👍👍 Don't believe all the bad reviews here.. they probably got kicked out and are looking to take this place down. This center is well staffed, super quick, and know how to get people in and out. Even when they are lines because they filled all the beds, the wait still isn't that bad. Everyone’s pleasan... I don’t know why there are so many people complaining on here. I have been here to donate several times and have never had a problem. The nurses, medical screeners, DFTs, phlebotomists, and management are always friendly. They seem to also be efficient and know their job. I see people on here complaining about lines and being turned away due to bruising, implants, and tattoos. You have obviously never donated at any of the Cleveland plasma centers. You want to see busy and talk about lines go in there a few times and tell me this location is still bad. Also, you obliviously aren’t telling the whole story about why you are being turned away. They don’t just turn people away at a plasma center for no reason. Plasma centers are ran by the fda and have to follow strict guidelines, as well as guidelines from corporate. If you fall into one of those categories you just can’t donate. It isn’t a “punishment” or to “hate” on you. It’s for the safety of you and the recipient. After all your plasma is being used to make life saving medicine for people who are sick and facing all types of health issues. If it were you would you want just anyones plasma? Donating plasma is a voluntary service and no one is forcing you to be there. You are 100% free to leave at anytime without having to answer any questions. If you are in that big of hurry come back when you have more time. The money isn’t meant to be a source of income and you are told that. You are never guaranteed to get through. Your vitals may not pass one day (protein, Hematocrit, blood pressure, weight, pulse, etc…), you may not pass the physical, you could get on the donor floor and your veins may not be found or you may not be able to get your blood back. Not to mention you could have a reaction. There are a million reasons you may not be able to donate and sometimes these things are out of anyones control, including yours. If you want a successful donation you must be honest about everything when asked questions, eat healthy, drink your fluids, and take care of yourself. I forgot to mention this location is also very clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. Way different from the Cleveland plasma centers where they have security, due to fights and donors threatening staff. Even if I came in and there was a longer wait than usual here I would wait. I would much longer have a little wait than donate somewhere where it’s all crazy and even longer of a wait. Keep doing what you guys do!

The staff in the front including nurses are very rude. They were all standing around and complaining they wanted to go home already.I was treated very poorly and was told I could not donate case I had a bruise from previous 2 visits. I told them that they could use the other arm and they refuse and told me to come back in a couple of days. Lack of professionalism.

Shout out to Kara at intake. I love her personality. Her customer service is excellent. She makes the donors feel like they really matter and not just another body. Great experiences in the last year. Not sure if it’s under new management but they are doing a great job.

Came here years ago to donate. On the third time that was it. The tech I had, Christine, at the time on my third visit, went to stick my right arm. From there she proceeded to shred the vein stating she “couldn’t find the vein.” It seemed as though she was aggravated with something personal. A second tech, Aurora, came in and was able to find the vein with no problem. Within 30 minutes, if that, my right arm started ballooning to the size of about a marble. I stopped a young man and asked if this was normal. I was not given a straight answer. I was asked by him if it was hurting. I stated no because my pain tolerance was and is high. Well, my arm was ballooning more it became the size of a walnut. I panicked, almost ripping out my line if it wasn’t for the tech that knew what she was doing, Aurora, came over to stop everything. I was bruised for two weeks. And the bruise was as big as a baseball. I called around and I wanted to start donating again. Found out that Christine still works at Parma. When I called a location out west, I was told by this location out west that I wasn’t allowed to donate elsewhere but to my nearest location. Sadly Parma is nearest. I called a different location down south and told them what happened. THANK GOD this other location down south will take me because of Parma’s screw up. Poor quality workers at Parma. Not enough workers. Oversized and in a rush. Steer clear of this location.

Was incredibly nervous to come here, especially based off of reviews but I'm so glad I did. I was immediately greeted by a very kind and welcoming staff member named China and while I didn't get the names of the other employees I interacted with each interaction was pleasant and positive! I came prepared with my ID, social security card, and proof of residency and everything went smoothly! For my first time it took a little over two hours but was definitely worth it!

My CSL experience have always been a pleasant one. The management staff from Brandon, Maurice, & Becca have been amazing. I love the fact since Brandon was hired he brung on more staff, because in the past it was very unstaffed. And Brandon, is very friendly, you can definitely see that he tries, and want the best experience for the customer. Maurice is very nice as well, always professional & personable. We talk about our families, goals, and dreams, he is very down to earth and always the same. Becca, is a sweetheart, always knowledgeable, kind, and we discuss our families. The other staff is always great as well, you have Flecia, Precious, Laura, Kristen,Taylor, Jade, they are efficient, professional, & kind people. The nursing staff is wonderful, I love conversations with RN Dean, he is amazing. Always pleasant, he greets you at the door and helpful. Marshall is nice as well, always professional. I have had a wonder experience with everyone there. I feel that the amount of money we receive from each donation could be higher. I know they make a lot of money off the plasma we donate, so I really feel the amount should be raised. But they do offer bonuses sometimes throughout the month, so that is nice. Overall an amazing experience, from getting in and out, treated with the upmost respect, and having a pleasant experience, and more importantly helping others in need. I would definitely recommend this location. Everyone has there days , so when I do encounter a staff that may not be having a great day, I just give them the Benefit of the doubt. It's definitely more positive than negative. Amira

The best place to give plasma! Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient and kind, especially, Heidi, Brandon, Dean, and Matthew, Arianna, TAYLOR AND CHRIS AND LAURA TOO! And they made me laugh! They calmed me down and definitely took very good care of me. I was nervous and they made me feel prepared and it went very smooth. Definitely going to be back

This was my first time ever donating plasma. This location was very clean, everyone was exceptionally professional and so kind. Everyone that I encountered explained every single step to me thoroughly. After every explanation I was asked if I had any questions. I have never encountered a facility where every single person was so nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Had a wonderful first experience here! Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming to me as a First Time Donor, and explained every step of the way. The initial sign up process does take awhile (I was probably there 2-3 hours total including the donation), but they were very up front about it and I know future donations will go much quicker. The inside is nice; the decor and colors are a little outdated, but clean and well maintained. A lot of the employees there also seemed to have great rapport with each other, which I think speaks highly to a positive work environment. I also appreciate that the card and app were very easy to set up and use. Definitely looking forward to donating again!

Great experience! Spent 2.5 hours for my first visit. Super friendly and attentive staff! Very clean facility with staff immediately cleaning equipment between donors. Some of the 1 star complaint reviews seem old, the person wasn’t prepared or isn’t giving the whole story.

My husband has been going here twice a week for a few months now. THREE TIMES now they have blown his vein, causing massive bruising all up and down his arms. They then tell him to wait before coming back. When my husband asked them what to do about the bruising, they said to drink water and stay away from fatty foods!!! Customer service is horrible, long wait times. I would suggest going any other place but here!

Clean place staff is nice. They need to do away with the pulse rate check. I'm a healthy average guy no medical issues but just unfortunately have a high pulse naturally. I get deferred pretty much every other time I go.

Over 4 hrs wait for a first time, only if they paid attention to what they're doing instead of gossiping. They clearly do not have a janitor and the girl at the front desk had a nasty attitude.

Don’t know why there are negative reviews here. I have been to octapharma, biolife, grifols, etc. and even west 25th CSL… all were bad. I decided to try Parma hgts CSL as my last attempt and I was SHOCKED!!! This place is GREAT!!!!!! I don’t know why it’s so different than W 25th but it’s like it’s a whole different company running Parma hgts. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful!! Management is always in the areas helping the coworkers and they are fast, efficient and clean. I love coming here and have been telling everyone I know who donates at West 25th to stop going there and come to Parma. They have been getting busier but that doesn’t slow them down. Management, thank you for caring and managing this facility efficiently. The employees appreciate you guys! They all rave about their managers and are happy to work for you. Way to go Parma heights!

Wasted an hour of my day here before being informed that you can't donate with POTS. Despite it being medically safe and my blood pressure being normal. Legitimately went through the whole process and it was not a condition mentioned in any of the paperwork, videos, kiosks, ect. Then of course, they don't compensate you for your wasted time. They can ask you if you have AIDS 740 times but can't mention POTS once? Awful customer service.

Went to this location twice now, first they decided upon arrival that their hours were going to be cut back and that they would be closing in 25 minutes so the time it takes to get here and back, they wasted over an hour of my time with that. Next when I come back about a week later, they tell me it's policy that they cant accept a patient demographic profile as a proof of SSN. Nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing or what's going on. Don't waste your time here!

They do false advertisement to get people in the door. To then turn around and treat them poorly. Numerous advertisements have stated $1000 your first month, to be told at check in its only $550. Then on their website it states you can make $650 at the highest weight after your first month. Again…LIES!! When I asked why their website and advertisements state different amounts, I received silence. Needless to say I got up and told them I would not be returning and left.

The Facility is clean, have great customer service, they are hospitable by providing bottles of water for all of the donors as well as mini snack bags with a brief description of what to expect during the donation process & a stress ball that comes with it. I also like that they have games & incentives. This has been the best experience I've had compared to other donor centers. Thank you!!

The new check in process is a a little redundant with the same material being covered 4 different times- but once that is done, it’s a breeze. The technicians are super helpful. I only wish they had heated seats!!

I came here yesterday for my very FIRST donation. I had no idea how the whole process worked or what to expect. Every single person who worked there was SO nice. So helpful and really educated me about the entire process. I was completely comfortable and trusting of them, and they did a GREAT job! Highly recommend!!

I travel all over and still try to keep my plasma donation days the same if I'm away on business. I was very pleasantly surprised to interact with the CSL staff as soon as I entered the Parma Heights facility. Chyna was able to get my profile transferred quickly, allowed me to stay in her vitals booth to submit my donation questionnaire, and processed my vitals, all with a welcoming warmth. I then only stood in the donation bed line for about 5-7 minutes. Jordan, the Sr Phlebotomist, was just as warm and friendly to interact with. She even got me a closed-cell squeeze ring to aid me in my donation. The center is quite clean. The staff are very courteous, friendly, and professional. I am so happy I visited this center. Even for all its busyness and constantly full beds, the staff make the donation experience pleasant.

Lapsed donor returning to the donation process. Staff was polite and professional. The process hadn't changed much from 3-4 years ago. Was in and out in about an hour. Given a new paycard and paid same day after donation, plan to continue donating with CSL for the foreseeable future. Four stars only for the fact that I've had 2 or 3 times of a double stick in the past and that needle being gauged larger than normal hurts. Experience relatively pain free. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Friendly staff and very thorough with explanations. First donation took 2+ hours in and out. The whole time was used for prepping and the screening process with hardly any of this time spent waiting around. Facility was extremely clean and felt very safe.

First Visit Experience: - Plan 3 hours ahead for all the paperwork and prep before you can donate, including tons of questions. Should be no hassle. - Vitals taken quickly and efficiently. Staff is patient and friendly. - The staff run down everything for you so you know exactly what is happening and why. - Donating is from 30min to 1 hr. Bring something you can do with 1 hand. Staff helpful, caring, and friendly. Other Visits: - Staff very friendly still. - Line's are not that bad to wait in. - Helpful atmosphere. - More visits equals an easier and faster experience.
