I've known dr. Berg for several years as she has been taking care of various pets I've had over the years. I am thrilled she had finally opened her own clinic. Your pets couldn't be in more capable and more caring hands. She is a highly skilled, knowledgeable and very professional doctor and I wish google had a diamond star instead of five gold ones because I can't praise her enough. Take your pets there, they will love her and so will you. And say hi to Seeker for me!

Dr. Berg and her staff are fantastic. She is SO thorough, extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain EVERYTHING which I really appreciate. I never feel rushed when I am in the office, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that my senior Boxer, Norman, has the absolute best care. She even does the little things - like trimming his nails while he is in the office!! :) He absolutely adores this office and team - so much so that he tries to go visit - even when the office is closed :)

Dr. Berg and her team were absolutely the best vet care team we ever had! We started to go to TVW shortly after it was open. They have showed the utmost professionalism and care above and beyond our expectation. Astro fell seriously ill over the weekend in late 2021 due to a likely tumor previously undetected. We were faced with the very difficult decision to whether prolong his suffering. We contacted TVW to help us weigh in along the emergency vet's diagnosis and recommendation. Even though Dr. Berg was off, the TVW team tracked her down and she promptly contacted us and discussed with us. We later found out that she was taking time off to undergo cancer treatment herself at that time. We were so moved by this. We are so very saddened by Dr. Berg's passing. She was more than just Astro's vet. We talked about running, biking to her home along the greenway. We will dearly miss Dr. Berg and are thankful for getting to know her. We are confident that TVW will continue to provide the highest quality of care like Dr. Berg always did, with selflessness and love that set them apart from other vet offices.

Veterinarians are very sensitive and attentive, they can find an approach even to the most capricious cat or dog. Thank you for helping to treat our pets.

Dr Berg was our vet in 2003 when she last worked downtown. We are thankful she’s back in our community and our senior cat Huggy is under Dr Berg’s care. In 2017 we lost our cat Henley. Dr. Berg was everything we could wish for, giving us wise counsel and the compassion we needed to ease our loss. I’ve always dreaded having to euthanize an animal in a vet’s office. I am so thankful Henley died at Tribeca Veterinary Wellness, in a sun drenched room in a caring environment with Dr. Berg and her assistant by my side. Tribeca Veterinary Wellness is a great sanctuary for animals. The staff is fabulous too.

Our cat had a spay surgery on 08/06/2019 at Tribeca Veterinary Wellness. Dr. Berg is an EXTREMELY professional, kind, warm-hearted and rare specialist with an EXTREMELY comprehensive approach to her work. Her detail-oriented touch left us nothing but a strong desire to give the life of our cat in her professional hands.

Dr. Berg is great. She's extremely knowledgeable and she really takes the time to explain and educate, which is something you don't see from many veterinarians in NYC. We come all the way from uptown to her clinic. She has helped our little guy grow back his hair and has helped us to make him healthy through her nutrition counseling and thoughtful care plans. We love Tribeca Veterinary Wellness!

Dr. Berg and the entire staff at TVW provide first rate veterinary care. They also take great care of the humans by providing warm-hearted service with specific instructions on how to care for your pet after a visit. They take all the headache out of pet care by providing wellness checkups and inoculations on a defined schedule. Our pup Sprout has been coming here since he was a baby, and we trust the team with his precious life!

Amazing staff! Doctor and vet tech were so caring and thorough with our pup. They took the time to get to know her history by sitting with us and asking questions as well as requesting her previous records from our former vet (due to relocation). This will definitely be our doggy doctor while we are in NYC. Simply amazing care for our dog !

Dr. Berg is the best, most dedicated, caring vet in New York (if not the world!). She is unique. She spends quality, hands-on time with our Teaser, learns everything about him, and treats him like her own, if not better! She takes the time to answer every question you might have and leaves no stone unturned, all the while making him feel comfortable and loved. We travel out of our way to see Dr. Berg, and it’s worth it.

The atmosphere at the office is friendly and you feel at ease. Dr. Jennifer Berg and her team are ready for any situation if it’s just take a time on a patient or if it’s any emergency. In addition, Lionel who was a huge help to me when I had to finds a daycare for my two dogs and had to get all paperwork ready and send it to the daycare. Lionel was extremely official, fast, and submitted all paperwork with about less then 15 min. I was happily surprised how fast they operate at the clinic. Thank you so much all of you guys!

My puppy & I both love TVW! I wish I could share the videos I have of him as he walks up to the door, but he is SO excited to go to the vet. Even though we try to go potty before we come, my little boy has (on several occasions) gotten so excited to be here he pees a little.... a lot (Relatable)! I’ve had several pets over my life and have never had this experience going to the vet. I feel well-informed, supported as a new dog-mom, and always that my baby is in great hands!! You can’t tell in the photo very well, but he is excitedly waiting to go inside!!

Dr. Berg is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us many things that as a first time puppy owner we highly appreciate! The staff is lovely and Goku loves going to the vet. You can tell that all the staff loves animals and we don't feel like we're just a number. We are very grateful to be able to provide a good Vet experience to Goku thanks to TVW!

I cannot thank Dr. Berg and her team enough for all they have done for our puppy. First off, she is the most knowledgable vet that we have ever encountered and is so generous with her explanations/time. Secondly, Dr. Berg and her team have been so wonderful with communication and correspondence. The whole team is so kind and helpful with any questions or concerns. Lastly, she has nursed our puppy to good health from the ups and downs of being in the city. We trust her completely and feel lucky to have found her!
