Great experience. Tabitha was wonderful, very helpful and easy to contact. Day of the funeral she was very prepared and everything ran smoothly. I live out of state but Tabitha made sure we felt comfortable with everything from afar.

Brooklyn and John provided an exceptional level of care. They treated us like family. Their professionalism and kindness was greatly appreciated during this difficult time for our family.

Tabitha went above and beyond what we would have expected! Our first experience with her was on a Saturday as she was getting in her car to leave. It was after noon, but she saw our distress, invited us to come in and spent more than an hour helping us get arrangements made, when she could have asked us to come back on Monday.

The staff was helpful and gracious. Overall we were very satisfied with the process of the memorial services. Thank you for your kindness.

My family and I were beyond pleased with our experience at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home & Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Everything was done to ensure our mother was respected and well cared for. I was able to reach Steve Libby at any time, day or night, to request certain details for my mom’s service or asked questions. Her funeral at her church was done to perfection, thanks to Steve. The short service for family only in the columbarium was well done. Everyone, especially Steve Libby and Brandon, were very caring and professional. My questions were answered thoughtfully and my requests were acted upon in a timely fashion. Sunset Hills looks beautiful when I’m in town to visit, and I am very pleased with the upkeep of the entire grounds. Thank you!

The staff at Karlo-Libby know what dignity really is. When my father passed away they showed kindness and understanding. From going through all the arrangements to the final day of the funeral their patience to answer every question was amazing. My dad was smart in preparing everything with Karlo-Libby so this burden did not fall on his family in a time of sorrow. Thank you to the staff for all your help during our loss.

Sunset Hills has been good to us. We have many family members buried there. I was personally involved with my mother and father's burial, and they were are very kind, empathetic, personal, and caring. They have always been attentive to any concerns. They followed up after my father's service to see how I was doing. They wanted to know if I had any concerns or if there was anything I needed. I would consider Karlo-Libby, based off of my experience with them. We already (unfortunately) had our calling hours with another established unfortunately. I wish the service there had been as good.

The folks that helped me during this time were wonderful. These times are difficult and Tabitha was very sensitive, caring, helpful as she helped me to accomplish exactly what I wanted. This was not my first with the folks at Sunset Hills. I recommend them.
