We
have
had
several
chefs
come
and
serve
our
family
over
the
last
2
years
now!
Chef
Val
has
such
a
way
with
flavor
and
his
comfort
food
hits
the
spot
every
time.
He
is
a
consummate
professional,
and
has
been
a
chef
for
decades.
He
commands
the
kitchen,
is
the
fastest
chef
I
have
ever
seen,
and
is
quite
personable.
You
can't
go
wrong
with
his
menu
choices!
Especially
his
appetizers
and
seafood
dishes...I
made
a
mistake
and
didn't
choose
the
crab
stuffed
flounder
dish...and
watched
every
person
with
it
literally
fight
over
the
saffron
mustard
cream
sauce.
The
FOMO
was
real.
Chef
Robert
amazed
me
with
his
ability
to
cook
in
high
volume
and
have
the
most
perfect
caramelized
crunchy
brocclini
ever!
All
our
food
was
hot
and
steaming
on
our
plate,
for
a
party
of
12!
I
still
don't
know
how
he
did
it
in
such
a
small
kitchen.
His
menu
had
classic
choices,
and
you
will
struggle
to
choose!
BUT
get
the
key
lime
pie
EVERY
time.
It
was
so
incredibly
light
and
refreshing.
I
wanted
a
whole
pie
to
myself.
I
still
don't
know
how
he
made
a
light
fluffy
key
lime
pie
that
was
still
tangy
but
didn't
make
me
need
to
drink
a
glass
of
water
when
I
finished
it.
I
can't
say
enough
how
delicious
it
was.
Clearly

F.
K.
has
incredible
talent
in
my
area
alone,
and
frankly--I
am
not
sure
how
you
will
manage
to
choose
amongst
these
fantastic
chefs....just
going
to
have
to
try
them
all!

He
really
does
a
great
job
with
flavors,
and
he
cooks
a
perfect
scallop!
Sometimes
it
truly
is
a
blessing
to
have
someone
come
in,
cook
for
your
family,
serve
you,
and
clean
up
the
kitchen
after!
It
allows
you
to
enjoy
and
spend
time
with
your
family,
and
destress
about
the
meal
every
now
and
then.
Chef

always
is
a
delight,
has
a
professional
demeanor,
and
brings
those
comfort
food
flavors
to
life.
