I believe they care more about the reviews than the care of patients. My daughter suffered for over 48 hours withdrawing at this detox facility. Intake lost important medical documents. Records were not requested until late Friday so they never came. Blood was drawn Friday but not back as of late Saturday so they told her she was drug seeking because she begged for help detoxing. She had to leave to get help! They were so rude when she was leaving. They did not treat her with dignity or care. Alexa told me that the urine test is never wrong. ???? Never? My daughter did not see a medical Dr during her 48 hours. She was treated horribly. As a mother I was proud of her for going for help and then to have them treat her this way I was horrified. If she wanted drugs she can get them literally anywhere. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH CARE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES!! THEY DO NOT CARE. ITS MONEY AND MARKETING. REVIEWS ARE WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT! Will not release records. Stated the policy is after 30 days the records are available?? They will be hearing from our lawyer as well as media!

Neuro Psychiatric Addiction Clinic (NPAC), gave me my life back! The facility is top notch, not only offering a safe and comfortable Detox, administered and monitored closely by a board certified Psychiatrist, and followed through by several RN's on staff around the clock, but they also provided licensed counselors to help facilitate recovery. A combination of psychiatric, medical, and mental health services was exactly what I needed to achieve my recovery. Their approach to covering every angle of addiction facilitated my recovery both physically and mentally. This group of consummate professionals know what they are doing, and they do it with caring and empathy. I truly felt like I was receiving excellent individual care coupled with group therapy with my peers. The entire staff and management are hands on and truly care. I count count several times when they all went above and beyond for me, even when I was detoxing and was not the nicest person to deal with. Their patience and professional care is exemplary. The facility is kept spotless everyday, laundry is done for you twice a week, the food is home cooked and like eating at a restaurant. The management are quite often present and making sure everything is running smoothly. From my intake to my discharge my experience was above my expectations. If you are struggling with alcoholism, drug addiction, or mental health problems, NPAC is the place to go for quality, dare I say luxury accommodations and treatment! Highly recommended!

I've been to more rehabs than I can count and this one is certainly the best. The staff genuinely cared about me and the therapy was amazing. I actually learned about myself and I'm so grateful for the healing that's happening here. This place will change your life if you are ready for it.

The day that I decided to get clean, I thought really really really hard because I’ve been to five other rehabs before this one, and I thought to myself this is going to be like the rest of them!!!! 😩 but this one. Specially this one was amazing breathtaking the staff starting with the staff. OMG, they are the most amazing staff that I’ve ever had met at a place like this, starting from the top to kitchen staff to technicians to the nurses housekeeping, maintenance I will name them if I would remember the names I’m really bad with names starting with Aurelio. I hope I said it right, but he is I believe the operations, general manager amazing person. He would never give up on you when I was there a few of the Piers. Quit and walk out of the place. He pulled them to a side talk to them and guess what they stayed next my therapist then Mark then Pastor Kim second best person I have met positive happy energetic if you’re having a bad day three words out of his mouth and you will have the greatest day ever that’s Pastor Kim. Then third amazing person Miss Phoebe. She treated me like a mother when I was down. Sad, depressed, and going through really bad. What draws she treated me with respect kindness, then I also met everyone else that works there. I don’t know about everyone else, but most of them lol activities. Wow. Let’s start the week off Tuesdays. We will go walk horses Fridays we will get massages again. Wow Sundays Pastor Kim will take us to the beach. It’s the beach day. I think the favorite day of the week for most of us they don’t trap you in the four walls inside the facility they take you on walks, you see the outside there’s activities there’s ping-pong there’s darts there’s two TV rooms every room has a TV so basically what I’m trying to say is if you are ready to get your life back and live again, I highly highly can’t say this enough highly recommend this place for mental health substance abuse, and all the above I thank you all for saving my life I love you guys❤️❤️❤️

I came in broken and I am leaving whole. I now have the strength to fight for my life and I would have never thought I would have met so many people who actually care about me and my recovery. I would recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get their life together. The staff is phenomenal. Special thanks to Pastor Kim, Miss Renee, Ms. Phoebe. My case manager Mrs.Katy, my therapist Mrs.Kristen. Absolutely the best 30 day program. The resources, expertise, knowledge, and program is ran professionally with a successful system that sticks out from the rest of these deceiving treatments centers in South FL. My therapist was smart, amazing, and even bilingual, the group facilitators were fun and informative. The beds were REALLY comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the food was dam good!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would, IF YOU or a loved one struggle with an addiction the streets are undefeated so if you wanna end THAT go to NPAC. Much Love the Paster here, he is over the top excited and passionate about what he does and he is truly inspiring and captivating when he talks to you or teaches a class. Have known him for many years and he always know exactly what to say and feel the pain that your going thru, while having a such a deep understanding and love for the very thing that he does and the people that he surrounds himself and supports. This facility is an amazing place and saved my LIFE! From the house keeping to the director of the facility were kind caring and supportive in my time of need. This was my first detox in my 20 years of addiction and it will be my last thanks to the Neuro Family. The medical staff, therapists, case management, the Pastor and most of all the technician's were the main reason for my success through the program. If you are struggling with addiction and want a safe place were the people care please come here.

I was in and out of rehab in Georgia. I never stayed long ever. This place changed my life. They are all very professional and they all are skilled and know what they are doing. Really nice place. The food was AMAZING! I will never forget the help I got here! I was completely broken after my husband died from OD so I flew to Florida afterwards when I lost it. This place is HIGHLY recommended!

Best decision I’ve ever made. I suffered with crippling anxiety and insomnia and didn’t know where to turn. After being referred here I was welcomed with open arms into the therapy and MAT, in what can only be described as an inviting and genuine environment. The therapists are top notch and really care about your recovery. The outings to Equine therapy, yoga days, massage days and more. I’m posting from my boyfriends account to write a review because I felt it important to let everyone know how wonderful NP is. I found NP at the last minute. I was scared to death even having been to treatment before a few times and this place far exceeded any and all expectations I had. The staff is wonderful knowledgeable and accommodating. They truly care. The groups were amazing. Not your typical treatment center groups I found myself very engaged and in almost 30 days did not miss 1 group because I didn’t want to. Comfortable beds and great food. I would highly recommend this facility!!

My first review is gone from the site so I will leave another because everyone needs to know how awful this place is. First off the only good thing is the food. Other than that this place does not care about anything other than the $3,000 per night that they recieve for you being here. They do not give a single care about your physical health (they give out cigarettes like they're candy). And they definitely do not care about your mental health (this one woman was there for mental and she was shaking like a lead 24/7, and they would just inject her 24/7 for the bonuses and she left worse off than when she got there.) If you're going to detox, I guess the facility is nice for detox, but then again how can you mess that up? You could only mess that up if you give them meth or fetanyl, which they don't do. They give them their brand of the drug equivalent to get them off. Megan the counselor shares your personal intimate private life details with your family, and this place is just overall a HUGE no. They teach addicts that "relapse is a part of recovery". And of COURSE they teach them that!! How else are they gonna get returning customers for 3k a night?!

NPAC has helped me in more ways than one. When i came here i had little to no expectations of my life looking any different than what it has been in my depression. I was at my lowest arriving here, but soon after doing groups with Pastor Kim, Mark, and Caty and therapy with Meagan, I was taught the necessities of learning healthy coping mechanisms and how to ground myself when my PTSD had me in flight fight or freeze mode. I found myself spiritually, and regained confidence mentally and emotionally. I truly thank everyone here, especially all of the techs who are true caregivers to each client here. This facility felt more like a family than it did anything else. I honestly could not recommend a better environment.

Samantha, joe and bob and Alexa are literally amazing people. They are such Loving and caring individuals. I have personally had loved ones at Neuropsychiatric Addiction Clinic and they are still doing amazing to this day. I’m happy to rate this company a 5 star. There’s a lot rehabs and clinics out there but this facility is by far the best. The staff who work here do more than just their job but make it known that they are there for their residents whenever needed. As long as your willing to put in the work into yourself you will leave this place as a happier individual and and new sense of hope for the life that is to come after.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Samantha Kelly and learning about this amazing facility. My experience working with them has been effortless and a Smooth process with treating mental health step downs. I am very impressed with the Clinical and their medical staff has been amazing and helpful. A big thank you to Samantha for always being readily available to help and answer any of our questions. Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care make her a blessing to work with and asset to the facility and the community.

I spent 22 days here and it was life changing. I appreciate the entire staff for taking wonderful care of me and all the clients. It was my first time in treatment and although it was great, it will be my last and only time in treatment. I’m looking forward to remaining sober having the knowledge they bestowed upon me. Thank you to everyone from the techs, cooks, therapists, nurses, and doctors for being so compassionate and caring.

NP really goes up an above the call of duty for their patients. I can honestly say when it came to my family member I didn’t know what to expect an they treated us like we were family. The staff is friend and very resourceful and the way the keep the place is immaculate. I would say they are a 7 out of 5 stars for sure. Thanks guys you changed our lives forever!!

I'm very thankful to all the staff for the great work they did to help my best friend while she was getting treated there. Staff was amazing to me when I brought her in and she felt like she was at home. Very knowledgeable team and a beautiful place. NPAC provides an excellent level of care to their clients. The therapists and staff are extremely knowledgeable in their field and go above and beyond to make sure their clients needs are met. They truly care about your recovery.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic. I was there for four weeks ... in particular, Mr. Aurelio, who is responsible, only thinks about his own business. After 2 weeks, I felt bad because he wanted to force me to sign out because the insurance began to fail I had to fight to stay 2 more weeks because I felt very sick ... I think in particular that he is not the right person to work with the health of the person because he only thinks about his business and not the health of the person ... that place only needs an honest and safe person in charge who could work much better ... the nurses and the person who works inside are good ... the only problem that the person in charge Aurelio creates a very negative environment in the patient as well in the staff ... I would like to talk to the property but he does everything possible so that you do not speak ... I hope that that comment help the property to improve its work greetings

Amazing staff who really cares and is there whenever you need anything. Rooms are comfortable and food is good. They cater to your individualized needs and helped me learn a lot about my own addiction and emotional issues. Groups are awesome and educational. Definitely a milestone and turning point in my journey to sobriety, would come back if needed.

I was seeking treatment for my son for over a year when we found them. They have have been nothing but kind and so helpful. And they keep me informed about how he's doing. This place did not just help me with my sobriety but it also taught me how to think positive. We are not all promised a good hand in life but attending this program will teach you so much about yourself and how to handle any situation in a positive/sober manner.

I had a good experience at Neuro Psychiatric Addiction Clinic. The group meetings really helped out with my recovery process. The Techs were especially helpful and great (such as Al, Nicole, Elijah, Mike, Aaron, to name a few). The clinical team (especially Megan, Kristin, Caroline, and Katie) were essential to my recovery as well. I highly recommend Neuro Psychiatric Addiction Clinic for substance abuse users.

My Son was admitted to Neuropsychiatric Clinic in May and was discharged in June. I just have to say he went in as a angry, confused, almost a hateful stranger that I could no longer communicate with and came out a communicative, kind and loving young man. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the initial counselor did not communicate with me well and did not keep her call times in order. But that was just one person and she had a lot on her plate herself. I realize I cannot judge a facility by the actions of one when there's so many that work together to make my Son feel better; when I say so many, I mean a team that works together to facilitate a plan to make a particular individual better. Rather dealing with drugs, alcohol any addiction or mental health issues they address the whole person . Son said that they are respectful and decent and that he wanted to engage and talk with them, which is a huge plus.Getting him to want to admit to issues and want to listen and learn how to make himself better was the first win at this facility. And there were so many more, each week he evolved into a more confident, calm and engaging adult. He said that the facilities themselves were clean and neat and he really loved the staff there. I read reviews from other facilities. some good, some bad, some terrifying. What I can say is whatever facility you decide on, do your research, delve deeper, ask a lot of questions, make sure you feel comfortable with your decision. So from parents that were extremely cautious where to send thier Son, NPAC helped my Son significantly. There is no pink cloud here, there's still a lot of work to do and we all know it, but with this beneficial start my whole family is feeling hopeful with a sense of relief and especially. looking forward to a positive future. I have many years of experience working in the mental health and addiction field and I can honestly say that Neuropsychiatric Addiction Clinic is the most ethical, professional, and genuinely caring facility I have ever worked at. Other facilities ask clinicians to write things for the sake of insurance and getting more days instead of actually providing professional and honest feedback. I was at a point where I lost faith in the system and was going to switch to working with a different population altogether. However, I gave Neuro a chance and am so positively surprised and grateful. This is an amazing facility to work for and I learn something new every day! Thank you!

This facility saved my life, they gave me a scholarship when no one else would i was struggling and just needed someone to care , everyone at Npac was beyond caring.
