    10/10 would recommend the Bosak dealership. The whole staff and environment at Bosak was friendly and welcoming. Specifically though, Don McCarty was the salesman that helped me find my dream truck. Donny always kept his word and was there to help me (the customer) no matter the circumstance. He made sure based on my interests and price range that he found the perfect truck for me. If you ever are in the market for a vehicle request Don McCarty, he will make sure to take care of you. Don didn’t just sell me a truck he made a long time dream become reality. Thanks again to Don and the Bosak team!

    Purchased a Corolla Hatchback from Bosak Toyota. Had to wait awhile for delivery, but it was worth it. It rides so nice for a small car. Everyone at Bosak was very nice + friendly. My salesman, Scott was the best I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to deal with them in the future

    Came in to just browse and poke around for a new family friendly vehicle. 3+ hours later with Matt and Richard, we are walking away with a new Highlander. I can’t give these guys a better review for their willingness to work, transparency, and overall determination to get us into the right vehicle for my family. We have been coming to Bosak for a long time, but this is our first Toyota experience. I bet it won’t be the last because of this experience!

    I was shocked to discover the "used car inspection" is only to low-ball trade in values. I wanted it for adding a truck cap. I was told it needed several thousands of repairs, and preferably a rebuilt engine. I'm the sole owner and driver of my truck since it was born. I knew better. The "service manager", Max, told me he wished I'd have told him why I wanted it. Why? Dennis made the appointment (but forgot to enter it on the schedule apparently), and never said any need to clarify with a manager why I was having an inspection. Then they took my $$$ and sent me away with no paperwork for it, except the invoice. I wasted $300 on a lie and had to deal with three different ppl just to receive the paperwork, and a generalized explanation. My own mechanic shop double checked everything from the recent oil change, and found a small leak. Head gasket is Not leaking. Truck is fine. This is the second time I've been lied to by Bosak Toyota. There won't be a third.

    My wife and I recently purchased a new car from Bosak and had a great experience! We worked with Rick Ewing at the dealership. Rick was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We live in Chicago, so buying a car out of state was a different experience for us (taxes, titling, IL plates etc.) Rick took amazing care of us, was so helpful throughout the buying process, and made us feel very comfortable. If you're looking for a new car, go to Bosak and ask for Rick!

    Nikki, and the Service Department did a great job. My Tundra had troubles when I was out of town in Michigan. I had it towed to Bosak Toyota in Burns Harbor, Indiana. The closest Toyota dealer near me. They were extreamly helpful in fitting me in their schedule and ordering parts so I could get back home in a couple of days. Nikki keep me updated on the status throughout the process. Great Dealer to deal with. Thanks again.

    An awesome dealership with awesome staff. Jerry and Matt kept me calm and well informed throughout the buying process. Not only was the process easy but the personality of those gentlemen are more akin to friends at a bar. I never once felt rushed or pressured and in fact they were entertained by the many conversations i had with myself. I'd never purchased a new car before and i have no doubt that i made the right decision and will most certainly be back and recommending friends and family. Thank you Jerry, Matt and THANK YOU BOSAK!

    Working with Donny McCarty at Bosak Toyota was a great experience. Most of our communication was through email and he was quick and responsive throughout the process. Donny was straightforward and the deal we agreed to online was the deal I received at the dealership. Special thanks to Jerry for the test drive.

    Staff was super polite and helpful! Rick was very patient with answering all of my questions and he gave me a thorough tour of the car and its features. I’ve never gotten a car this clean from a lot before, the interior and exterior detailing was top notch. The whole process was worthwhile and I’m very satisfied with my purchase and how I was treated by the entire staff.

    I had a great experience with Bosak Toyota, and specifically with my sales consultant, Brian Jacobs. This was my first stop when I started looking for a new vehicle, and since I wasn't sure what I wanted, I went on to test drive several other vehicles at different dealerships in Northwest Indiana . I came back here specifically because of Brian and how well he treated me the first time I stopped in. Brain took the time to find exactly what I was looking for and was great with communication throughout my whole process. When it was time to actually sit down and buy, again, I had a great experience and Matt stepped in to do an excellent job getting the financing that I was happy with. Such a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you to Brian and Matt! My first time buying a Toyota and first time going to Bosak, but I will be back when it's time to buy again!

    My family and I were traveling from MN to MI and our Tundra shutdown on I94. Towed it to Bosak Toyota and they took cared of me. The service agents have great customer service. They told me earliest was going to be a Monday (I took it in on Thursday) but told him I’m traveling and not from there. He was able to fit me in their busy schedule, fixed my tundra and got my family back on the road. Thank you so much Bosak Toyota!

    I am a first time customer and I want to say that I will be a customer for life. I guess it’s difficult to buy a car right now because of shortages in new cars and most dealers realize that and customer service lacks. I really needed to buy a car for my wife and Bosak Toyota had a car coming in by chance that was exactly what I wanted, but it was red. I realize a lot of people love red cars but not my wife. She agreed that the need for a car outweighed her disdain for red. I signed the paperwork and bought the car. 2 hours later my salesperson, Brian Jacobs called me and let me know that if I would prefer a white car they could have it the very next day. Who does that especially in a market that barely has any new cars available? Brian let me know that he told his boss that I wasn’t crazy about red and they called around and found me something else. I realize that we were lucky to find a red one and really lucky that they found a beautiful pearl white one, but the effort that these folks went to to make me happy was off the charts. Check out Bosak and give Brian a call I am sure glad I did.

    Our experience at Bosak Toyota was great! Our salesperson, Donny, helped us find the new Camry we wanted. He was very helpful, always respectful and friendly. Donny was also very thorough and patient when showing us how to use all the features on our car before we drove it home. It was very nice to deal with him. Scott and Tori were also very helpful, explaining warranty information and finishing up the paperwork. Donny, Scott and Tori made buying our new car fun and pleasurable. We love our new car and are very happy we chose to buy it from Bosak Toyota.

    UPDATE: The service manager and general manager caught wind of this issue and got me squared away with no hassle. Their level of courtesy and professionalism in handling this is commendable, and I am updating my review to reflect that. Good dealer, good service, not the most responsive. I have been trying for 6 months to get my bedliner repaired here, finally got it in to be looked at after a bunch of phone tag, they told me "We will call you to schedule an appointment." and I haven't heard anything since.

    Bosak Toyota made a pleasant buying experience for us. Buying a car is usually an event I don't look forward to. Things were different the minute my wife and I walked on the lot. Donny McCarty came out and met us and I glad he did. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He took us through several models and we found the Rav4 we were looking for. His service continued through the sales process and high marks for the entire staff. Thank you Donny and Bosak Toyota!

    Bosak Toyota is AWESOME! Our suburban didn't start back up at the gas station across the street and when asking for some help from the mechanics, there was no hesitation! Justin tried everything he could to see what was going on, and even enlisted help from Dominic who tried his best to figure it out too. These guys were so nice, and spent a great deal of time to get the bottom of our issue. When we needed to get the suburban towed to Bosak Chevy, Justin didn't hesitate to offer to take our family to the dealership so we didn't have to walk. This is what best in class Customer service looks and feels like! Thank you guys for your help and how wonderful you were during a very stressful situation!

    Had a horrible time trying to find a new car after having our car totalled. But Bryce and Natalie went out of their way to help us and with amazing friendly service. They were knowledgeable and were not like your typical pushy car salesman. Would recommend coming here to buy a car from Bryce!

    They kept my car for two full days. I was not notified as to what was going on until I strongly had a conversation with the service gal. The next day she updated me quickly which I appreciated. Thank goodness the service was under warranty. However when I got home I noticed there was a scratch in my door that was not there prior. I can’t prove it obviously. My truck is A lease and I would truly love to get options for when my truck goes back next year. However I do not feel comfortable going to this dealership since I have had nothing but problems pretty much from the get-go.

    Highly recommend. I’ve always heard good things about Bosak & so far I haven’t been disappointed. I love the Tacoma I bought from them. It performs flawlessly & I don’t say that lightly being as I have high standards when it comes to vehicles. The salesman I met, Scott, was great to do business with. He got me the exact truck I wanted and got me the warranty I wanted with it. I’ve never heard of that happening anywhere else honestly. Working with the service department was really easy. In one appointment Nicole was able to address my issues with recalls immediately, the service/inspection was done correct and fast (unfortunately I didn’t get the tech’s name), and Paul answered all my questions about parts and modifications (I can be a little annoying with that 😅). Overall, I have no complaints and I’m happy with all my purchases from them 👌🏼.

    My wife and I were looking to trade in our SUV and get something newer and less miles. I went to multiple dealerships from Valparaiso to South Bend. I stopped in and I met Don. I test drove a couple vehicles. During the test drives Don gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on a vehicle. He answered all my questions. My wife and I made the purchase. Don did an excellent job. My wife and I are very happy. The finance Dept was amazing. Tori is a great finance manager. The process she has is amazing. Our overall experience was phenomenal. We plan on being a repeat customer.

    Once again Bosak Toyota has impressed me and helped me. When I bought my vehicle they were outstanding and the process was easy and non stressful. Now today I had experience with the service Department. Very helpful at check in, fixed care ( recall) in half the expected time. Provided very comfortable waiting area including coffee, danish etc. everyone wanted to make sure our needs were met. Once again I highly recommend Bosak.

    I had a great experience finding my car from Bosak Toyota. Don and Maverick were both a great help. Don never pressured me to buy one car over another, but instead gave me the facts and helped me to see the best option they had with what my preferences were. Everyone was very friendly, and I enjoyed the relaxed environment. They also gave me a great deal for my trade-in so I could keep my car payment within my budget, which I appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them again.
