After having a major leak in the home it was time to get the carpets cleans. Cindy did a great job in assisting with my rental company to make sure the work order was received and accepted. I didn’t catch the guys name who came and did it because I was at work, but kudos to him 👏👏 . I didn’t have time to move everything in one of the rooms but he did that on his own. The carpets look awesome, thanks again Servpro!!

John was incredibly thorough and explained every step of the process. He captured all rhe necessary information and worked directly with my insurance representative. He was very professional and he and his team worked on saving as much of my personal belongings as they could. John answered all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire ordeal. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've ever had, and I've had a lot! The entire process was seamless from scheduling to cleaning. The office crew went out of their way to get me on the schedule in a hurry, and the techs were so professional and friendly. The owners even called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. They got out stains I had long given up on, and everything smelled so fresh when they were done. This is a great team. I'll never use anyone else!

Steve and Pedro were very prompt, professional and courteous. They went beyond normal expectations to assure a complete and satisfactory job! It was a welcome change to have a service performed by a younger generation who connected well with the homeowner, showed interest in their job and provided an excellent customer experience. Recently Hired Servpro of Greater Northern Charleston to perform a carpet cleaning for a home after a family moved out. Service was excellent.; they were on time, did a great job, and carpets looked great. Dan was my contact at Servpro that helped coordinate the entire process. I will use them again.

When my washing machine (front loader on the 2nd floor) basically threw up it was horrible. Flooded my whole hallway, it flowed down the stairs like a waterfall and soaked through my ceiling in many places. They came in and saved the day!!! My house is better than new. Professional, kind, and all around wonderful. From the office staff to the folks in my house. I almost hope I need them again sometime! (ALMOST)

Our home flooded on Christmas and we went with Servpro from mitigation all the way to repairs. Through this incredibly difficult and frustrating process (insurance taking MONTHS to give us any answers and living on a mattress on the floor for so long), their Administrative Assistant, Cindy Paylor, was absolutely amazing. I can’t tell you how many times I called to ask questions, about anything and everything, and she was always SO nice and informative. This is the first time my husband and I have ever been in a situation like this, and we have no family to vent / ask questions to. I very much so appreciate all the time she took to talk with me and was always understanding and I never once felt like I was bothering her or that she was trying to rush me off the phone . Because of her, If we are ever in a similar situation in the future, we will be choosing Servpro.

Amber, Steve and Jay were fantastic. Fast service and on top of their game. In our time of crisis, they came to our rescue from out of state after Hurricane Ian flooded our Florida home. The entire team went above and beyond. They always answered our calls, questions and concerns. They worked quickly to remove all affected areas, performed mold mitigation, set-up drying equipment, and completed the FEMA logging requirements needed by our flood insurance company. Left the house clean and secure after a near complete tear out. We were always greeted with a smile and a great attitude. We can not thank them enough for all they did. Highly recommended! Thank you for an amazing job on my carpets. They have never been cleaned and we have lived in our home since 2004. We don’t wear our shoes in the house but they needed it so bad. They look amazing !!!!

Our cleaning technician was Adrian and she is wonderful! She did a fabulous job cleaning our cabinets and paid great attention to detail. Not to mention she is super nice, personable and patient. I don’t know about the other technicians but I highly recommend her!
