We called Parks for some small plumbing projects at the recommendation of our home inspector. Parks was easy to book with - all done by email - and were able to come out within a week of our initial inquiry. The team - Victor and Liam - arrived on time, were direct and honest in their assessment - even waiving us off work they did not recommend - explained the work thoroughly and quoted us a fair price before starting. They were done with the work we agreed upon before the arrival window closed and the price we got quoted was the price we paid. They also both remained masked and distanced the whole time and were very respectful of us and our home. We were very impressed with their wise counsel, their professionalism, the quality of the work, and the transparent pricing. We will definitely be using Parks' again.

Made an appointment to consult and solve an issue of over flooding back yard. Specifically explained what I needed prior to setting appointment. The specialist that arrived was an indoor basement solutions expert and could not really advise or price the project I needed. I was assured someone will contact me the next day with proper specialist which never happened. Waste of time and really unprofessional.

So we have been using Parks for quite some time. We had flood control put in and have them rod out our sewer line regularly. A few years ago we were shown on the camera that there was a break in the line from the house to the main. We were told that it was not bad but should be monitored. This year it had gotten to where it needed repair. We got an estimate to dig up the area and do the repair. While waiting to schedule we realized we had seen these pipes lined on a home improvement show. We were told this was an option. It came in only $200 more than the repair. Now the entire pipe is lined and we are done! No more rodding or worrying about other breaks. The Parks team was efficient and professional. We didn't even know they had been there they are so neat. Matt was very fair and easy to work with.

I have used Park's Plumbing for two projects and have been very satisfied with the service workmanship and planning. Jobs were completed on time and on budget. Matt did a great job from beginning to end.

Victor and Liam were great. They were super friendly, did great work, and averted a disaster when my neighbor turned the water back on to the building without checking to see if the plumbing work was finished. Parks Plumbing will be my first call for any plumbing going forward.

We had a negative experience with Parks'. Scheduling routine maintenance and rodding the sewer line took months. We began in May and didn't finish until the end of September. One of the times Parks' came out, a camera was broken and they couldn't complete the job. They indicated they would come out the next day, and then didn't, without a call or explanation. It took another couple of months to get on the schedule. Parks' then invoiced us for the full job and tried to charge us interest while we awaited them to come back out to finish the job. The interest was only a couple of bucks but it takes a lot of gall to charge interest when you haven't finished the job! When they finally came back out with the camera, they left cryptic notes on the work order suggesting there might still be water in the line. We ended up having another company rod the line at a later date. Overall, I would not recommend Parks.

Best investment, parks installed in front of my home 2 cast iron check valves and a sump pump. Shortly after installing, a storm hit and flooded the neighborhood but me! Two years later I had them do an inspection and everything was passed with flying colors! You can’t put a price tag on quality work, best investment ever! Thanks again!!

I've worked with several plumbers in the past and couldn't be happier with my experience with Parks' Plumbing & Sewer. My home was having some type of sewer issues. I called Parks and they were friendly and easy to schedule with! I was able to get scheduled right away and they explained that there were roots obstructing the sewer line. They rodded out the sewer line and everything is working properly now. They were knowledgeable, on time, and resolved the issue. All around a great experience!

After a massive storm a few years ago our home, as well as a few of our investment properties garden units flooded. After a TON of repair work we decided to protect our home and had Parks install a flood control system at our home. Their office were empathetic and easy to work with, and their crews were reliable and respectful to my wife and I, answering all the questions we had. Our experience was so positive we're having Parks install two more systems at our properties, and have switched over to them for most of our home plumbing when needed. You can't go wrong by going with these guys.

Installed back flow valve several years ago, and every year they’ve come to inspect it too. It has completely solved my basement water issue. I’m really happy with their service. Glad I chose them.

Called Parks to come out and replace the batteries in my Sumpro battery backup system. Their price was comparable to ordering the batteries online and installing them myself, and this way I did not have to be responsible for recycling the old batteries (they weigh around 65 lbs. each). Mike and Alex arrived right at the beginning of the time window I was given. They were both polite, friendly, and very professional. They checked the batteries (which were in need of replacement) and installed new ones. In addition, they were able to diagnose a loud thumping noise from the pump that had been bugging us for years. They replaced the check valve with a new quiet check valve, and viola! No more thump. They tested their work multiple times to make sure that there were no leaks. Finally, they helped to seal an old downspout at ground level in the backyard that had been connected to the sewer line. Mike and Alex were great. In addition to being very personable and professional, they were very meticulous in their work. They paid great attention to detail and did not rush. They also did a nice job cleaning up. I recommend them highly. Thanks, guys!

POOR VALUE AND POOR QUALITY. Quoted $500 for a 20 minute task to use forced smoke to find a leak in sewer vent pipe. Plumbers then proceeded to drill eight 4-inch holes in 4 different locations to (fail to) find the leak with which they had very little experience or wisdom in doing. Also, smoke machine ran out of gas and we had to ask four neighbors to get a gas can to assist. We called a second plumber who took 1.5 hours to find and repair the leak for $150.

We’ve used Parks to service our Flod control for 23 years. Always have taken care of us in a fast & professional manner. They always explain what if anything is a problem, show us before and after and I’m always confident they’ve taken care of the problem.

We have used Parks Plumbing for major flood proofing work in the past and were very pleased with all their work. We just had them work at our house again -- we wanted to replace the water service line from street into our house, and solicited bids from recommended plumbing companies in our area. Parks Plumbing, the vendor we always prefer to use for the quality of all their work, provided the lowest bid. They spent time with us the week before the work, making sure they understood all issues unique to this old house, and explained every step of the work beforehand in terms that were forthright and clear. They came exactly when they said they would begin and worked every day without interruption until the work was completed. They were very careful to disrupt our yard, lawn, garden, and inside basement as little as possible, and they were meticulous about keeping sites clean and cleaning up after themselves. They answered all questions easily throughout the job. They did the job they promised, finished on schedule, and (a month later) everything works perfectly. They worked smoothly with Village inspectors and their requirements. The final bill was exactly what they estimated -- Parks never adds "surprise" charges as the job unfolds. We couldn't be more delighted with their work and the final result. We also have and will continue to call Parks Plumbing for all our smaller, routine plumbing jobs -- faucet replacement, toilet problems, etc. They are extremely reliable and their rates are reasonable. The are super-good for all plumbing and sewer work, and very service-oriented every time we need them.

Parks Plumbing was able to get me on the schedule quickly and work done was top notch. Technicians were knowledgeable and were able to educate on the ins and outs of the plumbing in my 8 unit condo building. After service they suggested having our catch basin pumped out and their office followed up the next day to schedule service. Amazing customer service and tremendous value. Would highly recommend!

This place installed our flood control system 12yrs ago. We have never had a drop of water since. Product and maintenance is great...only downfall is there is no online payment options and you get charged a fee to pay over the phone. So....only option is to mail in a check. For 1, who doesn't have online payment options nowadays?!?! and two...who in the heck still writes checks for ANYTHING?!? Inevitability, I forget and my payment is always late πŸ˜•Just strange.

Everything good, but notes left by crew were a little unclear. Pump reading of 400 means nothing to me, not to mention age of pump. Is a reading of 400 good? Bad? Is "pump is 3 years old" an indication that it is failing? After 3 years? Had to call to get clarity.
