    An IMPECCABLE EXPERIENCE : I built a new steel garage on my property in July 2023 & needed electric service to install a garage door opener & lighting. I got 5 different estimates. Mr. Electric quoted 6 different options I could use. I contacted Columbus Zoning dept for the application that best served the codes for my area & scheduled the installation. They showed up on time, it was a 3 day job. Tyler Brown was the service technician assigned to the project. His work was first rate, explanations & information regarding the process phenomenal & his customer service exceeded his young age years. On 9/11/23 the city inspector arrived & lauded the quality of the work signing off on the installation. The only negative aspect to this job was one of the now former employees indicated I should've been charged more for the size of the project. I brought the inappropriate comment to Tyler's attention. He went to his manager & the individual was relieved of his duties. As of 9/12/2023 my overall experience w/ Mr. Electric & Tyler Browns was impeccable.

    Inground electric cables pulling away from meter box. The Mr. electric technician Scott came out right away same day and look over the job and help me make arrangements with the electric company came out at appointed time got the work done in an actual shorter time then originally estimated to save me about $300

    James did a wonderful job, very personable and informative. He did everything I requested and gave me recommendations and estimates that will help me to make decisions about how to proceed with other possible projects. I am the general manager of a local hvac company, I know what excellent service looks like and this company has provided that. I would highly recommend this company and James to anyone looking for an electrical solution.

    I've a manager of a large business and had set up for an electrician to come out to do several jobs at our facility as well as get some quotes for a bigger job that will be coming up later this spring. I had a 2-hour window that the technician was supposed to arrive between 8:00 and 10:00. They called and said that he would be here in a half hour at 10 min till 8:00 in the morning. He arrived at 8:15. I was assisting clients in the lobby and was unable to take him back immediately to show him where the issues were. It was two or three customers I had to help and had been 10 minutes while he was standing waiting. I had one more client to help and then I was going to show him where the issues were and he told me I had to reschedule. I said really? I thought we were paying you by the hour so that it would be okay for you to wait another couple minutes. He then said it's already been 10 minutes. At that point I told him he could leave and I no longer wanted to use the services that his company provided. I also told him I would reach out to his supervisor and he said that's fine I'm going to do that too. I did reach out to them and asked if this was normal for their company and they explain that it was not. The technician's name was Ryan C. And all of my years of management and dealing with different technicians and facility repairs I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rude in my life. I know he's probably a great electrician and good at what he does but his professionalism needs some serious retuning. If he worked for me I would definitely have him on a final write up if he wasn't fired. Won't be using Mr electric anymore.

    I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mr. Electric. I used them on multiple occasions recently. Ryan was the electrician who did my work. He is excellent; obviously skilled in his profession, efficient, thorough, neat, friendly, & went out of his way to help me find the correct lighting fixture after I had purchased the wrong one. He answered any questions I had and took the time to make sure I understood the operation of each new device he installed. I will use this company in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

    I had kind of a mixed experience with Mr. Electric. I honestly choose them because of there online reputation for a whole home generator purchase and install. The Intel initial consultation went well. Everything was explained in good detail and I felt comfortable in making the purchase. After making the purchase I was told that my generator should be in around 2 to 3 weeks. I am a person who likes to stay in the loop with things so I called for a status update on the second week and the sales agent I had been working with seemed to be giving me lots of attitude for calling to check in. I was basically told don't call us we will call you when it comes in. It came in about 6 weeks, and they scheduled the install quickly. The technicians who came out for the install seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after the install i was told the generator was defective and that they needed to put in a warranty work request with the supplier. The supplier came out a few days later and told me, the generator itself is fine it was just not installed properly. I was told the transfer switch had been installed backwards and they were unable to restore any power to my house until the switch was replaced. The tech from Mr Electric, sprinted off to try to find parts on a Friday to fix the issue that was created by his technicians. He was able to get the issue resolved and the power in general working in tandem after about an hour. Overall, I'm happy that everything is finally in a good working state, I just feel like communication between Mr Electric staff and myself could have been better.

    The electrician was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job with the recessed lights, ceiling fan, and smart switch that he installed. He asked exactly where and what temperature we wanted the lights, and he did a nice job of cleaning up after the work was done. The price seemed very reasonable.

    Fantastic experience! Had a long list of random electrical projects I wanted a quote for, including a new panel in my garage. I had to pick based on my budget sadly! But they were both super friendly, explained everything & did a great job! They ran into a couple of unexpected issues but they were pros, they figured it out quickly. They corrected a lazy fix left behind by a bum general contractor. I feel 100% safer now. Worth the money for the peace of mind.

    Ed from Mr. Electric was on time and easy to work with. The only knock was that it took him over an hour to get a basic panel cover that could have been purchased at the hardware store 10 minutes down the road. It was a touch pricey, but availability is the best ability these days.

    We placed a call Mr Electric after we saw sparks from our fuse box when Mr Rooter replaced our hot water tank. Scott came out and inspected the box. There were more sparks when he moved some fuses as he explained our situation. He was very knowledgeable and we are so thankful he was the one to do the day long job. He completely replaced the inside and outside electrical boxes. They were the original to the house. Thanks to Scott and Mr Electric for preventing a possible tragedy.

    This was a remarkable recovery effort by Mr Electric. They missed my original appointment and sent a technician when I wasn’t available later in the evening. I spoke with the technician and he was very sorry about the situation and told me he would have someone at the house the next morning. The tech arrived the next morning as promised and completed the work in less than 30min charging a fair price. Recommend if a tech gets stuck and can’t make the scheduled appointment time to call and communicate the delay. I ended up calling the office and was told I needed to reschedule for the next day. There needs to be proactive communication from Mr Electric when there are delays.

    I could not be more pleased with the service that I received from Mr. Electric. My technicians ( Ryan Casey and Spencer) were professional, punctual, cleaned up after the install. A pleasure to have in my home to install my two new vanity lights in my guest bathroom. Would highly recommend using Mr. Electric.

    James arrived on time and was courteous, friendly, clean, efficient and professional. He wasted no time getting started installing a ceiling fan that I had purchased for my kitchen. He did an excellent job and the finished job looks great. I would have him return for any needed future work.

    First experience using Mr Electric and they did not disappoint. It’s always seems like it is so hard to try and have a professional come to your home to help with any projects you can’t do on your own. I only had a simple problem with a ceiling light fixture that would no longer light up. Typically, contractors don’t want to do the simple little residential jobs. Its not a big enough project or worth the time or money to come out and do it. Mr electric didn’t hesitate and were ready to help me out. From the call to set up the appointment to project completion, I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company. Cody and Conner my electricians were amazing! super friendly and professional! They were on time, had a fair quote ready in minutes, and completed an A+ job in less than expected time. They were fantastic! They also prepared an additional quote on a future project. Mr. Electric is now consider my electrician who I will definitely be calling again.

    Initially, we had called on Mr Electric to install our Blink doorbell system. Cody Cooper was our electrician & he was amazing at his job & was also one of the nicest people you could ever meet. We asked him to get us an estimate on replacing our fluorescent lights with LED fixtures. We decided to have our large ones done now & the smaller ones at a later time. We also asked that Cody be the one who does our installations. We are very impressed with his work & will not hesitate to call on Mr Electric for all of our electrical needs. When we know of a friend or family member that is in need of electrical work, we will always refer to them.

    I highly recommend Mr. Electric! Tyler, Nick, and Adam were excellent. They were able to come out same day for a quote and schedule work within 3 business days. Their services were friendly, professional and very consultative, helping me understand the process and best recommendations as a first time homeowner. Our home inspection recommended GCFI installation and revealed a few electrical issues - Tyler was able to fix the issues almost immediately and consult with me on best practices to get our home up to code. We added LED can lights to our living room and kitchen and it looks 1000x better! I am incredibly pleased with their service and look forward to hiring them for some future projects.

    I called on a Saturday for an outlet that had stopped working and I did not think I would be able to have someone at my house on that day, but they were able to get someone there within a two hour time frame. He was very knowledgeable spotted the issue and also noted for me reason for the outlet stopped and a further problem I will need to repair in the future.

    We had water in our panel box, the breaker that called it quits had wet wires. We had them just replace it all, they recommended the outside part also, so it wouldn’t happen again, and to get it up to code. They did a fabulous job- even hubby was impressed! They were professional, courteous and didn’t seem bothered by my sometimes annoying dog!! My only complaint was I called a couple times to ask a question, was told I’d get a call back by end of day and both times, no call. I did get a manager call the following Monday and he was able to answer. The day of service I got an email at 6:45 that they were on the way, phone call at 7:15 that they’d be here within the hour. They got here at 8:45, came to my door at 9..

    Very happy customer! The company sent me an email with a picture of Josh and the lines of communication were awesome. Josh came out yesterday to give us a free estimate on: ceiling fan and light install; outlet replacement; installation of motion light switch for pantry door; new installation of electrical outlet. He itemized everything and the price was much better than a competitor. My husband and I decided to have the work done and Josh had an opening today! He came out prepared and got right to work. He tackled the new outlet install first. Sadly, there was an obstruction in the attic that would not allow for the electric line to be installed through the attic. Josh explained the other option, which I did not want to pursue (a trench in the wall and going through studs), so we decided not to have the new outlet done. The other jobs were finished and when I asked if they offered a discount, Josh said “yes” and applied it. We would definitely use Mr. Electric again…..thanks, Josh!

    Needed some electric work done. Got a quote and approved it. When they came to do work they asked questions about what was quoted. We discussed it. They explained thr job very well. Went over options. They were able to cut some costs for me. Job was done quickly and they did an excellent job.

    David was awesome he was so professional he explained what he was doing he was respectful. I had a horrible time with my home warranty company for the past 8 weeks when the finally said I could get my own company I'm so glad I called Mr electric. They gave me a next day appointment. Davis was on time and represented this company well. You want the job done right call Mr electric and request David!

    They emailed me a picture of the electrician who was coming. Which was nice so I knew who to expect. He was very clean when he worked. Was very fast. And everything works great. If I had any other electrical problems, I would definitely call Mr. electric.

    I chose this place because they had free estimates. They had a couple cancellations and came out about an hour after I called. I needed an outlet repaired, and while I could've done it myself, I decided not to spend the time and worry on me. Anyway, the electrician was very friendly and down-to-earth and answered a few questions I had about other stuff. He replaced the outlet right away. I'll be calling this company back when I'm ready for more electrical repairs.

Nick showed up today and he was easy to talk to, gave clear options on my installation and was extremely efficient and respectful. Even the call Center is efficient.     The breaker for the heat pump was tripping periodically. The heat pump was serviced and no problems were indicated. Next thing to do was replace the breakers. The tech, James Pinson was dispatched and arrived on time. He provided an estimate and replaced the breakers and was on his way. James was very personable and professional. Small job … but would not hesitate to use Mr. Electric again !

    I scheduled an appointment for an electrician to come to my house to perform a relatively simple, straightforward job. I was told they would arrive between noon and 2:00 p.m. on the day scheduled and that they would email me the technician's name and photo beforehand (for security purposes). I had not heard from them by noon, so I called at 12:05 p.m. to confirm my appointment. I was assured that it was still set and that they would be there. However, at 1:30 p.m., they called to say they got caught up on other jobs and were not coming. They said they might be able to come the next day, but that does not work for my schedule. I told them to forget it and that I would look for a more reliable and professional company instead. I read other reviews from customers who experienced this same problem, so this was not an isolated incident. I would NOT recommend Mr. Electric!

    After all the issues I've been having with contractors lately, I had no faith. Then Ryan shows up and goes above and beyond what I was expecting. He is very respectful and understanding. The work was super and looks great. I would and have recommended this company. The pricing was way cheaper than anyone. If you are looking to get electric done this is the place to go
