I'm a bit torn about this place. My wife and I are both vegetarians and we really wanted to like our lunch here. The ladies at the counter were super friendly, there were many options and even the drinks looked delicious. We ordered about 9 different options between the two of us, including the veggie lasagna, their Chinese style tofu (sweet and sour), salads, two varieties of rice, beans and plantains. None of it was delicious and a couple of dishes were way below average. I was quite hungry so I ate some, but my wife didn't enjoy any of it at all. There was something off with the seasoning. Also to note that PR is a rough place for vegetarians, so we didn't come to the restaurant with high expectations

The quality of the food is amazing and the staff are incredibly wonderful people. Even if you're not vegan, I am confident you will absolutely be blown away by the chef's creations. However, my staples are the criollo bowl with tuna salad & yucca fries and the cheese vurger also the 50g protein salad is super good especially post workout 🔥 I’m so happy this restaurant exists 💚

My daughter Isela took me yesterday to Frescura Vegan Kitchen in Bayamón. It's a medium size place with plenty parking spaces. You can eat indoor or outdoors and it's Pet Friendly. The food is amazingly delicious!!! I ate the plate of the day: avocado filled with vegan "conch salad", rice with pigeon peas and salad. For dessert I had a banana bread with nuts topped with chocolate. I'm a fan of conch salad and I'm not vegan. And I can assure you it tasted it like the real one. My plate was so full that I had to take some home! Highly recommended.

The food is so GOOD. I'm not even vegan but it's so freaking amazing. Like I even forgot to take a picture of my Mediterranean gyro. I just showed down on it. The ginger lemonade was so good too not too overpowering and they also had a bizcocho Nutella that was super good and fluffy (i had started eating it before taking a pic)

First time visiting. First of all, the service was excellent. They were all very attentive 💜 Order the chocolate hazelnut coffee frapp recommend by the cashier. It was good and not excessively sweet. Ordered the ginger lemonade, it was delicious and balanced. I did ask if it was sugar free, it's made with agave. Agave syrup is considered an added sugar when consumed on its own, when added to foods or beverages. It would be nice to have sugar free lemonade available. For lunch I ordered the Mexi-Wrap and it was just what I needed. Good size and flavors, I took half home. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again. 💜
