    We have never had a single issue with our collection service. They come at a consistant time of day, are friendly and courteous. I called for a container replacement once, and it was promptly delivered. We are very pleased to have Waste Management service our home.

    This company communicates well and overall I have no issues with it. My one complaint would be they recently changed their pickup schedule, green waste is usually first and now the pickup of recycled / trash at times can be hours apart. Before it seemed all three were done in the morning hours and you weren't waiting for the last truck to come through at night. The drivers are professional and I've seen them many times move trash cans up to the side of the house especially with elderly customers.

    Customer service wait times to schedule bulk pickups and additional services are unacceptable. Making this functionality available via app will help alleviate this bottleneck.

    Ordered new service, few weeks ago. Your service representative was super helpful and knowledgeable and with joyful spirit; most importantly, she makes the appointment/arrangement totally easy and professional. Bins were delivered on time as requested. Very good experience with WM. Thanks.

    WM staff is responsive and customer focused. All of our requests and inquiries are taken care of with professionalism. The website is easy to navigate. WM provides great service at a reasonable cost.

    Recently our trash and our neighbors were not picked up for two days , must of been a mix up .. then it happened again for one later , this not around time of the holiday. Then picked up trash and not recycling bin . Came next day .. hopefully just a mix up with drivers that day . Otherwise very good service .

    The service has been great in the field. The big issue that they do not get a 5 star from me is that the requirement, by the city of Irvine, of an organic bucket was used to significantly raise rates.

    We had a large item pick up. The driver only took part of the pick up. We requested to have the fire pit to be removed along with other items that were set on the side of the curb.

    On time pick up even in public holiday. Very nice staff. Some time I was later put the trash bin outside, when I noticed it was too later. The driver use gesture let me move my trash bin to other side of the street. Then still done. Very friendly.

    The pickup service for bulk item removal is very poor. They never come on scheduled day and never inform about their schedule change. They give lot of stress each time, since I try to take the items back into the house after waiting for the whole day for them. In spite of repeated follow up for their missed picked up, nothing moves. They never seems to understand our difficulty of getting our bulk items to curbside back and forth. I wish they have better system to stick with their schedules and communicate incase they are not able to make it for the pickup. I am writing this after repeated number of same stressful experience over the last few years. At this moment of writing my items are still outside on curbside waiting for them to be picked up. If I could give ZERO STAR for their service. Hope they improve their service by better communication through emails or messages so that everybody's time and effort is saved. Their schedule system gets improved.

    I am so impressed with the professionalism, service and value from Waste Management. They set the bar on excellence, and I couldn’t think of anything they could improve on. I’ve dealt with trash collectors in other locations over the years, and Waste Management is on a higher level. They are outstanding!

    Waste management is an outstanding company. With the exception of getting through to them on the phone sometimes their Waste Service is excellent. For the most part always on time and regularly do an efficient job

    Great service. Good drivers. They pick up accidental spillovers and drop-outs. They are very careful about cars parked on the street. The drivers interact and are pleasant.

    Very difficult to speak with a live person. Bulk pickup never happened after three days of chatting and speaking with customer service assuring me that my bulk pickup was going to happen. I spent a lot of time trying to just dispose of a toilet. It is pretty awful when you are blatantly lied to by a department called Customer Service. You can’t count on them to take care of your bulk pickups. Very disappointed.

    We've been trying to get a broken bin repaired or replaced for several weeks. The wheels broke off. They keep promising to come out but never show up. The last time, we were lectured on the "nationwide plastics shortage." So...what are they doing with the tons of recycled plastic that they pick up??? OMG! They finally sent a delivery truck with the WRONG bin. We wouldn't let him leave, as he said we should call the company to request the correct bins. We kept him there and called their office. And we told him to call his manager. By the time everyone was done talking, he grudgingly dug through the bins in his truck and pulled out what we had ordered. He took pictures of it, as though we were criminals making a hobby out of ordering bins. And, they were clearly used bins. We'd been warned that they were reusing bins from people who moved away. Nevertheless, we kept them. Fast forward to the next day -- Saturday (when their office is closed). They delivered TWO MORE BINS!!! How did this company ever get the city to give them a contract??!!

    Called last Wed to have our trash can repair/replaced. Rep said no problem they would be out as early as that Friday but could take up to the following as those are our trash days. Can which the wheels have came off due to the plastic connections snapping, has been out a whole week as of this post.Called 2 days prior and the rep said "they came out last Thurs and it wasnt there so we just closed the ticket".No Kidding! they told us Friday not Thursday. So rescheduled for Friday the 29th and nothing. No communication whatsoever and we got this eye sore out for a week now and we dont want to bring it it cause thats when they will probably show.

    Schedule of pickup always respected. Drivers are skilled and the site is clean after pickup. Trash cans also are left standing and do not represent any traffic safety hazard after pick up.

    I opened the account for service 3 weeks ago and I still did not receive my container. I had called the customer service over 5 times for the past 3 weeks. They always tell me that it will be delivered “today” or it is sechduled to be delivered tomorrow. However, 3 weeks in, I still didn’t see any container

    During regular trash pickup, our trash can was dumped into the truck! My husband was outside, saw what happened and went after the truck to tell the driver they had our can. His response “Oh, you saw that”. They didn’t retrieve our can and were told to call for replacement. I immediately called and was told a new can would be delivered on next Trash day. Well, no can delivered. I called again, they told me “we’re short on delivery drivers, it should be delivered in next 2-3 days”. Still no can. This is ridiculous!!! Their trash operator took our can all we are asking for us a replacement!!!😖
