Great but a tad forgetful. Use them for your job, but make sure you get what you paid for. I used New Leaf for a crawlspace renovation. The guys are all cool and fun to be around. The salesperson, Cameron, has the gift of gab that makes you like him immediately. They know their stuff and are very professional. They did great work and made sure to do a good job. I’m happy with most of the work. The prices were good. That said, there seems to be a disconnect between what the salesperson says, what’s written on the quote, and what the work crew has been told to do. I was charged for R-30 insulation but R-19 was installed. I would have liked to have been spoken to about the material change ahead of time and a cost adjustment would have been nice. Also agreed to $375 for a crawlspace entry hatch rebuild. My hatch was in bad shape and Cameron told me he would rebuild it strong with hinges so nothing can get in. The work crew didn’t know about that and I had to show them my quote to get them to do it. They called the office when I asked about the quote line item and Cameron told them that rebuilding the hatch wasn’t in the plan which was confusing because it’s in writing and he talked me into it during his inspection. They only replaced a single piece of wood on my existing hatch and it closes worse than before now. It has gaps and is wobbly. Will certainly not stop rodents from getting in which was the main point of this expensive work. I have to get additional help and pay additional money to get my hatch built properly. The company is great. Just make sure follow through is solid.

We discovered we had a raccoon living in our crawl space and it was heavily polluted with urine and feces. We looked at many vendors to clean it out, replace the vapor barrier and damaged insulation and disinfect the crawl space. The companies doing this seem to think this work is a gold mine. We kept looking and got New Leaf out for a review and estimate. They assured me they were reasonable cost. The inspected the crawl space, found that the raccoon had returned after being driven away by another company, and they got me an estimate. We did two steps-blocking the raccoon from returning then renovating the crawl space. The did the first for a reasonable fee, then returned later to make sure it stayed away (it did) and the. We scheduled the renovation for a Saturday. They called and said Friday was available so we took it. They cleared everything out, replaced the vapor barrier and insulation and disinfected the crawl space. They also put in stronger screens on our vents to keep critters out. They replaced less insulation than they thought from the estimate so they reduced the estimate for the savings. They will be out in several days to re-inspect. Everything was above board and professional. No hidden fees. No bait and switch. And quick work done well. And their price was reasonable-about 1/3 the price of others. Overall a great experience. I hope I never have a crawl space problem again but if I do New Leaf will be called. Highly recommended.

We noticed shortly after moving into our home that we were having water intrusion into the crawl space. We shopped around for quotes, but New Leaf offered the best combination of schedule, cost, and not prescribing more than we needed. Cameron was very professional and knowledgeable, and he recommended a French drain install. He made sure that the job was done right, even coming back out a second time to adjust the French drain (at no extra charge to us) when the first visit didn't quite do the trick. Through the process, he was always responsive to any concerns that we had. We are very satisfied now with our dry crawl space!

Recently purchased a home which had challenging crawl space drainage issues and a narrow time-frame in which to resolve the issues. Elias came out right before the end of his shift to perform an inspection of our crawl space in our new (to us) home. He was friendly and professional the entire time (and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job) - he even kindly cleared out some rotten wood debris free of charge! I used this company to put in French drains and sump pumps. They did a good job. I had a couple issues which the owner addressed to my satisfaction. I also used them for a crawlspace remediation. The workers were conscientious and took appropriate steps to make sure the interior of my home was protected. They had to haul out all the previous insulation and plastic vapor barrier from under the house. I also use them for annual pest control. The office staff is awesome and always cheerful when you deal with them. They keep track of the maintenance schedule. They remember who you are and treat their clients like family members. I will continue to work with them.

First of all, I love a company who doesn't try to sell more than you need. My first estimate meeting with Jordan was just that. I didn't feel pressured and he explained things very well. He focused on what was needed, without selling more. New Leaf did both my crawl space and my attic. Beautiful outcomes. And I appreciate that pest control is part of their business as well. I'm ready for winter. In a nutshell; great consumer relations/communication and follow up. Great service/product. Great timing. Amazing how efficiently they completed the jobs.

New Leaf helped us with a rodent problem in our crawl space. They did a free crawl space inspection, took pictures of insulation damage caused by the infestation and located foundation vents with failed screens. They also found a critical support beam that needed re-setting. They gave us a bid for work within two days and competed all remediation work three weeks later. This was an extensive (and expensive) project as we wanted them to also replace all the flooring insulation. They did not ask for ANY money up front and the check I wrote was for the exact amount they had originally submitted. They took great care to run a visqueen “tunnel” on the floor and up the walls to protect our home from any debris or contamination. Chris will probably be the guy who comes out for the initial inspection. He is professional, knowledgeable and a great guy. The crew of four was a group of very professional workers. This company is run the way you are supposed to run a company and you will be very happy you chose them for you crawl space needs. Look no further!

New Leaf came out to my location to fix sump pump alarm system. It is a high pitched noise that warns homeowners that the water has reached a certain point. Initially an appointment was made for three days later, but Jordan, New Leaf's owner, called personally and made a trip within minutes to my location. He is very personable, honest, and explained all the problems in detail and took the time to make sure we knew what to expect, how it relates to our neighborhood, and how to fix any potential issues in the future. Overall, New Leaf was very quick to respond, extremely informational, and had excellent customer service. Will definitely recommend to other homeowners, thanks Jordan!

They have a crawl space and a rodent treatment division. Both are stellar! I wish all businesses treated customers the way they do. If you ever have a problem with mice, mildew ,etc ; you will be thankful they are in Vancouver! I know I am. I first met them when my crawl space had water damage. And I still use them for mice control!! Kudos
