These folks are amazing. My laptop crashed 930am while at work. I ended up leaving work early and based off local repair shops and their ratings I took chance with them. I brought it in around 1230 and they had it finished at 4pm. It needed a new hard drive. When I picked it up they let me take my time and install programs on it and double check all the files I needed were successfully recovered. Excellent work ethic, speed, customer service, and warm atmosphere that helped me feel welcome and not just another customer. This morning I was freaking out yet by the evening I could rest easy because my laptop was repaired and faster than before thanks to Gearbox!! I highly highly recommend!

Gearbox is awesome! Very knowledgeable and incredible customer service. I purchased a used dell laptop from them, had a fluke issue with the screen, they fixed it and gave me a loaner laptop to use while they fixed it. They stand behind their work and went out of their way to help me out. I would recommend gearbox computers to anyone. They are great!! Thanks again.

Maria and Paul were great! Lingering issue with our laptop, they had it diagnosed and corrected in a day. The big box store we brought it to before visiting Gear Box said it would be a week minimum before we could get it back. Paul gave me a full understandable explanation of the problem and gave some advice on how to prevent further issues. It was a great experience working with Gear Box and I will be coming back with any other computer problems. Glad to be supporting our local businesses!!

I'm so happy I finally found a great place to have my laptop and desktop serviced. Great friendy people I took in my Asus ROG laptop in because the fans were grinding really bad and my temps were getting in the high 90's. They cleaned out all the dust that acculated over the years and refurbished my fans and reapplied thermal paste on my gpu and cpu. Now running really demanding games the temps on the cpu never exceed 85 which is really cool for a laptop. Even had a conversation with the guy about PC gaming and told me if I wanted to ever build a pc he would put everything together for me. Such a great place with great prices. I highly reccomend and even seemed to make new friends I can go to to help with my pc needs If I could give 10 stars I would such a great place

Great service and very friendly staff. Very quick turnaround. They fully explained what was done and made sure I that was able to see that everything worked before I left. My HP desktop boots up and runs like new! Will be back for all my computer needs. Very highly recommended!

Absolutely the best.staff was super nice. They are super affordable and it took like a week and a half because of parts ordered) I spilled water on my PC and was so worried it was done for, they charged me 129 to repair it(before tax, it was 139 after and I had to argue to tip because the guy wouldn't let me) they kept me up to date on the repair process and even ordered a new little part and it didn't change the cost at all. Once I we t to pick it up I just expected to take it but they went through the process to show me that it was fixed and even went the extra mile to clean my PC and installed windows on my said (it was on my hard drive which I was informed is going bad he also brought over my files from the hard drive so I still had everything) that made my PC boot up faster and now works even better than before. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer 10/10 (sorry for the long review but I'm genuinely so happy the saved my PC)

I broke my USB flash drive and the owner saved it and shocked me with the price. I couldn't believe how reasonable the charge was. Saved me hundreds compared to other places. I wanted to tip him so bad but he refused. And they have amazing service probably the best Ive seen. Number one in my city. I EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

I was thoroughly impressed with this repair shop! The employees were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite. They fixed a major problem with my PC by the next day and also went above and beyond by fixing my frayed power cord and uploading an antivirus for free. My computer has never ran this well! I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Hands down the best computer repair shop I have ever dealt with!
