We got the Honolulu (top) and Molokai (bottom) — both with extra rice instead of macaroni salad. They also offer steamed veggies to substitute for $1. The entire menu is gluten free except for the macaroni salad! The food was tasty, the service was great, the delivery time was fast, and the people were nice. What more could you ask for?? Definitely looking forward to coming back!

They cut the amount of the food. I've noticed a few times that when I order through the app, my portions are much smaller than if I order at the counter. So I asked how much the portions are supposed to be and this is supposed to be 5 oz. But this is almost a 20% reduction. I'm not sure how much meat is supposed to be in the size that I ordered but it was pathetic too.

This was my first time and I was little skeptical about tropical style food but this place didn’t disappoint me. I had honululu chicken it taste amazing it is served with teriyaki sauce, white rice and macaroni salad. Service was lighting speed!

Ordered Molokai, didn't get Molokai. Ordered pineapple, didn't get pineapple. Its fast food, but what's the point in fast if you don't even get the right order? The food still tasted good enough. Chicken was slightly dry, saved by the sauce it's marinated/Cooked in. Just a generic teriyaki chicken flavor. This is only my second time here and I much prefer the Molokai. If they give it to me. Macaroni salad is creamy, nothing particularly special about it's flavor, but I like it. White rice was cooked properly and probably made it the best part of the meal. Though I still prefer making my own jasmine at home.

First time at a Hawaiian bros, I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my Honolulu chicken quite a bit and my girl got their Kilauea chicken (spiciest thing on the menu), which was also pretty good. Don't be afraid to try the Kilauea chicken, it wasn't near up to par with what I would call spicy. We also ordered a spam musubi (pretty ok, basic) a soft serve ice cream that was soooo good (get the twist, pineapple and raspberry) and the “lilikoi passion” Hawaiian Sun soda (if you like passion fruit it's 🔥). I'll more than likely visit another location since this one was a ways from home but this store had their act together (parking lot sucks... A lot). They were friendly and even asked us if everything was good and if they could get us anything.. I've never had that happen at a fast food restaurant, especially after I've already gotten my food. Good job everyone there and thank you for making my first experience a good one.

I just door dashed a small meal with veggies, paid extra for them. I received Mac salad instead. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with Hawaiian bros right now. Do better

Pros: (1) Meat seems to be better quality than the State Line location (2) Friendly employees Cons: (1) Smaller portion size

Yum-Yum! Got a gift card for a free meal from The Draft and it was awesome 😋 Loved the sticky rice and the Luau Pork. Didn’t care for the Mac salad…But the drink was delicious too!

Came in for a special order! Brian (although my daughter swears it was Ryan😅) was accommodating, right there with a recommendation and honestly this is one of the best visits to ANY restaurant that I have ever had. So pleasant. Fast yummy food! Clean and quick and delicious, what more could we really ask for? Thanks for making our day!

I got the a large Kilauea Chicken for $14. It’s delicious and plenty of food! This will easily be enough leftovers for a second meal. The description says this is spicy and it certainly has a nice kick to it. The drive thru was also probably the fastest drive thru I’ve ever been in. I’ll definitely be back in the future

Last week I went thru the drive thru to get the pineapple soft serve. The cashier was great, asked me if I have the Hawaiian Bro app. I replied no she encouraged me to download the app & get a free soft serve. I downloaded the app looked at their menu & ordered the spiciest chicken plate. I substituted the rice for vegetables which was an extra charge. I redeemed my free soft serve I chose pineapple. The food was delicious chicken was tender and saucy, macaroni salad was ok, vegetables were ok green beans could be steamed a little longer. The portion size is great couldn’t eat it all. I will definitely be visiting Hawaiian Brothers & Grill another location. I gave 2 stars for service because when I went to the door it was locked. It was 11:10 & when( I am assuming) the manager came to open the door I wasn’t greeted. The cashier was very polite & friendly, she made up for what he lacked.

I always order food here! But the fact that they always put less meat on the side by putting rice underneath is cheating . When I order a large order with a side, I expect the side to be filled with what I ordered. Please don’t fill my side with rice. That’s cheating the customer! The meat I get for a large plate is same size with a small plate! That’s not right.

One of the workers understood our sweet to spicy preferences and they recommended we try 3 flavors. I tried the classic Huli Huli and Molokai as an 1/2 and 1/2 half. My hubby tried Honolulu and they were ALLLL delicious. But I prefer the classic better. Molokai has a little kick at the end of your bite that sneaks up on you if you have a spicy preference. I didn't want the macaroni salad so I submitted for the pineapples. Everything was delicious and filling.

We came on the opening day. Drove by and came back curious. The meal selections were very tasty and flavorful. The staff treated us like we were in a four star restaurant, only thing missing was the linen tablecloths. Take your appetite and hunger to Hawaiian Brothers. Nice place to eat and visit.

Very pricey for small portions. The dine-in area is just basic with individual touch screens for ordering. I ordered the small lunch plate and that was expensive compared to the portions provided. The cold macaroni salad was placed in the same styrofoam box with the hot rice and chicken which made the rice cold. But, the food was still delicious even with cold rice. The spam side dish is surprisingly flavorful but also has an unexpected fishy smell and taste; and it is very small, fitting in the palm of your hand unlike its meal size-looking menu photo. The pineapple Dole “whip” is a great size and price and worth going back just to enjoy that for a cold treat. Service was very attentive and fast even though they were short staffed on this day.

2nd time eating at this place, but first time at this location and once again I'm not disappointed. So freaking good they need to open up a location in Litchfield Park AZ lol

The staff is quick, friendly and amazing! The General Manager on the floor has the best customer service or as we call in Hawaii the spirit of Aloha. Keep it up the spirit of Aloha will spread ♥️ with joy and laughter. Great experience. Mahalo Faveisinia 🤙🏼

Overall: 3.8/5 (dine in) Large Mixed Plate ($16.95) + Sub Rice Ball For Fresh Pineapples ($0.50): My husband got the hulu huli (teriyaki) chicken and Honolulu chicken (green onion, sesame, & garlic). Both the chicken were not good to me in terms of texture and flavor. They didn't taste like the flavors listed. I also think they could have given a little bit more meat for the large. The fresh pineapples were the best thing about this plate. I usually don't eat raw pineapple but this was an exception. The macaroni salad was good & different from the ones we have in California. This mac salad had a black pepper flavor. I also love the white rice under the meat. It had a great texture & flavor which I liked before it was soaked in the chicken & teriyaki sauce. Dole Soft Serve ($3.50): We got the twist which is a half strawberry & half pineapple. It is fat, gluten, & dairy free! Pretty good soft serve that wasn't too sweet or heavy. Strawberry Lilikoi ($2): This was really good as well but didn't live up to the hype. Good to try once but not something I would get again.

I don’t live near here, but I often end up at this Hawaiian Bros location. This place quickly became a favorite of mine. The food is always fresh and the service is never anywhere near sub par. Literally every employee I’ve encountered is friendly and hospitable. This day, Reyna was the one taking my order. She was super kind and comforting. That being said, I want to recognize her. Thank you, Reyna for simply being of service. You are appreciated.

We had a stringent time constraints that Tuesday morning with a very sick toddler who wanted Hawaiian Bros food. We pulled up to drive through before store was open. Gentleman came out to greet us I explained situation. He asked that pull around the store. We complied, a team member waiting outside for us to place order and pay. Once completed we drove through drive through window to wait on our order which was handed to us immediately!! This store on College by Quivira made a really rough day so much for enjoyable! Customer Service is out of this WORLD!!!

Got the kilauea chicken with extra rice. It is delicious. Not too spicy but a great taste. The staff is so helpful. Kristi, the woman working the registers, was very kind and friendly. Wish I could give more than 5 star.

Came here for lunch and the food was okay. I was kind of disappointed because it didn't have the typical Hawaiian BBQ stuff, like the short ribs or chicken katsu. The spam musubi was mediocre. The size of the restaurant was big with a lot of seating. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great experience. Food was excellent, restaurant was very clean, staff was very friendly (just like in Hawaii). Not quite authentic Hawaiian flavor but an excellent attempt, especially for being in Kansas! If there was a Hawaiian Bros. back home I’d definitely go based on this experience. I read some reviews about the mac salad being too mayonnaise-y. It’s served that way at all the plate lunch food trucks/shops in Hawaii. Reducing the mayo would reduce the Hawaiian flair.

Experience the flavors of Hawaii through the Hawaiian Bros dishes. The macaroni salad, I think, has too much mayonnaise. It will be better with lesser mayo.

We love this HawaiianBros at Ward Parkway. Food is always hot and fresh and they make sure everything is perfect every time we go! Keep up the good work!

This was my first time here so I asked what was the best dish to try and got the classic size Huli Huli Chicken. It was Chicken grilled in teriyaki sauce served on a bed of white rice, also came with a scoop of white rice and macaroni salad. At first I thought it was too much rice but after I started eating I found that It was the right amount for the meal. The macaroni salad was different and very tasty. The whole meal was very good.

Did teriyaki chicken is outrageous sick awesome outstanding can't live without it The only thing above outstanding in my book is Topps could be a Marine and I say what I mean when I mean what I say when I say it.

The chicken was SO good, I went there 2 weeks and I still remember how yummy it was. The customer service was very friendly and very fast, we had a group of 15 people and we all received our food within 10 minutes of ordering. The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable, it felt like I was in Hawaii. I am definitely going back again and would recommend to anyone!

This place has fast service and is very clean. The chicken is very flavorful and the macaroni salad is probably one of the best macaroni dishes I've had at a restaurant. You can get a pretty good amount of food and a soft surf for just 14 bucks. It's pretty good value. Would definitely come again.

I ordered my lunch at 11am but I scheduled my delivery for 3:30 my food taste like it was made at 11:10 and sat all day. I hear great things about Hawaiian Bros so I will try again however I will never order delivery from there again. I'm totally disappointed also my friend ordered a regular plate and our plates was exactly the same only difference I was charged for the large plate

Morgan did an excellent job of explaining the menu to us, and checking on us after we got our food. She even offered free dole whips for a review which we whole heartedly agreed to. Keep up the great service!!! We will be back for more.

  • 5/5 Colton P. 2 years ago on Google
Very good food, and very good service. We didn't know anything about the food or options here, but the manager made sure of it to give us a quality run down of each option. He also came to our table to hand out free sauces that went well with each order. Furthermore, he brought us a free sample of the dole whip ice cream because it was our first time. Food was excellent. Perfect blend of savory chicken with a perfectly done rice and macaroni salad. The combination of the three is unlike any fast food you will get. Definitely in a league of its own on uniqueness in food, great service, and a great place to sit down and eat. Highly recommend.

I first loved this place. But lately the meat has been not cooked correctly on multiple occasions- Molokai . The food should be cooked consistently the same . One manager new it wasn’t cooked right and brought me a new batch while another did not know what I was talking about and brought me the same exact batch . One cashier said it depends on the cook if it will be made correctly. Will not be coming to this location anymore.
