We had such a good experience at Passport Health in North Charleston. The nurse who helped us, Pam, was a jewel. She was kind, informative and knowledgeable, and made us feel instantly at ease. She explained each vaccination in detail that my 16yrold son and I would need to travel to Africa. We did not feel like we were being ‘sold’ additional vaccinations that we didn’t need, and we felt very secure in her administration of our vaccines. If there was one issue that was hard to swallow, it is the expense. For our region, the cost for the vaccines is exorbitant. The yellow fever vaccine alone was nearly $400. I hope that they can reduce the costs because it would be horrible for the cost to prevent people from traveling.

Pam Ward RN was very informative and because I completed my Healthcare forms online prior to my appointment, she had everything ready in a booklet with the recommended vaccination shots for my Missionary trip to Ghana West Africa in February 2017. I highly recommend Nurse Pam and Passport Health.

She was very friendly, excited about my upcoming trip, and super helpful when it came to health recommendations and my travel preparation. Update: Another great visit at Passport Health! Today was my third time using the company. Pam is fabulous, she’s experienced, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Highly recommend. Great experience today with Audrey. She walked me through all of the information she had obtained for multiple countries I will be visiting and patiently guided me through all of the available options. Bonus points for the injection not hurting! Would recommend.

Pam was fantastic! We have never used a travel clinic before but it was well worth it! Pam guided us through everything and answered all our questions. Will definitely use this place again as long as Pam is still there!
