I took my son in for an ingrown toenail. All the doctor did was look at it and recommend an antibiotic and soak it every so often, all of five minutes she spent with us. A couple of weeks later I get a bill for $450. Totally outrageous. I should have asked what they charge for a 5-minute consultation. I have no intention of ever returning to this establishment. It blows my mind why prices are never displayed or discussed. They just charge whatever they like. More people should question these practices

Kyle was exceptional just fantastic! So professional and kind! The nurse practitioner was very nice. Reception girl very sweet. Baptist health rates way above all others. Couldn't be more happy with exceptional service!

Amazing, staff was so kind and sympathetic. Top notch facility. Baptist Health should be very proud of this urgent care. They went out of their way to find me an orthopedic doctor that would see me right away. I really felt like they cared about me, that alone meant so much. I was truly fortunate to have gone to this facility. I would highly recommend it!

Went for a school health checkup and I have to say that the whole staff was extremely nice. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone took great care of our 7 year old, including a little present. The price of 25 USD for the school physical is great and we will absolutely go back to this location with any medical needs. Thank you very very much!

I really love this place! I went because the urgent care near my was “temporarily closed” so I decided to check out Baptist Urgent Care on Lyons Road in Boca Raton. From the moment I entered the spacious and meticulous lobby, I knew this was a far superior clinic than the previous urgent care venues I have visited in the past. The front desk gentleman made eye contact, was super polite and very honest about the wait..which was the only negative thing I can say. After less than an hour, I was seen by a lovely, compassionate nurse who was thorough and efficient. The PA who did the exam was also exceptional and caring. I felt like an individual through the whole process and the best thing, for me, as a medical reporter is that the PA did not push antibiotics for what turned out to be a cold. She recommended the standard treatments and advised rest to recover. Refreshing!

The facility in West Boca is very clean and nice. However, that's about the extent of good things that I can say. The doctor essentially prescribed OTC medication. IN fact, she recommended that I just buy OTC but since I was at a medical appointment, I opted for something stronger to combat my symptoms. But the much bigger issue was with the outrageous bill that I received for that kind of care. I have insurance but was told that I would not have a co-pay. I figured that I would receive a bill probably between $100-200. What I received in the mail was quite an unpleasant surprise despite insurance adjustments being made (about 4 times what was expected). I have been to the emergency room and received bills afterwards but nothing close to the likes of this. I even went to another urgent care prior to this visit where I paid a co-pay and then nothing else after my visit. Since this was close to my house, I decided to try this place. HUGE MISTAKE... NEVER AGAIN. I definitely won't be recommending Baptist Health to any family or friends so that they avoid price gouging and will personally avoid services from them in any capacity going forward.

Care is fine but billing has gone insane. They used to charge $150-$170 to see your child. Surprise and without notice now charge as an "outpatient hospital" and bills are $1,050-$1,200 to see your kid for an ear infection. Urgent care is for speed and cost efficiency. They aren't either one anymore.

I will start with the paramedics who got me to the hospital. They were great. Really put me at ease during a scary time! My nurse, Chris, was wonderful. He had a very good bedside manner which I greatly appreciated. He was both thorough and efficient. Dr Alvarez who attended to me was excellent. Assessed the problem very quickly and administered the correct medications that gave me so much relief from the pain I was in. The X-ray department were both quick and very kind. Overall I had an excellent experience. I only wish I had decided to go sooner and relieve some of the awful back pain I was experiencing!

Excellent customer service. The gentlemen taking us in the room offered me a blanket and brought me one because I was cold. We weren’t there for me, I was there for my little one. They were very friendly and thorough.

Wait was a bit long out in the waiting area even though there were only 2 people ahead of us but the staff was super nice. Once we went back to the room, we were seen pretty fast. Everyone from security guard, front desk, medical assistant to the PA that took care of us, were incredibly pleasant and helpful. They made my 8 y.o. and I feel comfortable and not once did we feel rushed.

Arrived before 9:00 am Sunday morning. At 9:00 I was invited in to the facility that was clean & bright, given forms to complete. Within 30 minutes I was taken into a well appointed room where the tech took my vitals and swabbed my nostrils to start the procedure for checking what the findings would be on the Covid test. Subsequently, the Doctor came in and told me the results of my quick test and that l would receive the PCR results in 2-3 days time. The professionals were attentive and new their jobs, the facility was supplied with necessary items for preventative purposes and the seating had a division shield between each seat. Excellent experience..

I arrive at Baptist Urgent care with a foot puncture wound. After a brief wait, I was seen by a nurse, who carefully removed the wound dressing and took a look at the injury. She decided that the PA, Louis Diamond, had to see it. Mr. Diamond took a long and carefully explained next steps, including an X-Ray to insure no debris was in the wound. Fortunately, there was no debris. My wound was then carefully cleaned and dressed. I was extremely pleased with the assistance rendered to me by the PA, nurse and X-Ray tech. I have always had great care whenever I visited a Baptist Urgent Care facility.

Baptist Urgent Care Center is professional, friendly and clean. My experience today was quick and easy - yet thorough. Both the Nurse and the Dr. took the time to explain as necessary. The receptionists were friendly and seemed to be happy to be there.

I had back pain for several days and decided to go Baptist Health Urgent Care Express yesterday Saturday morning 9/23/23. The place very clean even with coffee, drinks available for patients. The whole staffs was very nice and professional. The nurse assistant took basis Q&A, vital signs and even offered water which I never seen or heard from other places. Natalia PA-C took her time listening to my complaints/pain and finally gave me injection and sent script to my pharmacy. Awesome experience and excellent place to visit after hours especially on the weekend that you need medical care. I would recommend everyone to this place for sure. -Cindy

Excellent care. Staff were welcoming & extremely helpful from the moment you arrived until you were discharged. The nurse was wonderful & thorough with patient intake symptoms medications &vitals . Th e doctor provided excellent care as well. I would highly recommend this urgent care center & would certainly return in the future if necessary.

Best Urgent Care around! The place is immaculate, the check in was speedy and the staff is wonderful! Everyone was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. And I appreciated not being spoken down to as has been my experience in other health facilities. . I am 76 but I am not senile or deaf or devoid of my faculties ! Thank you to all at Baptist Health who treated me with respect!

As always a good visit. Very caring staff, gave us hot blanket in the waiting room. They listen to my chief complaint with out judgement, treatment plan was communicated and agreed on. Good place.

Anita and her staff were amazing during my visit! They went above and beyond addressing my issue. I was able to get in very quickly and the office was very clean. One of the best Urgent Care's I have been too!

100 percent recommend the people here. I think their names were Jaime the assistant and Dr rolloff. It took an hour to see them on a weeknight (was told forty mins at check in) but definitely worth the wait. Front desk people were also good.

The staff at BRRH Urgent Care in West Boca was welcoming, professional and kind. I was in an out in under an hour (however, I did go on a typically less busy day). The facility is clean and organized and it’s an added bonus that they take health insurance. I really appreciate the care I received here, and not having a primary care physician, I’m sure I’ll be back at some point.

The staff was welcoming. The PA was friendly and knowledgeable with great bedside mannerisms. My only complaint is that even though I had a scheduled appointment there was quite a wait. Which carried over from the waiting area to the doctors’ office. It might help to put a Television in the exam room as well so the patients may continue to watch the show that was in the waiting room. Just an idea. The coffee station is a good touch though!

First experience at Baptist Urgent Care Express and it was a very good one. Staff was super pleasant and efficient. PA I saw was on the money with my diagnosis. Facility is very nice and comfortable inside. Will definitely use again.

Front desk personally extremely helpful and nice made sure it was a pleasant experience. The nurse was polite. The doctor made me uncomfortable. Some of the questions he asked me made me feel uncomfortable because they did not have to do with my issue and were private and intimate natured. I felt scared in the room with him. I do not recommend this to any woman

Came in for swollen eye to the urgent care. Was promptly checked in and called to the patient room. Doctor came in shortly and checked out my concern and arrived at the diagnosis quickly. He was very attentive and explained things well. Got a prescription called in . Overall good experience.

Everyone was super respectful and thorough with my diagnostic. I used to go the MD urgent care but never again. This place was great, clean and has in house testing for some test letting you have result right then and there. Thank you doctor Luis.

Overall good experience, the front desk staff was accurate with wait time, MA was super sweet as was the PA I saw. My only grievance was my insurance was ran and I got charged $75 which I shouldn’t have paid due to my out of pocket max was met for this year. When I told the front desk nobody knew how to look in to it or even how to go about fixing it nor did she seem to care.. if your staff is going to look up insurance they need to be able to pull up accurate status in which patients should be paying.

I had an excellent experience today at Baptist health urgent care. The staff members who signed me in were very like able and signed me in easily. The practitioner Kim who took my blood Pressure was delightful and very knowledgeable. Dr Louis Diamond was also excellent. I would not hesitate to come back. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional but they are so understaffed there’s so much they can do. I had to wait almost 3 hours to be seen. There was only one PA to see so many patients! The place is big enough to accommodate more doctors. Nevertheless, the corporation deemed not worth paying more doctors because for them it’s so easy to make the public wait. Inconveniencing us is not a problem so long as they save money. If it weren’t for the great professionalism of their staff I would never come back or recommend to anyone and, after today, it’s very possible I won’t.

I was well satisfied with and appreciate the attention and care I received at the West Boca Urgent Care Express after a recent fall. The wait was just 30 minutes. I had a scan and got the results without delay. Many thanks.

Thorough, thoughtful. Dr. Acquino did a great job making the diagnosis, considering treatment options, explaining the treatment plan, and answering my questions. As I was miserably sick during the entire experience, I appreciated how well run the Center was: everyone was kind and helpful, and all of their systems ran smoothly. The Center certainly deserves its reputation for high-quality medical care. When I can't see my PCP, this is where I'll be coming.

I desire to treat everyone equally. I'm curious as to why the lady at the front desk inquired about my insurance before giving me the registration form, while she didn't ask the same question to others. I don't believe she was attempting to profile or discriminate against me. However, the true professionals, including the x-ray technician, nurse, and physician's assistant, provided excellent care to my son without any indications of discrimination.

Have had 2 experiences at Baptist and both were top notch. Staff is wonderful and friendly, and of course, skilled. Facility is nice and always clean. Highly recommend for urgent care

The nurse and the physician assistant were great. Took time, were courteous and friendly and explained everything. The receptionist at the desk at the time I arrived, around 11:15, was abrupt. The facility was clean and I liked the that there were separators between seats.

Staff is great!!, but wait time is extreme. They have this huge facility with very professional staff, but just one provider inside. The provider is not an actual doctor, but a PA. For the wait (technically "Express" facility) and what it is, if you have a good insurance go to an actual ER...you are going to get a lot more done for your money....before it was acquired by Baptist Health they did have an in house Doctor...as much as facilities like this try to push a PA or RN to be present instead of a Doctor, let's not forget that this is just a finicial decision of the corporation to save money and not focused and the professional opinion and best possible diagnosis of the patient. They are understaffed as they need to have a least someone else who can prescribe...Just my two cents

The facility was clean the staff helpful. I didn’t wait long at all to be seen by the nurse and PA who were very efficient, polite, and professional.. they were great. I had a sinus infection. They listened, ask questions and prescribed what I needed and I agreed cause I’ve had this before. And the following day they even followed up to make sure that I was feeling better thank you very much. You are totally appreciated.GOOD job staff at Baptist Health Urgent Care!!

Had an upper respiratory problem for over a week. The nurses and doctors wasted no time finding out what was going on. Took X-rays, and had a radiologist review them on the spot. Called in prescriptions and I’m feeling better two days later. Thank you to the entire staff. You did more than was expected in a professional and serious manner.

It was a very long wait but the staff and medical professionals were the best that I have seen at an urgent care facility. Very nice! They were anlso upfront about how long the wait would be and several people left and came back so they would not be there too long. I will go back if I need a walk-in clinic in the future.

There was no waiting to. Check in. I was taken in within 10 minutes. The person who took my vitals was friendly and efficient and personable I believe the gentleman who discussed my case with me was a PA. He was informative pleasant and answered all my questions It was the best experience I have had at an urgent care,

The staff and doctors were all excellent. It was a quick visit in and out and everyone was lovely. Hopefully I won’t have to visit again anytime soon, but it’s nice to know that there is a place so close to my home in case of an emergency. Highly recommend.
