SO AMAZING SO FUN all the workers are so nice and fun to be around always keeping us hydrated and they had food it was delicious. everything was awesome snorkeling is definitely a must do here. if you don’t know how to swim or if it’s you first time snorkeling they teach you how. after we went to the most beautiful beach ever even saw dolphins so cool. the boat ride is so awesome too it’s comfortable and smooth has enough space for everyone. we saw the beautiful island of puerto rico.

Best tour on the sea! The Innovation Snorkeling Tour has something for everyone, guides make all guest feel special and support you in what you want to get out the tour. The fresh made drinks are the best of any of the three tours I went on. Pandemic precautions are taken seriously and all the gear is sanitized and provided to you, which is unique, because the other two tours I went on don't offer ask the gear included. The charming crew, I was privileged to have Hectmar and Kristian as guides, are experienced locals who speak engagingly and welcome conversation. They are knowledgeable about safety, history, geography, weather, fish, ecology, marine biology, and celebrating. Hectmar made me feel safe and seen. I enjoyed speaking with Kris about the different fish we saw; I ran into an Eagle Stingray when swimming past the pier! Because the crew makes everyone feel so comfortable they are able to take beautiful candid and choreographed pictures of you, especially underwater, which you will be able to cherish forever at no additional charge. I've gotten many compliments and friends inquiring who the photographer was.

The crew were two ladies who were so friendly, entertaining and helpful! They were informative and made everyone feel safe snorkeling. They made the trip even more fun! The boat was nice and clean. The snacks and drinks were great! The areas we went to were beautiful. Amazing trip for a great price! I definitely recommend!

You have got to snorkel with the Innovation/Kraken crews! The water is amazing, the chicken salad was amazing, the drinks were amazing and the service and attitude of the crew was off the HOOK! Everyone was so much fun!! We had the best time…ever!

This was absolutely the best part of our trip. They were OUTSTANDING, the snacks and drinks were awesome as well. They even waited for us because our hotel tour bus was late picking us up. You will not regret this experience. I definitely will return.

The boat was clean, the drinks weren’t watered down & the scenery was beautiful. The girls were amazing!! I was so afraid & they put me at ease enough for me to enjoy the experience. The greatest part was that my 4yr old didn’t miss out on the experience because of my fears, they strapped him on & took him on the adventure!

Captain Joseph, Foli, and Sara were a fun crew to have. The girls did a great job wrangling us snorkels together, food was great. I even asked for the recipe of the beans, unfortunately they didn't know. At the end it was great watching the crew members have fun themselves. Definately recommend them.

This was such an amazing experience. The hosts were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. Customer service was a 10/10. They even went out of their way To give us a nature tour on the beach we were at. The food was good and the drinks were amazing, ask for a “MIX” it’s so good. Would definitely do again.

Great excursion day! Most places only offered light refreshments, we got a full lunch after snorkeling. Full bar and sodas. We had our choice of sofas or mixed rum drinks. Even was child friendly for our 7 year old. The staff were super friendly and Informed us every step of the way. Max of 40 people so it wasn’t too many people. Went to the same island from Pirates of the Caribbean. Great experience and a lifetime of memories for our son. His first boat trip. He will always remember it. ❤️❤️

Great experience! Captan, Ari & Chris were great hosts. This was our first time snorkeling for my family and I, they made us feel at ease and taken care of. Ari is super sweet and so easy going, along with her peers. No complaints, highly recommend. They were all knowledgeable and helpful

Ellie, Sol and Captain Joe were absolutely amazing! You have to book this excursion with them! They were so kind and welcoming from the beginning! Ellie was so knowledgeable about all of the sea life and would swim down to show us all the fish. Sol was so kind too! We felt so safe the whole time and the water, sand and reef were SO beautiful. Food and drinks were so yummy! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Amazing time. Chris, Ellie, Weewee, and Captain Joe were absolutely amazing. They made sure we felt comfortable and confident before snorkeling, as well as lead us on a tour of the reef. After snorkel, you bank on the beach and enjoy the sunshine, sand, rum drinks, and yummy lunch for a few hours before heading back. Thanks for an absolutely incredible time snorkel team. We had a BLAST!

Snorkeling Puerto Rico was absolutely incredible! The crew was so friendly, and they were there for us from beginning to end. They helped non-swimmers navigate the waters during the snorkeling portion of the tour, and they let experienced swimmers explore on their own. Then they took us to Icacos Island, where we were served a fresh lunch and complimentary drinks. The views were absolutely spectacular. This tour was SO worth the money! Highly recommended! 5/5 stars! ¡Gracias!

This is a must do! The captain, crew and boat were all A-1! The crew guide explained everything to us in great detail, so we knew exactly what was going to be happening and for how long! Refreshments, adult drinks and snacks were all provided and they were not stingy! The private island was from another World! If you have a drone, bring it with you! That was the only thing where I missed on! Thanks Captain for an awesome ride and experience! You made our 10 year wedding anniversary trip to PR memorable! Our originally booked trip was cancelled due to not meeting the minimum to run the tour. The team was extremely communicative about our options and for us rebooked for the next day. Everyone from checkin to disembarkation was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, fun and a joy to spend time with. The snorkeling was beautiful and the water on the island was breathtaking. I’m a vegetarian and they made sure I had PB&J in place of the chicken salad that was part of lunch. We were on the fence about booking an organized snorkeling tour because we prefer to go it alone, but I’m glad we did this one. If the marine life, incredible water, fun boat ride and sunshine aren’t enough then the top notch crew seals the deal!

Captain Joe, Christian, and Jurell where the guys we had and they where great. I highly recommend them. The ride was pleasant and our experience was the best. Everyone had the best time.

We didn't originally plan to use this snorkeling service but when we stumbled on it and saw the great reviews we wanted to give it a shot. This trip exceeded all of our expectations! The atmosphere was amazing, crew were fantastic, and food & drinks kept on flowing. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in PR.

The entire crew was fantastic and made the trip a delight. Having snorkeled in many other places, the snorkeling was OK, but not fantastic. Still, I would recommend this trip because of the crew and the beach. I would do it again for those reasons.

Amazing experience! The crew was kind, knowledgeable and attentive. A few members expressed apprehension to going to one of the sites because of weather and the crew was more than happy to revise the itinerary accordingly. The sunset snorkeling tour is on the longer side, so if you’re prone to motion sickness, this isn’t for you. Pro tip: pack your own food if you want something more substantial, as the snacks are small bites.

Our trip was outstanding! The Captain made the rough sea feel calm. A couple dolphins came to swim with us. The attendants created a great atmosphere. Lunch was tasty

We loved the tour. The team was alot of fun. Captain Tito, Solmar, Veronica and sorry can't remember all the names. Only bad part was we were on the top, we couldn't hear what was being said below. Next time, don't forget the people up top. We also had to wait for the people below to get there for and drinks before we could come down the ladder. So in all, we would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful time with Ari, Joe, Miguel. They were very helpful, entertaining, and generally fun to be around. The excursion had the perfect balance of snorkeling and enjoying the beach. The meal and drinks were nice as well. Nothing too fancy, but enjoyable. It was also a great time to get to know a few other people on vacation... Oh, and I should mention, the snorkeling was a lot of fun with amazing fish to watch! Don't forget to bring a waterproof camera. I used a waterproof "bag" for my phone. It worked reasonably, but the extra layer of plastic degrades the photos and makes the touchscreen difficult to use.

Truly an amazing experience. Hectmar is such a sweetheart and so informative she makes you have the best experience ever. Christian and and the Captain are very friendly as well. This snorkeling experience was everything, worth every penny. You’ll catch some amazing views and the Island 🏝 is too die for. So beautiful!!! Also the food they provide was so delicious. The snorkeling trip was the highlight of our stay in Puerto Rico. The crew was excellent! So kind, friendly, fun and very patient. Got a great history lesson from Dagmar, she is so sweet and funny. Highly recommend booking them for a trip to Icacos. Was hesitant at first to book because of the weather and we kind of left it last minute but I called and they were reassuring that we would be notified and that they take the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Don’t regret it one bit. Dagmar made my husband’s first snorkeling trip unforgettable and I truly appreciate her for it. We will definitely be back on our next trip. The food and drinks were really good. Thank you for the great memories. The kids LOVED every minute of it!

The crew was amazing as was the trip!! We snorkeled, went on a nature walk, ate delicious food and delicious beverages (including alcoholic beverages.🥤🍹👍😀 What more can you ask for? Did I mention the crew was amazing? First class trip you’ll enjoy with family and friends.

THIS is the snorkeling tour you want to take! If you do one thing while in PR, take this tour. The staff were amazing and explained everything for people of all experience levels. The food and drinks were excellent. The staff could not have been better. Shout out to Raul, Ramon, Hectmar, and the captain, whose name I can’t remember.

It was an amazing day! The crew was awesome, so friendly and fun! Great snorkeling, we saw so many fish and barracuda and sting ray! The lunch and drinks were great, really delicious! The island was beautiful. Very nice beach. Overall so fun and well worth the money best part of our trip so far!!!

This was beyond what I expected. From the time we got there to the time we left it was nothing but a great time. The tour guides were absolutely amazing and loved to make us feel comfortable. The other person in my party wasn’t too confident with swimming and they took the time to help him until he was comfortable and out snorkeling on his own. Where we went snorkeling was SO beautiful, and SO interesting. After that we had a great lunch and unlimited rum drinks. I was expecting like 2 a person but it was an “open bar”. With the extra time we had left we got to explore the beach and learn all about that. Overall we met some pretty great people and had more fun than I expected. I can’t wait to come back in a few years. Definitely give this tour a try, you won’t regret it.

Best snorkeling experience. Staff was awesome! Food was delicious and they practiced great Covid precautions!!! We traveled last week of February 2021.Great with kids. We were a group of 11 and 6 kids and the staff was friendly and took many pictures of us. Would recommend this tour for everyone especially for families.

The captain and crew were awesome, friendly and fun! Out of all the excursions we’ve done while in Puerto Rico this was by far the best! Thank you for a great time exploring the reefs, watching the sunset and making new friends. The drinks were an added bonus!

Christmas break 2019 we took this tour. My kids loved the snorkel part and after that they took us to a very nice beach. After the snorkel they provided lunch on the boat. We had a great day on this tour and everyone in the family enjoyed. The best part was the crew. They were very helpful and kept us entertained. Some kids were jumping off the boat and they had a blast. I highly recommend this tour.

My family and myself had the best time. The team were super fun, informative and kind. The food was super delicious and drinks as well!! It was totally worth it and I do it all over again !!!!
