    My friends and I recently had Chef Brandon Simpson cook Downeast Traditions: Classic Maine Fare. The meal we chose was lobster risotto. He was professional, on time, prepped, served and cleaned everything. He was fun to be around and engaged in conversation with us. The experience was a blast, having a delicious meal in the comfort of your own home and we are looking forward to having him back again!

    ***update*** We have had several chefs come and serve our family over the last 2 years now! Chef Val has such a way with flavor and his comfort food hits the spot every time. He is a consummate professional, and has been a chef for decades. He commands the kitchen, is the fastest chef I have ever seen, and is quite personable. You can't go wrong with his menu choices! Especially his appetizers and seafood dishes...I made a mistake and didn't choose the crab stuffed flounder dish...and watched every person with it literally fight over the saffron mustard cream sauce. The FOMO was real. Chef Robert amazed me with his ability to cook in high volume and have the most perfect caramelized crunchy brocclini ever! All our food was hot and steaming on our plate, for a party of 12! I still don't know how he did it in such a small kitchen. His menu had classic choices, and you will struggle to choose! BUT get the key lime pie EVERY time. It was so incredibly light and refreshing. I wanted a whole pie to myself. I still don't know how he made a light fluffy key lime pie that was still tangy but didn't make me need to drink a glass of water when I finished it. I can't say enough how delicious it was. Clearly F. F. K. has incredible talent in my area alone, and frankly--I am not sure how you will manage to choose amongst these fantastic chefs....just going to have to try them all! ******* Chef Patrick did a phenomenal job over the holidays serving our Family! He really does a great job with flavors, and he cooks a perfect scallop! Sometimes it truly is a blessing to have someone come in, cook for your family, serve you, and clean up the kitchen after! It allows you to enjoy and spend time with your family, and destress about the meal every now and then. Chef Patrick always is a delight, has a professional demeanor, and brings those comfort food flavors to life. Check out his menus and you will see!

    Fantastic dinner for 8 prepared by Chef Julie Biggs at our home for the week at Isle of Palms for my moms 80th birthday celebration. Our appetizers of Pickled Shrimp Deviled eggs & Charcuterie Board that was placed around our living area were absolutely amazing!! She then served Crispy Country Ham Arugula Salad to all guests. The main dish was Pan-Fried Fresh Flounder over shrimp chowder broth, bacon, corn,potatoes. Our seafood negative family had temperature appropriate NY Strip Steaks, a cauliflower/potatoes mash, and haricots. It was all excellent. Julie was quiet, efficient, and attentive chef. Best of all, the kitchen was spotless when she left! She even wiped down the oven and burners!! It was spotless. This is definitely something we will do again on our next trip to Isle of Palms. We will be requesting Julie, of course!!!

    Our group had an amazing time at Food Fire + Knives! There were 9 of us, in town for a bachelorette weekend, and we contacted them through their website about two weeks ahead of our requested date. Michael was able to accommodate us and find us a kitchen space to rent for the class (we were in a hotel without a kitchen to use). Chef Drew was phenomenal, and his assistant was lovely and sweet as well. They worked with me on the menu and were very willing to make substitutions for certain food allergies and preferences. They also spent a significant amount of time with us helping us to actually learn the methods for the cuisine of choice. Overall this was a great experience, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for private cooking lessons or a personal chef!

    I booked an Indian cooking class as a birthday surprise and it was a huge hit! The Chef was incredibly professional and came prepared with everything we'd need for the night, including all ingredients and cookware. The experience was interactive and we learned several new skills and cooking tricks. The meal we prepared was incredibly flavorful and authentic. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, in-home food experience. Great for foodies and cooking neophytes alike.

    Just had to write a review on Chef Val Domingo and his crew!! Our dining experience was absolutely phenomenal. Was simply touched that Chef Val and his crew drove 4 hours to make our night so very special. As he arrived to our home, he introduced himself and his crew, then immediately went to work cooking for all of us and filled the kitchen with an amazing aroma. Highly recommend the salmon and also the pork chops, never in my life to have the pork chops so juicy, tender and so full of flavor. For the final treat, the desserts were so yummy. you have to have his prize winner “ bread pudding”, it’s definitely a “must have”. So don’t forget to add that as your dessert, you’ll see what I mean “delish”. Thanks again Chef Val Domingo😁

    We do private chefs for special occasions, and our experience with Chef Paul Bazzini was by far the best. His food, service, and overall experience was amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

    Chef Paolo Lafata was wonderful! He cooked the most delicious and special meal for my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary. Everyone said the food was spectacular. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness shined throughout the meal. Everything was just perfect. Thank you, Chef Paolo!

    We recently spent my bachelorette weekend in Savannah and decided to have one of our dinners cooked for us at our airbnb. Chef Tharren Printup was our chef and he was amazing! Both the lobster and steak were amazing. All of my friends raved about their meals for days. We ended the meal with a brownie sundae. Chef Tharren was awesome. The whole experience from start to finish was spectacular. I highly recommend this for any special occasion. It will be something that you truly will never forget. I am really excited to use this service again in my homestate of New York.

    Chef Peter and Grace were incredible. Their company was delightful and don’t get me started on the food. I’ll be thinking about this until the next time I get to eat their mouth watering creations!

    It was my wife’s 60th birthday and I thought it would be fun to hire a chef to prepare our dinner for us, including our family. Chef Ed Renken and his sous chef Mary did an amazing job. The food was superb, and they just made the evening more enjoyable with their personalities and the way they interacted with our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Great Evening! Fantastic Food and Service!!!

    Chef Ed Renken made some amazing food for our bachelorette group. But not only that, he made us laugh and let us be our crazy selves in front of him! We had the best time and it was way better and more memorable than going out somewhere to dinner. 10/10 recommend!
