My professional experience with Aerotek has been very good! I have been working with Aerotek almost 2 years as a Contractor. My recruiter Jake Burton worked with me step by step from a phone interview to an in-person interview on a direct placement opportunity with a thriving, dynamic company with a very competitive salary & benefits with room for growth! Jake was informative along the way with what to expect with providing feedback on how the company felt about my experience which afterwards I felt I had a good chance of getting the job. I definitely would recommend Aerotek as a partner for pursuance on your professional goals.

Aerotek is by far the most amazing staffing agency. My recruiter Kathryn (Katie) provides exceptional service. She has been my recruiter for a year and a half and this experience has been amazing. The job she placed me in is one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. I look forward to going into work everyday. I know I can always depend on Katie because in the past she’s placed me in great jobs as well. Any concerns I have Katie takes care of it. She truly is an amazing recruiter. Brett Holiday and Anthony Caione were awesome to work with from Aerotek! Brett took the time to get to know me and help me find and apply to multiple jobs, while eventually scoring me an interview for a job that lines exactly to my career goals. Anthony helped me prepare and feel very comfortable and informed about the interview process and the company for which I was applying. All of the staff from Aerotek were very professional, nice, and understanding. I know I can come to them for any questions I may have and they will be answered promptly. This company has provided me a great service and I am very thankful for especially Brett and Anthony for all of their time and work!

They are horrible I have been through three recruiters that all just up and disappear one day with out being told that I would be given a new one. The last one I wasn’t even given a recruiter so I have had no one to speak to. They definitely care about their contract more than they do their customers. Yes we are customers not employees. They make money from us.

I have had an amazing experience working with Aerotek. I worked with Amanda Bell, she was by far a true professional from helping me find potential job leads. From returning phone calls, or my emails in a timely manner. Her ability to read my resume and match me with a company, in turn I have become an asset to my company. Most importantly her expertise helped me better the quality of life for me and my family. Transitioning from the military to civilian life can be stressful, but my experience has made my transition less stressful

I had a terrific experience with Aerotek, specifically with Dan Bednarik. Dan was very friendly, professional, and responsive. My experience with Dan and Aerotek quickly led to a job offer with a company in the exact industry I wanted. This position was not posted online, so if I had not interfaced with Aerotek and Dan, I never would have even been aware of this great opportunity. I highly recommend Aerotek to anyone looking for a job, as you will be exposed to more opportunities than if you search for a job on your own. I have interacted with different staffing agencies and recruiters in the past, but Aerotek and Dan provided me the best experience by far, as they were the most responsive, friendliest and the most effective!

I had the best experience with Johanna Walker at Aerotek. Unfortunately, I signed up with several local staffing agencies which weren't as nice, profeasional or as welcoming as Aerotek. From the very first interactions, until this very moment, they were so professional, nice, and effective. I was out of work for almost 1 year and my staffing coordinator assisted me with every aspect of getting a job. She was available whenever I needed her, informative, she also took the time to find a job that was suitable for me and not just any job that was available. The pay is well and they really make sure you are successful as long as you want the success. I would recommend anyone who is seeking employment to sign on with Aerotek. I'm so happy I did.

My experience with Aerotek was amazing. My recruiter then Catherine Sherlock now she is the account manager is amazing. I can’t talk enough about her enthusiasm and passion about her work. The whole team of Aerotek in Cherry Hill location are amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to change their career or just looking to find the next great work opportunity.

Staff consistently lies to their employees. They claim to offer sick time and PTO but although it's listed on your pay stub, they refuse to pay you for it, even when pre-approved. Would have gave them 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Google apparently,can't even imagine a company being this bad.

I had the pleasure of working with Brett Holiday over the past month or so. After a long, disappointing job search on my own, it was a great change of pace to have someone in my corner helping me through the entire experience. Brett was positive from the beginning and gave helpful feedback throughout the interview and post-interview processes. He genuinely cared about me and how I would fit into the position and company. This was my first experience with a staffing agency and I am so glad I was able to work with Aerotek and Brett. I would recommend Aerotek to any job-hunter!

My mother informed me about Aerotek shortly after my graduation during a time when it seemed my job applications were being ignored by just about every company i applied to. Upon walking in the door, I was completely blown away by how friendly and supportive the staff was. Katie, at the front desk, immediately took me under her wing and set me up with several potential connections. Before visiting, I was not feeling confident based on the several companies that had not responded to my applications. My self esteem was non-existent. I was nervous that I would not hear back from Aerotek but Katie's uplifting personality and charm left me confident that I was in good hands. About two short months later, Aerotek informed me they had a position for me at a very successful company that operates globally. I was a nervous about interviewing, but Christopher provided me with very important tips, and in-depth information on how to really make a good impression. With the tools that Aerotek provided me with, I got the job very shortly after, and have even been promoted twice since then. And to this day, I am loving the company that I work for.. All of the people that have negative experiences with Aerotek are the ones who aren't serious in the first place.

I had the pleasure of working with Jake Burton. Aerotek (Jake) reached out to me regarding a position he thought fit my skills and personality. From the first conversation to the last, Jake was always professional, enthusiastic and extremely helpful. He was informative, thorough, caring and worked quickly. Jake made the often stressful hiring process more comfortable. I highly recommend Jake and Aerotek in general. Aerotek is unlike any other recruiting company. This company goes above and beyond to make sure they find a position that fits your personality and career goals.

I worked for Aerotek for about 4 months, I got terminated before my contract was up. Apparently my recruiter says it wasn’t my “fault” but you terminated me? I did everything I was supposed to do and listened to everything I was being told. Also I worked overtime during a bonus phase and received no bonus check. I was told nonsense and believed it and they terminated me. And you took money from me. You can’t trust everything these people tell you and that’s sad.

So I recently rated my experience with aerotek , which was awesome at first until I transitioned to a full time employee with the company aerotek placed me with. I got really sick on last couple of days with aerotek and I've been a faithful worker for aerotek not missing a a day for 4 months straight. I reached out to my recruiter to let her know I wasn't feeling well . I had just enough sick time to cover my week and aerotek couldn't even pay me for the days I was sick. Now mind you I worked for these sick days. Then I get a termination letter I was token back. But you know what aerotek I good and you only hurting your company by treating good workers badly. I will never return to work for this company ever! ✌️

I like that I can contact my recruiter when needed. I like that my paycheck is always on time . Alyson filewicz is an amazing woman, she is so kind and understanding. I'm super glad that we met. And at any time if my job doesn't work out I will be calling her!

What a joke this place is. Not once but twice they scheduled phone interviews with me and both times they were no shows. Keep in mind this was two different recruiters from Aerotek, not even the same person I'm done wasting my time with them.
