    I am not please with my interaction with your service department. The lack of communication between the Service Advisor and me was bad. I had to call constantly to get a status of my car. Even up to the point of getting my car back, I had to chase my Service Advisor down to receive a status my car. Not please with this the process this visit.

    Work was not performed as promised by Service associate. I dropped my vehicle off early , so they had all day to perform work. I asked them to call me before any work was performed. I did not hear from them all day. I tried to call later in afternoon ,but could not get in touch with the Service associate. My wife left work early to go check on our vehicle. She was informed that no work was performed because a specialist tech was on vacation. They said they were trying to work our vehicle in with another technician. This is all well and good , but they could have called us earlier in the day and give us this information. We don't live close to this dealership and it is hard to coordinate getting vehicle there without some inconvenience. We bought the vehicle at this dealership in 2016 and have used them for all of the vehicles maintenance and scheduled oil changes with no problems. The original service tech that we always used is not there anymore and the new staff is not friendly and seems to not really care about treating customers with the care that my old tech did. So I have since found another place to have my vehicles service work done from now on and will not recommend to anyone going to this dealership for buying cars or service work.

    Had a great experience. Dealer prepared a buyers sheet very quickly and they were up front with all taxes, fees and rebates. Was able to do 90% of the transaction between phone, email and text. Drove up from montgomery to find out that all we had to do was test drive and the sign loan documents. Seamless transaction. 100% satisfied. Will be getting back in contact for future vehicle needs.

    This repair was, I believe, far TOO expensive to diagnose a bad battery and eliminate the starter as an issue! Their service to-date has been exemplary. I have dealt with them exclusively for the last four vehicles that I have owned before retiring due to health problems as well as vehicles for my wife. I have NEVER had a complaint with the thoroughness or quality of their work. Ever.

    Service department is horrible. People never call you back. Had 2000 worth of work a year ago and now telling me I need a new engine and that will be 7-9K. Last two cars I bought were from there but will never again and tell everyone about my horrible experience.

    At this time the service dept has my husband’s 2022 Sierra and have not been provided with an up date as of 3days ago. Carried his truck in 2 weeks ago due to truck jumping and they said they fixed an antifreeze leak but found nothing else 6 days later truck doing same thing and check engine light came on carried it back and they said we’ll get to it when we can that they have 15 vehicles ahead of him and no one would call with updates for a week (Rhonda) was left numerous messages. I left message on web board and finally got a call truck still not looked at by that evening they called and said truck was ready. We picked up the following morning and by 10 miles down the road truck was jumping cutting out doing same as before. I assume they did a reset and that’s it. Called and Rhonda ask can you get it back here. So he slowly drove back and now being told a GM specialist will have to come tell them what is wrong and now 3 days later no one has called with an update. Not so much as wanting it done right away but ask if he could be given a truck to keep him working (self employed) he was told he could rent one himself and get reimbursed instead of renting one for him being that he has no vehicle to drive that he is paying monthly (no cheap) payments on. Where is the courtesy and customer satisfaction?

    Zach Sparkman was a pleasure to work with in the Service Department. I appreciated the effort given by Zach and the Service Technicians to resolve what has been a couple of ongoing issues. I purchased my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 from a dealership in North Carolina last Thanksgiving. There have been 3 alerts on the dash and a slight vibration in the steering wheel that have not been able to be solved. We believe that the issues have finally been resolved during this last visit to your Service Department. Thank you for staying at it until the issues were resolved.

    My only concern is the length of time it takes for the dealership to diagnose and fix me car. When have to receive any other services outside of an oil change or tire rotation, my car can take anywhere from being held from a week to three weeks. That is entirely too long. Other than that the staff is kind, friendly, and listens to your concerns regarding your vehicle. Thank you for that.

    After reading these reviews. I called to speak with Michael Calvert as people had mentioned. Great person and easy to deal with. I took a chance with these guys as I’m 2 hours away from them and I’m glad I did. I will definitely be a returning customer for years to come. The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. They made the whole process easy from beginning to end. The manager Drew was wonderful as well. You can tell these people truly care about their customers. If you see a vehicle that catches your eye with them call Michael Calvert! He goes above and beyond to help you out and answer your questions.     We purchased a new Buick Envista for our daughter. The process was great. Our salesman, Tim Spires was wonderful, the sales manager answered all of our questions about warranties etc. and the finance manager gave us multiple options for financing so that we could pick what worked best for us.

    I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with car dealerships. It was refreshing to deal with Mike as a sales guy. He listen to my needs and took care me. Even though they did not have the car that I needed he took the time and went out of his way to educate me on the truck, and to help me find what I needed even though he wasn’t going make any money from me. This is the way to build a business. Great customer service. Thank you for everything you did for me Mike I hope it comes back to you 10 folds.     Michael was an amazing salesman and went over most all the electronics with us. He has ordered a back weathertech floor-mat for the back of the vehicle and I will need to take it back for some minor paint issues. Overall I would rate this dealership a 10!

    Well, overall I am very happy with the repair done to my vehichle! I know that different car parts can heavily influence repair time, but the repairs did get done very quickly! I did notice a scratch and some metel stuff that was bent out of place, like the silver metal that lines my cup holder and door were damaged, and im pretty sure that those werent caused by the deer hitting my vehicle or myself, HOWEVER, its hardly noticable and it isnt a big deal. Im just bringing it up because some 'car guys' would probably not be happy about it. But considering that I couldn't drive my vehicle, and now I can, i'd consider it not an issue. like I said, its hard to notice it, and for all I know it could have been there before the repair. But still the repair job looks fantastic and I can use my car again, and it didnt take that long so I am really thankfull for your service! (I'd also like to add that the metal I'm talking about is NOT a danger. It's NOT sharp or going cause someone to be scratched or anything like that.)

    Mr Ronnie from the body shop is the most professional guy i have ever met. He’s honest and upfront and provides amazing customer service! I would give him 10 stars if i could.     I’d search all over Ga for a SUV. Couldn’t find what I was looking for. Lucked up on Courtesy and Mickey (their online contact). He was patient (I asked sooo many questions) lol. Any question I asked, anything I didn’t understand, etc., he was ON POINT! Needless to say, I drove from Atlanta to Birmingham & purchased my vehicle. All I did was sign & drive!!!     We had just purchased our 2022 Acadia less than 24 hours before leaving on a road trip to TN, from New Orleans. When we hit Birmingham our Acadia lost power and the check engine light came on while driving on the interstate. We were very stressed and worried about how we would make it two more hours to TN. We were only a few miles from Courtesy GMC, so we decided to stop in and see if they could help up. Ordinarily pulling into a dealership for service you would expect to have to wait a bit. The service manager and GM of the Courtesy GMC made this experience so much easier, they were so accommodating. I could not believe how quickly they took our issue and assessed the problem. We were on our way within 2 hours max. We could not have stumbled upon a better GMC dealership. If I am in the market for another vehicle, I would definitely make the drive to purchase with these guys. I know they would take care of us without a doubt!!
