What an adventure find!!! Vegan cookie bakery and shop. Delicious cookie options. I got a Drunken Grandma cookie (rum soaked raisins, oatmeal, and cinnamon) and a Chocolate Chip S'mores cookie! Delicious!!!!! A Mission Gorge Gem! I saw Cold Brew, Funfetti, Orange, Marble Fudge, Classic Chocolate Chip, Lemon Poppy, Everything, and a few more! So delicious! I came to the secret post office and then found a secret vegan cookie shop! I will be back!

Very joyful staff and ambience! The chelate and vanilla soft serve made with Oatly plant based milk is super smooth and creamy. I also enjoyed the White Chocolate Espresso Cookie.

I really like their cookie! I chose a chocolate dip S’more cookie, it was very delicious. I’m super lactose intolerant and vegan cookie is perfect for me. I don’t feel the vegan cookie tastes anything different than the normal cookies. The cookie is very flavorful but it is pretty sweet.

These vegan cookies taste amazing! They are so decadant that we are second guessing if they are truely no animal products. Met the owners at the Long Beach Vegan Festival and they assured us all their cookies are delicious and they use vegan sourced ingredients. Caution - each cookie is substantial and sweet but I'm definitely getting them again next time we're in the area.

Holiday gift box from my company that came with a variety of 6 cookies. Each carefully wrapped, sealed and packed. The box contained descriptions of each cookie and even a personalized note from my company. Received them in the mail and they tasted like they were baked the same day! My absolute new favorite. Will be visiting their shop to try more flavors soon.

I love this place. As a plant based gal, I am always looking for a delicious dessert that meets my dietary requirements and I finally found one!! I love every single cookie I have tried. They even have oatly soft serve ice cream. Maya is an absolute boss and legend. She is so kind and sweet to her customers. And clearly makes the best cookies in town. The famous everything cookie is my all time fave!

I recently tried Maya's Cookies and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the chocolate chip and marble fudge cookies, along with a swirl ice cream (vanilla/chocolate). I didn't realize it was a vegan place, but the ice cream was surprisingly delicious. The cookies stole the show, though. They were absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be coming back for more of those delightful treats.

I am so relieved I don't live in San Diego. This place would have ALL my money and I would be as big as a house! These cookies were sheer perfection from start to finish. Literally everything you want in a cookie! Crunchy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. The flavors were spectacular! They were so good, I only got a picture of one whole cookie because the others didn't last! Whew! I'll be there as soon as they open before I head out of town to stock up! But thank goodness they ship! But also, make sure you get there early because they WILL sell out!

We ordered the fall collection cookies for mailed delivery - they were amazing!!! I can't wait to order again and try more flavors. The packing is also beautiful and makes a great gift. Highly recommend!

I am picky when it comes to a good cookie. My search for a yummy vegan cookie is finally over. Mayas cookies are so good and vegan! My favorites are macadamia nut white chocolate and birthday cake. Not too sweet and not dry.

Love mayas cookies!! They always have some wheat free options and the seasonals are fun and creative. All my friends vegan and non vegan enjoy these cookies :) We even had them at our wedding in Washington state and they are we’re great to work with, shipped timely, and still fresh!

Italy (yes, that's her name!) greeted me with a huge smile and welcomed me to their store. There's a nice variety of cookies to fit anyone's taste buds. Italy said there are some that can change daily. I picked the "Magic Bar" for my mom since she loves coconut and pecans. She said it was a "serious" cookie and loved it. I'm not vegan and was a bit skeptical, but I had a little bit of her cookie and loved the crunchy yet soft texture. It was seriously great! I can't wait to try the Ube White Chocolate! The store is part of an industrial building complex - across the street from the Grantville Post Office. The store sets itself apart as the jewel of the area. There is a small parking lot next to the store, but there are no designated handicapped parking spots. That said, the spaces are close to the door and there are no stairs to climb. There's no seating inside the store; it's a cute, tiny place! There's are a couple of seats outside with a mini table. If you don't live in the area, it's definitely worth the trip!

I’ve heard great things about Maya cookies, so I finally decided to go. I haven’t been able to catch them a the famers market, so I went to their physical shop off mission gorge road. It’s located in the back of mission gorge road across the street from the post office. I love a soft, chewy cookie. Omg!! I had their cookie that mimicked peach cobbler. Omg!!! Delicious. Soft, chewy, buttery, brown sugar cookie with pieces of peaches. My favorite. We bought a dozen 2 peach cobbler, 2 s’more, and 2 birthday confetti cookies. A must try spot. We will definitely be returning.

Delicious vegan cookies with seasonal flavors. Cookies are big and soft! Service is nice and friendly! Parking is usually very easy right next to the front door.

The most delicious vegan cookies I've ever tried! Maya's Cookies recently did a collab with another local fave, Paru Tea, that I'm still daydreaming about -- their Coconut Chai Latte cookie was one of the best cookies of all time. Fingers crossed that they bring it back someday soon!

Tucked away in an industrial area, it’s easy to spot due to the hot pink signs. These cookies are AMAZING! Bonus points for being vegan! Seriously… Perfectly dense, but still soft. I am in love! I tried the snickerdoodle and s’mores cookie - happy with both!

I ordered the wheat-free sample pack, which includes 2 each of oatmeal chocolate chip, chocolate chip s'mores, and drunken grandma. The cookies are huge! I am cutting them into thirds and they are absolutely delicious dipped in NotMilk. I thought I was a good vegan, gluten-free baker, but nothing beats these cookies! They are very rich with just the right amount of sweetness. I will definitely be ordering more! If you are vegan, you just have to try these! So very, very AWESOME!

Maya's is amazing! The cookies are big, a good share-able size, but they're so delicious, why would you want to share? I know why - the flavors! Chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, marble fudge, s'mores, so many fantastic flavors. If you're vegan, these cookies are the best you'll find. If you're not vegan, you might be open to the idea after tasting these cookies! I have shipped cookies as gifts, shopped the storefront and picked up cookies at the Hillcrest farmer's market. Your day will be improved for having a Maya's cookie!

Holy cow, these are seriously AMAZING. The cookies are large and bursting with flavor, the soft serve is thick and tasty, and they even make their own strawberry sauce for it. My only gripe is that they need to open later!
