So
nice,
we
went
back
for
seconds
in
our
3
day
trip.
My
wife
and
I
originally
had
reservations
before
dinner
the
first
night
to
have
some
drinks
and
food.
Adam
greeted
my
wife
by
name,
having
remembered
messaging
with
her
on
IG
l,
and
thanked
us
for
being
there.
Adam
said
it
like
he
truly
meant
it
and
typically
I
only
get
that
from
my
mom
and
dad.
My
wife
got
the
Bourbon
&
Clyde
and
I
got
the
Doar
Bros.
Manhattan,
which
had
recently
been
updated
to
an
Oxtail
fat
washed
Rye,
which
was
a
big
part
of
the
reason
I
ordered
it
because
you
don’t
often
get
fat
washed
whiskey.
Both
did
not
disappoint.
The
silkiness
of
the
rye
was
incredible.
The
drink
was
very
balanced,
exactly
what
you
would
ask
for
in
a
great
cocktail.
It
was
hard
to
decide
what
to
get
and
we
couldn’t
get
it
all
because
we
wanted
to
be
able
to
walk
out
of
there
and
be
able
to
go
back
for
drinks
another
time.
Decisions.
We
also
got
the
Holy
Mole
Clarified
Milk
Punch.
The
attention
to
detail
on
their
punches
here
is
a
sign
they
really
care
about
great
quality
cocktails.
The
shrimp
and
the
Brown
Butter
Popcorn
were
both
great.
Truffle,
butter,
and
popcorn…
What’s
not
to
like?
We
ended
up
back
here
the
next
night
after
we
finished
dinner
and
the
place
we
planned
to
go
to
afterwards
was
hard
to
get
a
seat
at.
We
knew
we
loved
Doar
Bros
so
we
went
back.
I’m
so
glad
we
did.
Adam
greeted
us
again
and
thanked
us
for
coming
back.
He
was
able
to
seat
us
at
the
bar
and
we
hung
there
for
a
bit.
I
got
the
Card-A-Mom
and
my
wife
got
the
Old
Cuban.
Both
had
great
flavor
profiles.
Old
Cuban
was
bright
and
the
hint
of
bubbles
makes
it
feel
special.
The
Card-A-Mom
was
fresh
from
the
citrus,
then
you
get
the
Yellow
Chartreuse
and
just
a
hint
of
spice
from
the
black
tea
at
the
end.
We
got
the
assorted
cheese
tray,
which
was
delicious.
Cheeses
and
accoutrements
were
a
great
selection
and
the
bread
was
fresh
and
soft.
I
got
a
second
drink
that
night
and
asked
for
dealers
choice
and
the
bartender
made
me
something
off
the
cuff.
Calvados,
Cocchi
Americano,
citrus
and
a
spritz
of
Absinthe
made
this
the
perfect
night
cap.
Let’s
call
it
a
Charleston
Corpse
Reviver
No.
2,
although
it
was
not
named.
The
bartender
was
very
friendly
and
still
making
drinks
with
ease.
That’s
a
great
bartender,
i.e.
literally
tending
to
the
bar.
All
the
drinks
and
food
you
could
tell
has
had
serious
thought
put
into
them.
Can’t
wait
to
go
back.
If
you
even
read
this
far,
go
here.
Then
go
again.
Keep
going
and
leave
them
a
great
review
so
we
can
come
back
on
our
next
trip.
