Sushi and sashimi are very fresh and delicious. There is a very big option of them. The service is super fast and very friendly. There are a lot of options for vegetarians starting with soups salads and sushi. I for sure will go there again.

Great location in downtown collingswood! The chefs were funny and cute! Interacted with the customers and were very entertaining! The food was delicious! It’s a nice hibachi experience! And the prices were really reasonable!I only gave it 4 stars though because I didn’t like how they rushed us out for the next party. Busy Sunday but she hadn’t even come get our check for payment. But all in all I’d definitely come back. It was a lot of fun 10/10

They have a pretty good variety of vegan options and it is pretty good! Their crispy tofu and tempura is very yummy and the soups/sauce are not too salty but still well flavored. I'd definitely coke back to try more of the items on their menu. The service and atmosphere were very pleasant as well

Absolutely rude, arrogant staff. We ordered over $100 in food for pick up, I came in to pay, sat there for 10 minutes while two staff members stood there. I was standing there literally 5 minutes more while one of the girls was on her cell phone, I said excuse me multiple times and was TOTALLY ignored, until I raised my voice. Then was told that, "I'm on break," so another employee walks up and I tell him what has happened and I'm told, well she is on break. If she's on break she shouldn't be standing behind the pick up counter as if she was working. So I asked to speak with the manager and neither of them say a WORD. So I said either get a manager or I'm going to walk out and you can keep the food, (that i did not pay for.) They continued to not help nor get a manager, so guess what, I walked the F out without the food. You will not treat a customer like that and think it's okay. It was not my loss, it was yours. The owners need to teach their workers respect.

This place use to be good. Service and food quality has decreased significantly. Not sure if it was because of a Friday night but we were really disappointed with a party of 10. The waiter should confirm orders before the cook arrives to the grill. They forgot my order! And, lower the heat while grilling food so the meat is not tough, especially while cooking lobster. I also ordered chicken fried rice. The chicken was cooked so hard in the rice that it had brown grill marks. Plus, the place needs a facelift. We sat on the left side and the walls were dusty and greasy. Overall bad experience tonight. We won’t be back to Osaka.

Always great food and a lovely environment whether it'sa date for two or business dinner for 10 at the hibachi grill! I have yet to be disappointed with a meal choice! There are options for vegetarians, it has rear parking in the back with wheelchair accessibility.

Beautiful place with great food and help. Surpasses it's positive reputation. Food is fresh and tasty. Moderately priced. Plus, a entertaining show at the Hibachi grill.

Worst service, very stale atmosphere and definitely felt the racist vibes. However, I still paid over $100 for basic veggies and rice I refuse to tip after this experience. No need to make a Fuss I just won’t spend $$ here again and advise others to think twice.

My sushi was warm. Pretty but warm. Yeah no. Even though I ordered hibachi they brought me a regular teriyaki dinner. Only thing good about it was it being a byob.

I told my husband that I wanted Hibachi, but I didn’t want to go to Be******. We found Osaka as an alternative through google search. The hibachi section is in the back of the restaurant (so just say if you wanted Hibachi and they’ll take you to the back) — main restaurant have regular seating for casual sushi / japanese fare. Lunch hibachi is a great value for us! The chef is talented and put on such an amazing experience! Food is delicious and seasoned well (and not too salty too!). We will be back for date nights and family nights.

Sushi was very fresh and great! The vegetable hibachi was the freshest and tastiest I've ever had. The staff are always sweet, kind and attentive. This is my fave sushi spot now and come 40 mins away from home to eat here.

It’s very rare that I leave a bad review as I always try to give the business the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately our server was HORRIBLE, RUDE and just plain crass and the hibachi chef wasn’t any better. There were six of us there celebrating my daughter’s birthday and they had us in and out in 35 minutes. The food was average at best.

5 stars food was really good. Didn't have to wait long to be seated or 2 eat. Didn't sit at the hibachi area but they do take reservations for hibachi

Extremely bad customer service… We were looking forward to date night and made an 8pm reservation. As we had to drive 45 mins for dinner, we left a little after 7pm. About 7:35pm, we received a call that they overbooked tables and would need to move us to a later time, despite me telling them we were already in route… never again! We went to another restaurant, with great food and good customer service… everything works out in the end…

My friend & I had lunch here Sunday & it was wonderful!! We were catching up, talking a lot but our server was so patient and never rushed us. She also kept our drinks full. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxed. There was a party in the back room but you couldn't tell. We got the love boat for 2 and every single thing tasted so fresh and delicious!!!! Lots of variety in a beautiful presentation 🍣 highly recommend! We also tried the duck roll appetizer which was a cross between a sushi roll & a fancy egg roll.. it was incredible & I'm already craving it again!

We love to try new places and we give it a try to this Japanese restaurant. It is really good! We’ll come more times

We celebrated a birthday here and it was fantastic. Food was delicious and our chef was entertaining. Our server was sweet and accommodating. My family is excited to go back.

Osaka is one of our favorites! We love the hibachi salmon and short rib combo. I used to hate sushi but after having the chicken tempura sushi with soy paper I am in love 😍. Osaka never disappoints! 10/10
