Absolutely switching systems after today. They gave me an appointment time and didn’t honor it. I watched people come in and they told them they missed their appointment earlier in the day and they still took them before me. They obviously knew that person personally, so they played favorites. I also listened the the receptionist give an attitude to a patient over the phone. I watched the lobby fill and clear twice before they took me back. I’m a very patient person and manage 10 outpatient dialysis facilities. This service is unacceptable under my leadership and I would not tolerate this low level of service and behavior toward a single patient.

Not me, but a friend. Theyre on medication thats causing hallucinations and they're vomiting everything they eat or drink and the dr is ignoring their request to change medication. I know this can be a side effect of some meds, but there's no reassurance that this is the case. The dr is just ignoring us or is too stupid to figure out what to do. The nurses are nice but whoever this dr is (my friend won't give me the name) is really terrible.

Place is a clinic!! Runs very far behind but kindly offers you to reschedule after taking the day off of work. Front desk was rude, not friendly at all!! Will be finding a new doctor immediately!!

Went to a scheduled walk in appointment, and was turned away because it’s a “holiday”. Was offered an appointment, then quickly had the appointment taken back because even though my last appointment was six months ago (in this office), I need a 30 minute appointment for paperwork signing, not 15. I reminded the woman At the front desk that as of tomorrow this would no longer be a covered provider for me, and in order to have this paper work signed I would pay all out of pocket. She kindly said the appointment would “cost anywhere from $26-186, and we won’t know until after the appointment, what the fee is.” As a health care provider myself, this was a spit in my face. Thanks for showing me that your office cares more about money than it does it’s patients. Typical. My family and I will not be back. Happy New Year, Jefferson. THIS is why I am switching healthcare systems.

The doctors I’ve seen there are great. The billing department needs work. I was overcharged due to their billing error and they refused to resubmit the bill to my insurance. The people I talked to weren’t knowledgeable or helpful. I won’t be going back.

Used Jefferson primary and Jefferson hospital since I thought it would be easier to use one company. First they could not even get a referral from primary office to the ultrasound at the hospital. I had to look for a fax machine... what? They sent me for two ultrasounds(both useless). When I go for the first one ultrasound technician goes: Hmmm... why they send you for this type of ultrasound, this does not show what bothers you... I was like: doctor probably knows what she is doing (this is before they charged my insurance over $5000 and over $500 in co-pays out of pocket)... After two ultrasounds my results float between hospital and primary until I called multiple times. After receiving over $500 in co-pay bills from hospital I get another bill for $50 (and $800 billed to insurance) for... primary doctor opening an envelope from the hospital and reading the result, apparently not included in $5000 ... While primary doctors are nice personally, the Jefferson system is just draining your insurance. This is a very short story of months and months of back and force, no customer service, the only way to submit a complaint is to send a fax (???!!! what!?), them NOT disclosing cost of service, overcharging you while not even resolving your health concern. It ends up easier to pay the bill than to find a person who is capable of explaining why you were billed. After I paid over $500 in co-pays and over $5000 from insurance for a little concern (slight pain in kidneys area, for which I received no treatment, no cause of pain, no medicine prescribed), I am now receiving collection letters for $49.89.
