Sal is a friendly, professional, knowledeable, fair and reasonable businessman. His teams have always met my landscaping requirements. Many of my neighbors have complimented me on what a pleasure it is to look at my well manicured and inviting landscape. I recommend Total Maintenance without hesitation. They know what they're doing, and they do it well.

The guys that come to do the work every few weeks are great. The owner, Sal is not honest and decides to change the cost of somehting after a price was agreed upon. I agreed to have the sprinkler guys come out and was told it was $75. When I got the bill it was $55 a zone plus the cost of materials. He did not like when I questioned this invoice - I paid it although I disagreed. But when I emailed him a few week later abou the grass still dying he ignored emails so I cancelled service. I think a lot of these are fake reviews on google....look at the reviews on Yelp.

I have lived on the ocean for over 20 years now and I have always struggled with groundskeepers doing a decent job. I have tried many, many companies and yet I have never found one that can do a detailed and good job. Now I am using Total Maintenance and after their first visit I was so pleasantly impressed with their attention to detail and perfection. My property has never looked this good in 20 years! Wow! I’m adding an update after using Total Maintenance for a year. They have done a great job and everything is well maintained.

Total was absolutely fabulous! They did a great job grooming my landscaping and handled a pretty serious drainage issue the very next day after meeting me to look at what was involved, and completed the work at a very reasonable price.

He and his team are neat, worked quickly without compromising the quality of work, cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and created a lush, tropical paradise. Sal and his crew have done a great job maintaining my yard. I bought a foreclosure and over time Sal has redesigned and replaced almost all of my landscaping. I get compliments from all my neighbors about how great it looks. Sal also handles my monthly landscape and pest control for my lawn and trees. His crew is always neat and courteous and they do a great job. My yard always looks neat and pristine. Sal is more than just a landscape company too. I’ve used him to fix a drainage problem and install landscape lighting in my backyard. I have and will continue to recommend Sal and his company to anyone who asks.

They were very courteous, polite and hard working! Our patio involved relocating a sprinkler head and removal of several large plantings, and the installation of some new plantings around a new patio made of attractive brick pavers. It was finished off with new mulch in all the garden beds. And all of this was completed in just one day! We couldn't be happier! Sal and his team did a tremendous job. They did some sprinklers and sod for our backyard and front side of the house. They also planted in our front garden and did some great mulch and rock work. We love our garden! Sal designed a beautiful space for us from start to finish. He was very reliable and created an outdoor paradise. He is very knowledgeable and creative and now we have plants that are unique and gorgeous. Our lighting showcases our property perfectly. His crew were also wonderful. Sal and his team were fantastic! Sal designed a beautiful upgrade to our front and back yards that involved a lot of changes. They completed the entire project in 2 days, as promised, including planting, installing lighting, replacing mulch with river rocks, and repairing uneven pavers on our pool deck. The results are even better than expected. There were minor changes to the original estimate as the project progressed, but Sal kept me informed of these and gave me options so I never felt like I was being surprised or forced to pay more.

Sal is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His team came out and completed the work meticulously and we are extremely pleased with the results. If there were six stars, they would get them!

We have been with total maintenance inc. Since 2018. Recommended by our neighbor when we bought then. They do all kinds of landscape work so they maintain even irrigation. Install drainage for flooding issues in driveway and it works.They also have thier own nursery for products. They are consistent on general mowing and grounds on a regular schedule. Repair service is very quick and done right the first time. They work and suggested plants when doing design, that is important to know here in Fl since heat and sun duration are key to what survives. Never an issue with the crews and if you ask them to do something it gets done. That’s service!
