Employee went there to cash his check with valid check and ID and they refused to cash it unless they talked to Corporate. So, when we called from the office the next day they refused to answer the phone.

SELENA had an amazing customer service!!!!!! I was completely impressed with her professionalism and customer service. She was timely, attentive, upbeat service to a customer, and making sure the customer needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the company !!!

I came into the store and was greeted by the friendliest young man. I think his name was John maybe James. It was a name from the bible but he put me at ease at a very stressful time in my life. Hello I was the customer that the worker was being rude too, he’s a black young Man and he was definitely laughing asking his other coworkers for help when they were trying to help others he asked for my uncles ssn that’s fraud! And said I couldn’t cash my check because I haven’t been there in a year. So I went to another PLS down the street and they cashed it and said you only been gone got 6 months and that’s not a year and for me to call corporate which I did I hope he’s fired ! I’ve been a long time customer never seen this before

Alejandra was super friendly and informative she made a difficult situation very easy, we will be coming back here in the future.

I was there a few day ago with my dad and he's old and really can't hear almost to the point that it annoys people, with his what?!! and I can't hear you speak louder. Ale or Alejandra helped him out really good she was able to understand that his hearing is poor, she was lovely. We really appreciated her help and kindness

Honestly the reviews that this place has was kinda making me doubt myself if I should take my business to this store or not but I took a chance and went in for myself since I'm a firm believer in trying things out for myself before I believe anyone else and oh boy am I ever so happy and grateful that I made the choice that I did because I was greeted with a warm welcome and I was helped out by this wonderful young lady by the name Ciceley if I'm not mistaken but her customer service was so great and fast that I walked out the store with a smile on my face looking forward to the next time I find myself in need to cash a check.
