Sheets were not washed and the room smelt like cigarettes and drugs. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this hotel unless you like the smell of tweakers and bed bug sheets! Roaches also seemed to be a bit of a problem too.

Extended stay set up like a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Can't get a better deal for the price. Friendly and helpful staff, coin/card laundry onsite as well.

They have roaches really bad. You know how roaches love water take a bath they come out have wet boot they around you boots. Smh just not the same look like people just gave up. Room not really clean to perfection. Need more worker to do the jobs that are needed to be done give the new name a bad taste.

I have been staying in hotels for the past few months now and this is I believe the 6th or 7th hotel I stayed in and by far the absolute WORST ice stayed in in my whole life. Definately not worth the price they charge you here. Not at all. If I could have gave it 0 stars I for sure would have.

There is a guy named Sam that runs the desk who is the manager he is a P***Y, he does everything too ruin your life, he is rude & uptight & needs too be beat up

Do not stay here unless it's absolutely necessary. I was traveling from Dallas to Mpls and needed a place to stay for the night. The room was dirty, there was a half eaten piece of chicken on the table in the room. The floors were filthy. We ended up leaving right after seeing the room and the guy at the front desk wouldn't give me a refund. I honestly didn't care, they probably needed it more than me. There needs to be a zero rating entry option on these things.

The gentleman who works during the weekdays name is Sam. He seems very standoff-ish at first but I'm assuming because alot of the clients he deals with so he doesn't know who's good or bad but since I go in and pay everywhere him and I have talked quite a bit. He has been great, he's genuinely helped me out in one of the toughest times in my life. He's a good guy and if you're straight and honest with him he is a great guy who will help you out if need be.

u get an entire apartment area of your own, for as long as u need to stay, for the same price u would have to pay any other motel around KCK and/or KCMO. U get more for your money here at the extended stay lenexa studios, instead of just one room with bathroom u get a bedroom, living room, bathroom, as well as a full kitchen with full size refrigerator and oven burners to cook a real meal of your own. win win... plus it's very quiet and peaceful and I've yet to have any issues or problems staying here and would recommend it to my friends and family for sure!

Bu far the worst room ever. The smell was horrible there was hair in the sink cigarette holes in the sheets and no toilet paper,soap, or towels. It did not looked cleaned at all this whole place should be shut down totally NOT worth 65$

-10 out of 10… Paid for the room What they don’t tell you is you have to pay a $300!!! Deposit $300! The extended stay about a 5 miles down the street only charges $100 deposit and it’s in much better shape Not to mention they refused to refund us for our room… Absolutely horrible… at least advertise your deposits!!! How is this not illegal?

my entire room was DISGUSTING! it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. there was stuff from the floor to the ceiling. the cabinets in the kitchen were sticky, there was actual poop smeared in the bathroom on the wall and side of the tub. in the tub there was hair from the last person who used it. there was cockroach bodies throughout the room and the mattresses were disgusting! I could go on and on about how gross this place was. I would have rather slept in my car but it was too cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND. -30/10 stars.

DIRTIEST MOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN. It was a gross experience the moment you walk in to the room. Looks as if the cleaning crew lifted not a solitary finger to clean up the room. I found myself attempting to wipe away at unidentified marks in the restroom (and the room in general) hoping they were just innocent dirt marks. As for the bed well.... I now understand why people bring their own blankets, pillows and sheets to these places. I was so distracted with the state of my room that I could not sleep properly. Should've booked at the motel I normally visit.

The floor was very sticky. The room somehow looked clean, but dirty at the same time. The sheets, pillows, and towels were all miss matched and did not smell clean. The front window latch was broken and window was cracked. This window was not at all secured from the outside. We let the guy at the office know, as this was a major security issue. He did not seemed bothered and when we asked for a refund he said no. We had to beg to be put in a room that was secure and not dirty. In the end, we ended up in a room that was about the same as the first, only the floor wasn't sticky and the window wasn't cracked. There was no soap to be found and only 4 small squeeze packets of "Pavy" brand conditioning shampoo. The beds were uncomfortably firm and pillows were flat. Overall very disappointed.

Honestly not even one star is okay for the way the hotel is. The grossest hotel I have ever stay in .the first room we were in the bathroom was awful and the room smelled like cigarettes, then the staff kindly gave us another room but this is way way worse. There was food inside of the bed couch or whatever the name is. I can’t believe that it is this gross and the worse part is that they knew we were coming. Pls for heavens sake don’t come to the hotel for your own good.

Good place for good things

Not very impressed with this place at all. The room was far from clean. There was no phone in the room. Not a single trashcan to be found. Every motel I've ever stayed in had a small coffee pot. This one did not. The bathtub felt like it was never cleaned since my friend fell while stepping in it from it being so slippery. The kitchenette had a fridge that did work....thank goodness.....and the pull out love seat looked older than my great grandmothers from back in the 60s and it was also filthy and had trash between the cushions. I'm terrified to look under them for sure. Floors haven't been swept. To top it off it smells like cigarette smoke. This place has quite a few problems and will not refund you when asked. I'm not sure how they get away with this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Stayed here recently after the power was out in the whole city from the big storm. The degree of uncleanliness is hard to overstate. I've seen worse, but only in a couple of very bad hostels in South America. There was just no attempt made to keep anything clean or repaired. Sheets weren't even completely on the bed, and sheets and pillowcases were stained and obviously dirty. The light in the bathroom and the shelves in the freezer door were literally held together with tape. There was a gnat/fly infestation in the bathroom. Lesson learned: Don't wait until this place is the only spot that still has vacancy. There are so many reasons why.

Never again will I ever stay here, if you come to KC please avoid this place, the bathroom was disgusting, the service was horrible I so regret staying here this was the worst experience of my life

Nice and spacious studio-sized apartment with private, comfortable master bedroom. Modern, updated kitchen and bathroom.

I reserved a room a day in advance. Showed up and was simply ignored by the employee behind the counter. Then told my room was cancelled and ignored some more.

I cleaned the room before we left and now we can't come back don't know why what they don't tell u is that u can't stay no longer than 28days I think we were told that because of the manager trying to get more people in. We did not cause any kind of problems. It's okay though

Online deal is a scam to bring people to the hotel and offer much more. Don’t trust the online deal. It is a huge scam.

Had to make a deposit of 200 they don’t tell you of when you check in, don’t expect to get this back I’ve stayed at multiple properties and every time I have to call and fight them because there are previous damages already in the room I get charged for. My key also stopped working about two times a day. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Well A One / Can't despite the facts that they were more than respectful and welcomed you like you were an Ole friend. So I guess in layman's terms very nice place

We walked into our room to find an empty can (like a can of peas) by the sink, a wadded note in a drawer, a used wash rag in the tub, and a cockroach by the bed....I will not be coming back. They didn't even bother to clean the room, they just remade the beds. Gross.

The floors are disgusting, the bathroom has a hole in it, the whole place is poorly soundproofed, they allow people to scream at all hours and move furniture in and out of rooms, and the WiFi is terrible. The fitted sheets even fall off the bed while you’re in it! Just go somewhere else

The room was not clean the bathtub was dirty the towels weren't clean the floor wasn't even clean

We had no refrigerator, the tv is green no remote to the television. Bathroom door barely shut. The stove we had to scrub before we could use it. Couch is sunken in. Floors didn’t look like they was swept, wall by stove needs a good wiped down. All of the walls just need a good clean.

zero star i book this place and the room was terribly it was blood on the pillow case the room smelled nasty the sheets had ashes from cigarettes on them. the refrigerator was nasty, the bathroom was just horrible. i checked right out and was told i would receive a refund i been waiting for 2 weeks now.

Due to my job I’ve been in nearly every hotel and motel in the county. This place is the WORST one. I’ve seen everything from the Marriott to Red Roof Inn. I’d almost suggest renting a small U Haul and sleeping in it instead. It would be safer, cleaner and more comfortable.

The best place for a nights sleep.
