We were completely blown from our visit with Dr. Baker. Shes extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she actually really cares. She really took her time with us and even offered her email if we were to have follow up questions. She genuinely cares. Her entire staff were so warm the entire visit you just felt comfortable. usually offices can feel stiff or you can tell when someone doesn’t want to be there. All around we were just very grateful to have walked into this specialists office. Couldn’t have gone any better.

My last appointment with Dr. Drolet was to follow up on my new hearing aids and to recalibrate the settings. She was (as always) very patient and emphatic toward my feedback and needs; which led to settings adjustments to help me overcome my hearing challenges. Her sunny deposition and admirable patience greatly helped pave the way forward for me with this new pair of hearing aids and all future ones. I'm a first-time hearing aid user, and the entire process, from selecting and ordering the aids, to getting them fitted and adjusted correctly was seamless and enjoyable. The docs at this clinic are very caring and asked very good questions about my hearing history before giving me the hearing test. Afterwards, they explained the results and patiently answered my questions. Better yet, they reviewed my insurance options, which turned out better than expected.

The staff and doctors are the ABSOLUTE BEST! They were so friendly and comforting from our very first conversation on the phone to the second we walk to the door. Dr. Reiss and Michelle are not only fantastic professionals but also as people. The system is very accommodating, cheerful and personal. I was on my last stretch of complete frustration with my Cochlear and was ready to discard it and suffer total hearing loss. Dr Reiss came to the rescue and after only a few appointments my world of hearing reaches the sky. She is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely supportive. This is the best facility for hearing impaired in Orlando. I'm a long time customer who has had a very positive experience during my many years of using aids and assisted devises. Love this place. Amazing professionalism and friendliness. They all just want to help and treat you the way they would like to be treated. Receptionist/scheduler Michelle is amazing and Dr. Baker is so knowledgeable and focused on each patient's needs. She makes you feel like you're her only patient. Admitting you need hearing aids is hard enough. But if you decide it's time to at least consider the possibility, you couldn't land in better hands.
