The clinic itself is clean, calm environment and seems nice. the people that work at the front desk are nice and so are the nurses, but the doctors there specifically Dr. Pace make absolutely no effort at their job. I was there for a few reasons, all she did was read my chart from another hospital visit which was three weeks prior, told me a story about someone else having the same issue, and kept repeating how common my medical issue was. She never examined me, never checked my urine and completely wrote off my symptoms that I had concerns about, she just claimed it was normal without examining me, I would not see any obgyn at HCMC clinics or hospital because all there doctors just seem to rush you out the door without thoroughly doing their jobs. Trust that any positive reviews about this place is from the people who work there. It's sad that it's hard to get good medical care.

I booked an appointment for my daughter to see the doctor because her knees have been hurting and she can barely walk, even through the scheduling person said "this sounds very serious" the soonest they could see her was 3 weeks later. We booked the appointment and they said to keep icing her knees until we could get in. The day of the appointment there was literally a firetruck in front of the building slowing down traffic because of some unknown reason and we were 6 minutes late into the door because of it after finally getting parked. The front desk called the doctor and chatted for 3 minutes and said we were too late and would need to reschedule. I confronted her about it was was told there was nothing she could do and to talk to her manager. I called the manager and all I could do is leave a message. The lady behind us had the exact same issue being a few minutes late and they sent her away too. There were 3 of us in the waiting room and 2 of us got our appointments cancelled because we were 6 mins late because of a firetruck slowing down traffic in front of the building. No one else was in the building, it wasn't packed or busy at all, surely they had time to see at least one of us because they cancelled 2 appointments back to back. The service was unbelievable. You book doctor appointments way too far in advance for actual medical issues and they treat you like you don't matter at all. I will never go back to this clinic. After reading the reviews here before deciding if I should write something, I see that I'm not the only one with issues here. These medical practices should really be held to a higher standard and held accountable for treating people this way.

The service extremely poor. Whole block is 800 building.when looking for appointment inside I found out from a reluctant security person that the entrance was outside. The North loop clinic desk lady canceled my appointment for my very sick child over less then ten minutes. They don't care.

As convenient as this place is, located in the same building I work in, the front desk staff are VERY, EXTREMELY, INCREDIBLY rude individuals. I have had two different encounters in this facility. The first one was trying to setup primary care. I went in for my initial visit and the front desk woman was so bothered by the fact I couldn't recall the name of the PA/NP I was seeing. She was also short with me when I was exiting the facility after my appointment. I asked if I needed to schedule a follow up and she just pointed to my paper to reference. I also stopped in there to inquire about allergy testing. A different woman at the front desk removed her iPod earbud from here ear to address my question. She only did this after a good 2 minutes into the exchange. She became aggressive in her tone when I graciously questioned whether or not I really needed to be allergy tested again if I was simply looking to transfer my serum here even if the serum wasn't made yet. She referred me to a nurse because said "I wasn't paying attention to her" and "I wasn't believing her". The fact she referred me to the nurse was the best part of the situation. After she referred me to the nurse who came out immediately, the nurse confirmed I WOULD NOT have to get allergy tested again since I did it 6 days prior, and would simply need to establish care with their allergy doctor. Back to my first visit with the PA - she was chewing gum the entire time and didn't know the process to integrate me into their system for allergy testing. I won't be using this facility for my general care just their ability to provide allergy testing since I work in the building where they're located. Encounters like this require a lot of vulnerability when you're talking about your medical care. I get they have a high volume facility but please do not take it out on the patient.

Chiropractor Dr Tara Schrug is awesome! She listened to my weird body concerns - I do handstands so I have a unique set of problems and finding a doctor who understands my weirdo interests has been difficult! Dr Schrug was easy to talk to, and I plan to go back to see her.

WTH ??!! SO, this senior woman is checking in for her appt. This must be her first time in this clinic. Girl at Front Desk is asking her all Personal....& i mean ALL KINDS of Psnl. questions which are clearly & easily heard in Lobby. SOOOO INAPPROPRIATE. i have NEVER heard anything like this. i worked at HCMC hosp & clinics over 20 yrs and i've been Pt at 3 diff HCMC Clinic sites. ONLY reason i'm at this clinic is need to see Allergy MD & he's booked far ahead where i usually see him. i can see why this Clinic has openings & also several negative reviews.

Stopped by to pick up forms for school after a doctor's visit. They couldn't find forms even though I recieved communication from the doctor that they are ready and available for pick up. Took them over 30 minutes to locate them. Lady up front in black floral dress was rude, unhelpful and kept giving me nasty stares as if I was a rat running in her house. Was not wearing a badge to show what her name was. Very unprofessional! Worst experience I had in any medical facility. People like her should not be placed in front desk to represent organization. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I LOVE Christine Aas-Larson and all the staff at this location!!!! I feel heard and seen and they even laugh at my dumb jokes. 🥴 the location is kind of tricky to find. It’s next to a fancy apartment bldg/workspace and there isn’t any signs in that area telling you where to go but it seems to share the same address. I walked around forever before I found a security guard who told me I need to exit and actually go to this other spot. He was nice but I think they need to add signage so people aren’t walking around like dorks.

This medical clinic and pharmacy is well-rounded and holistic. All the nurses and staff were welcoming. I was able to get a same day appointment with a doctor who really took her time with me. She clearly cared about my well-being. They can do some referrals, such as chiropractic care, onsite. The pharmacy is very convenient and took my insurance, which I am supposed to only use at a CVS. I will be back again and again.

If you’re concerned about how much you pay for health care…watch out! My long term health is important to me (Dad’s sick with something genetic) and I am more than willing to pay my fair share but WOW. The extra fees I was forced to pay 6 months after a pretty generic check up with absolutely no informative updates was…can I be candid? SHOCKING. $$$$$ But I payed bc I was wanting to be sure I was putting my best foot forward holistically. Turned out, after a second opinion, they barley did a thing to check my overall well being…AND I payed extra for blood work! So happy I searched for another DR. The results might have been hazardous.

The worst clinic ever ,with 0 experienced doctors and nurses

I left a 1-star rating. They replied to my rating a couple weeks ago with a support number, which I called. The support said they’d get back to me in the next week and never did. I’d still love an update.
