    The receptionist that always wears a sweater is rude. I had an appointment at 10am. I arrived earlier and was told I couldn't check in only 15 min. Before the appt. I understand but it is 10:50 and I'm watching everyone get called in and we are the last ones in the waiting room. When I ask how long it will she gives me rude tone of voice she can't tell me. Will be changing all my kids PCP. Do not recommend. If the receptionist would give us more empathy and explaining of why they are taking long to call us back. But the receptionist giving me a bad response. Shows how profesional and how much they do not have customer service.

    I love one doctor here and she is amazing with my kids. That is the only reason I continue to go. Dr. Amin is terrible. He is rude, he will not listen to concerns and he told me to take my son to the emergency room if I wanted him to be checked! He didnt want to run any tests and my son has been sick for weeks! He said he couldn't do anything yet hes the primary care doctor. I urge you not to come see him he will not listen to your concerns and is absolutely careless with patients.

    We came to this clinic because my daughter's pediatrician moved to this facility a couple years ago. We stayed here only because Dr. Roldan was here because over all, it sucks. We always, every time we came in, spent over 2 hours. They NEVER see you at your scheduled time or within a reasonable timeframe. Wait time is easily an hour if not more. The only positive I can think of is availability for appointments. Other than that, nothing else.

    My boys had the same doctor for many years Dr. Roldan, she was amazing. She moved into this building and everything changed. The wait time with an appointment is very long, even if you ask for your Dr. they may not get you scheduled to see them. I called the office asking a question about my sons shots and the lady on the phone sounded like I had just asked the world of her and wouldn't look up anything, she told me to call the previous office that the Dr. used to be in. I called back and talked to another lady who was helpful at the same office, she looked up the information and told me exactly what I needed to know. I answer phones and deal with customers all day and would not make someone feel the way the first lady made me feel.

    Its like every other dr. Not all visits are the best some days are better than others for the most part its pleasant. Review is for billing dept. They really need to get their stuff together update oct 3rd 2023... Super understaffed drs are leaving this place left and right due to pay.. office staff is frustrated and because of pay provide a poor service. It is worth to mention they need us as we need them it is mutual therefore dont asume we are getting service for free and are doing us a favor. when you arrive expect heavy delays over 1hr whom ever own this place now YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE OR INVESTMENT place is bad you could honestly rate this a neg 1 if possible.. Also answering dept need to know what Hippa is all about

    I would never bring my children here again call in to make physical that's in October messlia is very rude they need better staff here. I've been coming here for more than 6 years and I will not return I'll find somewhere else for my boys to go. This doctor's office has went down plus very long waits

    If I could give zero stars I would because the service they give you on the phone is absolutely unacceptable. They are so rude and when you tell them something calmly they start raising their voices and getting mad. We are just asking questions. And the ladyā€™s at the office are also rude this clinic is a no for me

    There is a clerk who answers the phone to make appointments. Her name is Lisa. She is very rude and needs more training when it comes to dealing with parents and patients. I was told by another clerk to call back at 8am to make a same-day appointment, usually if youā€™re making a same-day appointment, itā€™s caused for attention and youā€™re concerned about your child whatever the case may be that they need to be seen for. In this case my son has a rash on his cheek that turned out to be a fungal infection I had call three days straight trying to get a same-day appointment. I was six minutes late to get a same-day appointment on the day that I spoke with Lisa, 806 was the time and she told me that I would not be able to make an appointment which is fine. I get the policies, I called the next day and she is even more rude telling me that I cannot make an appointment they donā€™t do that anymore. And Iā€™m so confused on what she means by they donā€™t do that anymore. They donā€™t make appointments to be seen. This is what I mean by she needs more training in dealing with patients. So Iā€™m telling her I donā€™t understand. I was just in there and she rudely says we only make appointments for physicals. OK so make me an appointment for a wellness Check is what I immediately responded. She asked me for my sonā€™s name but before giving her the information I asked for her name because she is rude, unprofessional, and obviously doesnā€™t care about her job. She needs to be trained or talked to because of her uncaring approach Iā€™m changing pediatricians for all of my kids. This is poor treatment toward patients. Whatā€™s crazy is I called back after being hung up on and janelle was able to get me a same day appointment but since it was a later time, I was not able to make appointment. She was very helpful in referring an urgent care you need more people like Janelle working for your patients.

    Every time my kids come here is a 2-3hr wait. They have a new System and checked in with an updated phone number, they called me to the front after waiting to verify my info- for some reason they didnā€™t even update my phone number. I told them once again my phone number was new and they had me write it in the form, after a while I received an invite for their portal again with the old phone number and this same scenario happen 3 different times with my 3 children. Dr.Amin is such a horrible Dr. He didnā€™t even examine my kids at their physical. Their wait times are ridiculous. Always overbooked.

    This place is very bad, I do not recommend it, my daughter got sick on Sunday with fever, vomiting and cough. The Google information says open from 8 (a lie, they answered the phone until 9:35) and the girl at the reception is always rude and blunt. I explained to her that my daughter had fever and vomited that I needed an appointment as soon as possible, she answers there are no appointments, you have to call every day so I can check if something is canceled and I can give you an appointment in two weeks!! Sorry? It is assumed that 90% of people look for a doctor because we are sick. It is obvious that in two weeks my daughter will not need her services. On other occasions when you get an appointment they never attend to you during the time (don't they consider that some parents work?) I had appointments at 8:30am and they attend to you between 10 and 11, and pray to God that Luch's schedule is not crossed because why? In that they are very punctual. And well, the final point is that my daughter has had 3 appointments throughout the year to do her physical and on the day she has to do those exams they just check her and tell me okay, we will give her another appointment to do her physical (then they only lose the time because I had to wait 2 hours for the appointment and in the end it took 10 minutes to review and they scheduled me for another appointment in 2 months). I think this place has a lack of ethics and professionals. I will take my daughters somewhere else, where I may have to wait a long time, but we will be treated with cordiality and respect.

    Because my kids Dr. join this group, I had no choice but to bring them here, I have never experience a Dr. office like this, the times that i have brought my children, all of the nurses seemed unhappy, as if they didn't want to work there. It was really unwelcoming, even when asked a questioned, they seemed annoyed. They would never call to remind you of your appointment and if I am not mistaken per the young lady I spoke with she said that they call when they can. And so far there phone's don't even work, I have tried to call so many times an the line doesn't ring.

    Front office staff is unprofessional, talking badly about patients and parents. Doctors are horrible, donā€™t have the correct information about patients and make errors that are not safe for patients well being. We have went here for years with no issues, but no longer I would recommend finding another doctor.

    iā€™ve been coming here with my siblings since babies and all the doctors remember us as soon as they see us and always ask how everyoneā€™s doing so i personally donā€™t understand the negative reviews , i personally have always loved river walk pediatric the only bad thing i can say is the wait times but thatā€™s normal with most doctors other than that i have no complaints

    We were prescribed vitamins for my 1 year old daughter that arenā€™t covered by our insurance and the pharmacy requested they change the vitamins to something within our insurance since we canā€™t pay $300+ every time she needs a refill. This isnā€™t the first time weā€™ve had trouble with them processing request. Weā€™ve waited weeks before just to be denied without any explanation or attempt to help my baby get her required prescriptions. When we learn from the pharmacy that the office hasnā€™t yet processed the requests we try to get word from the office itself and nobody answers or they give a vague ā€œcall back another timeā€ response. We will be leaving this office because of these things and other things as well. Thank God I seen these issues within the office while my baby needs just vitamins and itā€™s not something more serious because I could not rely on them for the most basic things. They are horrible at communicating and solving problems but I have a feeling theyā€™ll respond to this review quicker than they respond to request and calls from worried parents and patients.

    I would give a negative review now if I could ! They used to be good with my son before all the changes and now I took my daughter in there they can't see my kids at the same appointment ( I live in tehachapi witch is 48 miles away ) so it's not cheap but I wouldn't mind it if they need help . Then I took my daughter in she was vomiting , her appendix was flaring up even the hospital said they should have took more time to check her out even tho i had to yell at them to see her ( with her like that it took them 3 hrs ) to see her , then I took her in for the fallow up and they did the eye test I told them she has astigmatism and the nurse put her finger up in my face told me to be quiet they have to do the test anyways so I told her well she can't see it without her glasses she rolled her eyes and failed her eye test and had my daughter so upset she is only 6 , Don't get me started on the sorry places they refer you to if the kids need to see a specialist.

    The waits are extremely long, but you know what really really gets me infuriated is they use this stupid phone service for answering calls that does not know anything about the pediatric center, cannot provide any guidance or information and it's turned on at random hours during the day. How am I supposed to get answers if you route me to a separate business that has literally NO IDEA of how your business runs? Please give them the boot and pick up your phones.

    Wait times have always been long. But this place has really gone down hill after their change of management. Canā€™t schedule my kids at the same time. Inconvenience for parents and a waste of our expensive gas. They donā€™t answer the phones. Ladies at the desk donā€™t seem friendly anymore, I donā€™t know if itā€™s because theyā€™re stressed about this new system or not , but wow! Stay clear from this place.

    My kids Pediatricians office for years. Tried to schedule appointments and they no longer see siblings on the same day šŸ™ƒ she said they're under new management and if I wanted to file a complaint to call back, then stood quiet waiting for a response. So I'm looking for a new pediatrician.

    This place has sent me bills requesting money for a service they supposedly provided while at the hospital when my child was born. When talking to a ā€œcustomer serviceā€ rep to explain and outline what they did, they hung up. Never got any detailed paperwork explaining procedures or charges, just a bill. Of course we didnt pay and then they have the audacity to send it to collections. Bunch of thieves. Steer away from this place.
