Few years ago came here and must say was not satisfied. Gave my paperwork to one of the recruiters cause I was stood up by the one who was originally supposed to receive me. Was supposed to get a call back never got it. Well 3 years later I am planning on going back. I feel like I have to accomplish my one true dream.

After calling several different Army Recruiting Offices around me (this one is an hour away from my house), this was the only office that actually answered. Unfortunately, the guy who answered at this location was very rude and very short with me. He strictly said, "they do not work weekends, nor will stay after on weekdays". (I work Monday through Friday until 6 PM). After contacting someone from the Commanding Office sharing my complaint about this guy, I was called back from a recruiter from this location. Seemed everything was working out, and even made an appointment. Yet again, this location disappointed me, by the recruiter standing me up. I have called several times, no answer and no returned calls. I am very frustrated, because I am serious about joining.

SSG Marrero is a really respectful and helpful Man, I am thankful that I ran into him because he helped me get a job in the army for when I graduate, he helped me prepare for my ASVAB so that I can succeed,even after I was sworn in and went to processing he never went ghost on me. SSG M didn’t sugar coat anything about the service in anyway and I really respect that

Great group of recruiters at this station. SSGT Pérez being the main one who has gone above and beyond for me. I was unsure, at first, about the Army, but Pérez reassured me, with ample information and experience with the recruiting process, that I couldn't find online. It took me a minute to finally track this station down, it was the only one there was around. I was very serious about joining and I got a huge disappointment. I kept getting thrown around to different recruiters at the location for starters. I had already given them all my proper paperwork and did everything I needed to do. Eventually, I couldn't get a call back or anyone to answer the phone. It has been a while, hopefully they have some fresh recruiters in who know how to do their job.

I came to talk to Staff Sergeant Marrero after he gave me his card. I wanted to know about my options with the Army. He offered me the deal of a lifetime. All these guys are cool but Sergeant Marrero will do what he can to help you get the best job for you in the service. Go talk to him if you're thinking about joining!!
