I have struggled with transitioning my disabled daughter to adult care, especially during a pandemic. We’ve gone without basic medical supplies and formula for several months due to a lack of communication or even opportunity for communication with our last dr. Since switching to this care group the care and communication has been impeccable. I can’t say enough good things about the kindness of every person we have dealt with. We have been kept informed in every step of her care. We are so thankful to have found you!

Being a new patient and changing doctors is always a concern for alot of us! Not this day!! For once, I felt at home! They swiftly got me in and guided me on options!! Dr Brady Holstead is an amazing doctor, and so is his staff!!! He listens!! Everything was so clean!! And everyone there is so nice and helpful!! Thank you!! Seriously, thank you for helping my move back soon, not be so complicated health wise!!

Hospital staff were so friendly and helpful. Surgery, recovery, 2 day hospital stay and discharge all went well. Dr. Darius Mitchell did a great job on my elbow surgery and follow up care, the staff at his office are great.

Went to the Sulphur Springs Clinic to establish medical care since moving and saw Dr. Roe. This has been a most pleasant experience from checking in, to wait time, to nurse getting information from me about my medical past. Dr. Roe was friendly, professional and actually listened to what I had to say. She had blood work done after my visit and I had the lab results back that same afternoon, which I have never had occur before. To me that is excellent service all around. I am glad I choose this Clinic and doctor.

Always quick check-ins, and called to the back office fast. Dr. Leach is an excellent doctor and explains things well. His nurse, Angie, is easy to work with and listens to you. They are both professional and at the same time friendly and courteous.

I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Baysden as my primary care doctor. She is smart, kind, and very thorough. I feel that she explains health issues clearly and patiently answers questions. She follows up promptly with referrals and communication through MyChart. She’s a great doctor!

The entire staff has been so caring and helpful both times we have used them. They take time to explain everything to you and treat you like a long time friend. I can't think of a way to improve their service. The friendliest group of folks you will ever met.

Dr Shultz and his team were fantastic for my fallopian tubes removal!!!! Everything went so smoothly and healed perfectly!! (He even took special care to minimize the scar in my tattoo, he which had to cut through!!) I had no nausea or vomiting post op because the anesthesiologist and her RN were fantastic and listened to me very thoroughly!!! The post op appointment was east and quick. 10 of 10 would recommend to any lady wanting this procedure done.

Great care from the entire team. Dr Villarreal genuinely listens. Provides guidance and explanations easy for me to understand. He is up to date on research and is highly intelligent. Felt at ease and relaxed from the moment of my arrival which is unusual for me. Highly recommend Dr V.

My wife and i have been seeing Dr. Shaikh since about 2007. He is one of those doctors that you hope to have in your life, especially when it comes to the care of your heart. We trust Dr. Shaikh with our heart health. He is very knowledgeable, very professional and very caring. He takes the time to listen to our concerns. He will listen, evaluate and always make the right recommendations when it comes to our hearts. His staff is very helpful. professional and caring too. My wife and I have had various issues with our hearts and, each time, Dr. Shaikh has made the right decision to take care of us. I highly recommend considering him for your heart care.

This was our first pedia visit here coz we are new new immigrants. Our experience was really good. The staffs were very nice and accommodating including the nurse and the pediatrician herself.. they made my children feel at ease despite the 4 and 2 shots for my daughter and son. Overall, I can say that Arroyo Chamiso deserves a 5 star from us.

I saw doctor O’Connor and dr.Miriam Beauer, very gentle, patient and they my daughter time. Her has tremendously improved , eating, drinking and playing again so fast. These two doctors are very knowledgeable of their pediatric work.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Both the nurse and Dr. Tobes made sure I understood all test results, all processes and everything we discussed. I feel both confident and comfortable with the care I received.

We took our newborn to see Dr Barrett and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were very friendly and answered all of our questions clearly. They were very gentle and helpful with our newborn and felt he was in safe hands the entire time. Great experience!

Dr. Godwin took time and care to listen to my daughter and my son's concerns about their health. He gave various options to choose from when it came to treatment and respected our decisions. I'm grateful that there is a caring family doctor nearby who can help us when we need it.

I have been treated with respect and courtesy, truly cared for as a patient. Never had to wait long periods for care, and I have the confidence I am being cared for by HIGHLY qualified providers and Nursing. If you are ill or referred to Dr. Zasik's office by your primary medical physician, please do go. I believe you will be pleasantly satisfied with not only Dr. Zasik's medical knowledge, but his will to make you understand everything. He is compassionate, but truthful. He spends what time you need to understand what you need to know, explains tests and results to you. His staff that I have met are truly helpful, very nice and are there if you have any questions. Good location in Tyler and easy to find. Come prepared to use the valet service. There's not very many parking places. Thank you, L. Jones

This is the friendliest doctors office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice and has a smile for everyone. The doctor I saw listened to me and explained everything to me and made sure that I understood everything. I can’t remember the last time a doctor did that, usually they are just trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible so they can go on to the next one. Here, you are not a number or just another face, here you are treated the way a person deserves to be treated, everyone matters.

I am a new patient and was very impressed on my initial visit. Dr. Moedano was thorough and exuded confidence. My former primary physician closed his practice after many years and I lost sleep thinking about finding a replacement. I am very happy.

Friendly, professional staff. They seem to actually care about their patients instead of just treating them like another number. They took good care of my husband and I, took time to listen, and answered all of our questions well. They explained everything well during the visit and for home care after the visit to continue getting well :)

I came to this doctor's office because my last doctor didn't want to see people during the pandemic. My new doctor and the entire team at this office treated me with respect and cared about my health as much as I do. They discovered that I was being mistreated and sent me to new specialist to help me with my back. I was diagnosed with a tumor on my spine wrapped around my nerves and pooling blood and I was under the care of a doctor, not associated with this office, for a year and a half and it was all a misdiagnosis. Thank you so much for actually caring and being attentive. Words cannot express my appreciation.

Dr. Cohen and his staff are what everyone wants to have when they go to a doctor. My health issues were addressed immediately and thoroughly. The communication with me was superb. I know what the situation will require now and in the future. I am comfortable with Dr. Cohen and his staff. I have never had blood drawn and did not felt any discomfort. She was awesome!

Dr. Challapalli is a phenomenal cardiologist. He has treated my husband for a few years and now I am also under his very competent care after having a recent heart attack. Dr. Challapalli offers quality compassionate care and will spend what time is needed for his patients to express any and all concerns or questions regarding their medical condition, treatment plans, medications etc. He has a stellar staff of professionals that work closely with him and they are very accessible to help with anything. We are extremely happy to be under his care!

Dr. Joel Massey is intelligent, thorough, patient, kind and seemed genuinely concerned about my health. His dual emphasis on PREVENTIVE medicine, as well as addressing current medical issues, was refreshing and inspires me to strive toward better health going forward. Going through one of the toughest times of my life with the removal melanoma cancer - Christus is the place to be. Dr. Scott Kohlert and the team of doctors are very supportive and care for their patients. And the hospital staff is attentive to the needs of patients, too.

Christus is absolutely top of the line professional caring, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable simply the best! Also it's amazing even during the covid, they didn't let up on their dedication and they were always on time for everything! 10 stars!!

My husband Dennis is the patient and he was treated wonderful by the Doctor and the nursing staff . His surgery was a very unusual cancer surgery on his face and ear and the Doctor ran into some problems but has talked with us , explained them and was able to correct them .Dr Scott Kohlert is a wonderful Doctor and would be highly recommended to anyone that he could help . I made a standard follow up appointment. I completed all of the documentation online beforehand (It is great that they allow you to do this). I arrived early, and I still had to wait an entire hour before finally being seen by the doctor. It is inexcusable in today's age of technology that could easily prevent this.

Christus is always such an excellent place! Facilities super clean and staff are A1! Today Brice was our nurse and he was so very friendly and they both explained things so well.
