Paula went above and beyond to accommodate the delivery of our ever changing order! Even after delivering an item that we changed our mind on, she picked it up the following day and didn’t charge us. When we arrived she’d already set up the crib and knew we’d benefit from a baby white noise sound machine and gave us a complementary one! The blue wagon was a must for helping transport so much beach gear along with the cooler for drinks and lunches on the beach. Thank you Paula!

This was an amazing service, we didn’t want to check a bunch of baby equipment while traveling in SC, Baby’s Away came though in a big way. Luckily we didn’t check our stuff, the airline ended up losing our luggage for the duration of our trip. Baby’s Away was easy, quick, professional and clutch. They deliver your car seat to the airport and the rest to your hotel. It was hassle free and unexpectedly ended up being one of the smoothest transactions of the trip. Strongly recommend.

We were so happy with our experience renting from Baby's Away. The crib and bed rails were waiting for us at our rental home when we arrived and it was a quick set up! We appreciated the free sound machines included as it was one less item to pack. Communication was great and they were very flexible to changes to our rental equipment.

Super helpful service for our 2 week beach stay with a newborn in Isle of Palm. They were responsive and accommodating and threw in an extra sound machine for baby at no cost. So nice not to worry about baby gear and felt worth the price to us for that length of stay.

Baby away made our trip from out of state much easier! We had two pack and plays set up right where we requested in our rental when we got there. They were clean and in great condition. They also included a sheet. They were kind enough to let us use two sound machines as well. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

We were traveling from PHX to Charleston with our 4 month old for the holidays and needed a crib, bath tub, and a swing for our stay. Ordering the equipment was a breeze (Paula even added a complimentary sound machine so we didn't have to bring ours) and everything was all set up when we got to our VRBO and they took care of everything when we left. Paula was excellent! We had to switch houses 2 days before our stay, and she handled everything for us. It was so nice to not have to worry about where my baby would sleep, and having a high chair ready to go when we got to the house was awesome. We will definitely use Baby's Away again!

Everything was delivered before we landed in Charleston and was in good condition. Paula was easy to work with, quickly replied to my questions about a pack 'n play i was unfamiliar with (despite it being 9pm at the time of my text message), and was very flexible with pick up at the end of our trip. She even offered to let us keep the gear a bit longer so our little could get a good nap in before flying home - so considerate! Would absolutely recommend.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful Baby’s Away Charleston was! It was soooo nice to not have to worry about having all of our usual baby equipment with us while vacationing for a week in SC! Paula was amazing—she was patient and put my worries to ease. Everything was set up at our VRBO/VACASA rental before we even got there and she was prompt in picking everything up when it was time for my family to leave. Also, I had forgotten to add an infant bathtub to my order, and when I asked if I could get one for the next day, she was so kind in assuring me it was no trouble at all and she had her delivery people leave it in our room while we were enjoying the city. If you’re on the fence of bringing your own big stroller or trying to stuff a bunch of toys from home into your luggage…let me be the one to tell you—don’t do it! Just rent from Baby’s Away Charleston and you’ll be so thankful you did! I SO appreciated this company—I’ll be using them again any time I’m in the Charleston area! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Paula was so sweet and easy to work with! The crib we rented was in perfect condition and already at our vacation rental when we arrived. We also rented a bunch of beach chairs and she even threw in a wagon for our toddlers to ride in! I will definitely use her services again the next time we come to the area!
