I called a couple days prior to driving 45 minutes to get to your store in Cherry Hill on that day. I spoke to a girl by the name of Linda. I was trying to order two tires two tubes and rubber strips. She informed me that the one tire was in stock, the other tire had to be ordered as well as the tubes had to be ordered and she said they could not get the rim strips. I arrive at the store to find out I can not get the one tire Even being ordered you had two tubes there which I purchased since I took the 45 minute ride which I over paid for them and the rubber strips were not available as well so unfortunately for you I will not be coming back. I went to another store in the area, I received my tires in two days. They had the tubes in stock and the rim strip in stock. And also very disappointed in your ordering process. I am at the store and cannot even get the stuff ordered that I needed without paying for it with a credit card when I also offered to pay for it in cash and pick it up when it comes into your store, Very very dissatisfied. Customer. I really wish I could give you zero stars.

Easy to place order for a new helmet online. I opted to have it delivered to the nearest bricks and mortar location so I could try it on. In the event it didn't fit, I wouldn't have go thru the trouble of repacking and arranging return shipping and could order a size up or down right there and then.

Prices way lower than other shops ($100 less on a helmet). Super helpful staff (Linda) went out of her way to assist me and was very friendly and polite despite having a store full of people all needing help. She handled everyone professionally and never got impatient while being pulled in 5 different directions. I’ll definitely be back next time I need something.

The woman that helped me was more than informative. I was purchasing a helmet and she even suggested a different size which ended up being just the ticket! Heading back there actually this week to ask for her help on a new intercoms headset for the Harley and I know she will be just the person to help me!

Picked up a new helmet. Linda, the salesperson, fitted and explained all the features. She even made adjustments to the liner to make the helmet more comfortable for me. Great experience!

Picked up Alpinestars Tech 5 boots from them on Thursday and was blown away by the customer service. Both the people (Sorry, their names escape me) that helped me were very nice and welcoming. No pressure, just fellow riders that want to help someone else enjoy the sport. Very happy with the boots too!

We were in on Saturday to buy summer riding gloves for our daughter and ended up finally buying an intercom 2-pk set. I can't remember the sales rep's name but she was very helpful explaining the 2 different units we were interested in.

Great in store service . They were very patient as I tried on various helmets and gave expert advice to help me choose the one that was the perfect fit for me.

This is my favorite place. I always have a great experience when I shop there. The female manager is amazing! So, helpful answering questions and going above and beyond for a customer!

It was as if I walked into a fire star hotel. The young man working the counter was very respectful and polite. Not only did he take my questions and concerns, but made a call on my behalf to help with my membership. It took this young man seconds to do what I have been trying for figure out for months.

Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection and in house brand pricing is great. Great holiday sales. Will be going back and buying more

Great experience this Saturday! Hilda & Angelo are top notch. They helped me pick out a new helmet and some additional gear. They offered great advice & suggestions. I was not rushed with my decision, could ask as many questions as I wanted and was provided amazing service.

Went to the store to get gear so I can take basic rider course.I didn’t know anything and the dude that helped me Cesar was super knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He explained everything perfectly and got me fitted with comfortable and and safe gear. Will return again for more stuff. 10/10

It’s Like a motorcyclist candy store. My eyes were darting from one end of the store to the other. A very good selection of everything for a motorcyclist. Linda was very helpful and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Cycle Gear of Cherry Hill.

Had a really great experience here. Going in to the store, I had little idea on how a helmet should fit, and feel. Mark came right over and helped me out almost immediately. With his patience, and help, I found the perfect helmet for me. He was very knowledgeable and any question I had was answered to perfection.

I needed a helmet so I went to Cycle gear. I was greeted upon entering. The employee was very helpful with brand and fit. I was also delighted to find out they offer a first responder discount. I will definitely be back.

Bought a helmet and gloves. Lots of selection super friendly and helpful staff (Thanks Mark). Store is a little cramped but enough room to try stuff on. 60/yr for membership is only useful if your buying $500+ Every yearor getting lots of stuff delivered.

Purchased a bluetooth headset, staff not very pleasant or helpful in helping me get it up and running on my bike. False advertising! As it states, Take advantage of our free expert bluetooth headset install, pairing and demo. BS! Poor customer service! Really could have used some free expert help as I'm not tech savvy.

The store is awesome, could spend hours just looking around, employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The only issue I have is, I found the same jacket on J& P's website $50 less than Cycle Gear- will see about the price match.... pretty much the same company.

First visit to store was outstanding. Shopped for a helmet and received excellent service from Frankie. Frankie worked it out so I joined the RPM club and save a load of money on my purchase. Start to satisfied customer took less than 15 minutes.

The crew at cycle gear in cherry Hill are always awesome. All very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I’ve been in the store, I have received exceptional customer service. Its almost an hour drive from me but I never hesitate to make the trip. Keep doing what you do.🙏🏼🤘🏼

I do recommend this cycle gear as they have taken their time to assist me each time that I go there. I will continue to go there until I get ky second bad experience, if they will serve me after this review. They are decent compare to other places that I have been. However, they did a very bad job in their transition to their new system, which left me unable to use my warranty. I always purchased warranty and never used, but the one time that I needed Cycle Gear was a no show in fulfilling that commitment. I am afraid that they might keep slipping, so I am letting them know. I was partially at fault for not remembering where I put my receipts, but I never needed to since I never had to use my warranty. I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because their negligence to transfer the previous data made it seem that I am a liar; it was a very uncomfortable moment, and they are not the only business failing to keep track og their offered warranty account. As always if you have no proofs the business is always right, AND KEEPING MY INTEGRITY INTACT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME than $200 any item costs. I don't like to do review as I feel that 1 bad experience is not enough to lower a business rating and since I wont do bad rating , I don't feel like giving good ratings either. But I realize a lot of businesses have been slipping in their customer service duties, so I am gonna start rating.

What a wonderful experience! The store manager helped me get a perfectly fitted helmet, a good size jacket and gloves. Helped me learn a lot about getting into the motorcycle apparel environment and way to tweet my gear and add things along the way. Definitely a top notch experience and I will now always go to cycle gear first for any of my future needs.
