Loved my stay, I would highly recommended smart move to anyone taking classes at MPT you can walk to school, and all of my roommates were also taking classes at MPT so it was a great way to make new connections. The neighborhood was also great walking distance to many great restaurants and bars!

Great bed so comfy, airconditioner works well. Small and tight bathroom & kitchen not for big people, but we r happy with our little accommodation. Few issues with drains and washing machine doesn't work well. Other wise services with staff has been amazing. Busi has been very helpful in the office, helping us out with our mail when it came in. I had to email Busi a couple of times with issue with the house and Busi was straight onto it. Overall our stay has been very comfortable. cheers

Stayed at two different locations here in Fort Lauderdale and both were great, very clean, easy access to local stores and Smart Move team were always available to help, not that I had any reasons to contact the. Defiantly recommend staying here.

Excellent place for me to stay as a student at MPT. Very pretty and the price is right. I'll definitely stay here again. It could be a little cleaner but for the most part that's because I'm living with kids that are smokers and leaving their butts everywhere which is also a fire hazard. I personally will stay here again but I doubt that I would bring my wife here. I would recommend this housing to anyone traveling for work or studies at the academy. Expect a rude email on a Thursday telling you that the rent is due by Friday at noon. "It's not my job to track you down. No rent = no bed." Central AC is very nice. Overall I'm very happy with the accommodations, I just wish that Smart Move could do better on the communication.

Between Busi and Shelley, the communication speed, help and effort they put in to help is off the charts! They helped my within a few hours for my first stay with Smart Move and went out of their way to accommodate me in a time of need with my second stay. Kudos to them! Thanks!

I am so glad I chose Smart Move for my accommodations while staying in Fort Lauderdale. The house I am in is so close to absolutely everything. It is close to multiple grocery stores, fast food places, bars, retail stores and the yachting classes I took. Communication and booking is easy and reliable. The room and house is clean and there’s truly nothing more I could ask for.

I’ve had such a pleasurable stay with Smart Move. They’re cleaning crew is very consistent and the office staff is so friendly. When we had issues with our laundry, the staff immediately gave us access to a close unit. Highly recommend for crew housing !

Don’t bother if you’ve got another option, accommodation is fine but way overpriced and you won’t get your deposit back or get any flexibility with refunds if you leave early. Go with a different company

An extremely professional crew house with a great environment to be able to socialize and bond with other yachties. I found the amenities to be fantastic and the beds were super comfy and there was no one constantly looking over your shoulder. Smart move will definitely be seeing me again in the future

Great short-term housing option. I highly recommend staying with Smart Move. What sold me the most was how responsive and reliable the entire Smart Move team was from the start, and continued to be throughout my stay. They were also very accommodating with any request I had. Nice little apartment. Good internet and plenty of space to study. Wish that I could adjust the A/C but other than that a very nice little apartment. I’m just used to it being colder.

Accommodations are as advertised. The crew house was very close to MPT, where I was taking classes. I opted for the private room and was happy I did. Because there is just one window AC, and it is in the living room, the bedroom gets quite warm with the door closed. It doesn't let the cool air in but it does let light and noise through easily. I slept with earplugs in. There were people coming and going at all hours. Some tenants, some guests. That being said, there isn't privacy or security. I'm not going to fault SmartMove for the behavior of other tenants. Check in and check out were very easy. I'd stay with them again. Biggest recommendation is for a bigger refrigerator. It was way too small for 4 people. Wifi worked well.

Smartmove is always my first choice when I find myself in Fort Lauderdale needing accommodation. They offer affordable rates (better than any others I’ve found) on properties in very central locations to marine schools and to the centre of Lauderdale. Always very responsive and quick comms, the staff are super friendly and attentive. I was recommended Smartmove via a colleague and likewise I will recommend them to fellow yacht crew. Had our crew stay over 2 month in a house and attached studio. Smart Move and Busi were very professional, accommodating and flexible with us. Anything broken was swiftly replaced. Nice, wish there was a little bit more to cook with and store on the kitchen. Staying with ppl in the industry is amazing. Had to pay for laundry with coins didnt have cash.

Very impressed. Fantastic customer service, perfect location and great accommodation. I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst doing courses at PYT (literally a 5 min walk away). The room was equipped with everything I needed and more, quick wifi and perfectly set AC. All email communication was prompt and informative, any questions I had, Busi made sure to respond as quickly as possible. All in all I’d highly recommend this accommodation. I’ll certainly stay again for future courses.👍

Great place, stayed for 3 months. Management installed a brand new smart TV and brand new microwave during my stay. Parking is close by. Very convenient location with access to many restaurants and downtown area.
