pudding tasted like it came from jail kitchen. It was so bad I didn't trust eating any more of my turkey meatloaf. I was scared really It was a lot of flies in there as well.

Never been inside, I always get delivery. The food is ok, a little too salty but not inedible aside from that dry corn bread. Price is not bad. But I have ordered from this place for the last time. Literally EVERY time I order from here I’m missing something. Everytime. And I really tried to stick around and support black business but y’all gotta do better. I’m not spending anymore money for bad service.

SMH I can not believe the food I just received from them. Ordered off Grubhub and Favors should be ashamed of themselves. Whom ever started this business would be upset to know about the garbage that was sent out. Grubhub made it right for me tho but take a look…
