    Excellent buying experience from start to finish. Great people, upfront and completely honest throughout the entire process. At a time where so many dealers are taking advantage of customers it is refreshing to work with a dealership that has such a high level of integrity and honesty in doing business. I will be a future customer and will happily recommend this dealership to friends and family without hesitation. Keep up the great work and thank you for an excellent experience. If I could give this dealership an eleven I would. A big thank you to everyone at Parsons.

    I was in the process of trying to buy a car, I informed Kathryn I was in the process of rebuilding my credit, when a deal could not be reached, parsons put my name out into cyber space and now I can't stop the creditors who seek out the desperate from blowing up my phone, I think this was a bad decision on their part. The answer was yes or no,I never gave them permission to put my name out there in their desperate attempt to sell a car. Bad practice.

    Dave in the collisions department was incredible to work with after I hit a deer! I was so nervous leaving my car in an unknown town with people I didn’t know but they did an incredible job fixing it up, it looks good as new!

    Even after my service Mark in Service checked on my Compass displaying “CAL” all the time and told me what it was and even suggested removing magnetic antennas from car, which worked. Thank you Mark for. Giving me piece of mind. Kudos to Parsons!

    We visited while on a vacation and the service advisor Mark Bednarz gave us a frank assessment of the parts needed and when we could expect them. We were able to schedule a visit early on our day of departure. The parts were ready, the work was done in a reasonable time and the car is working perfectly. Our experience was excellent.

    I felt very welcomed at the dealership. Cody Lorenz and Scott Furtak did an excellent job both with the sales and the financial data. I've done business with 2 other GM dealerships over a 30 some year period. Those dealerships no longer carry the Buick line so my future purchases will be done at Parson's of Eagle River. Thanks again for a very nice experience! Keep up the good work!

    Dave in the collision department is awesome. He did everything he could to make my experience with the insurance as easy as possible. He knows what he is doing when it comes to his job and he gets an A+++ for customer Service. Scott helped me get what I needed with regards to an extended warranty product on the car that I purchased from the GMC dealer in Colorado Springs. They wanted to sell me a product that was inferior to what Scott had available. Thanks again to Dave for suggesting that I talk with Scott. Finally the girl whose name I didn't get, in the service department took time to discuss her experience with 2016 Terrains in terms of repairs and offer some advice on how to delay the need for timing chain replacement. I have relied on Parson's for years and will continue to do so when I am here in the summers. Thank you everyone!

    We were quoted $410.00for brakes. We were charged $460.00. Then we were charged $135.00 to check on the ABS light that comes on periodically. Our tires were rotated and we came home with less air in the tires than when we arrived. They weren't even at the recommended 35psi. The lowest one was at 31psi.

    Called to inquire on a new truck and they said they wanted 8000 dollars down and could not tell me what the payments would be lol that's a joke they really want to sell a truck I guess we're keeping the one we leased WoW

    Other than long wait for parts (supply chain) and scheduling appointment (labor shortage), problems it seems everybody has now, service was taken care of as promised. They even called in the middle of repairs to update me and ask my opinion. Charges were reasonable.

    I was very pleased with Parson's staff. I was looking for a specific car and stopped in with my laundry list of "wants". I was greeted by Andrew and he was very helpful, patient and kind. He spent a good deal of time over the last month looking for the car I needed with all my criteria. When he finally found my car, I was out of town and he was able to hold it for me until I was able to come and test drive it - he held it for an entire week! I was surprised that a dealership would do something like that. While working with Andrew, I never felt pressured in any way to purchase any other car than the one I wanted, which was amazingly refreshing. I've been coming to Parson's to service our previous two Buick vehicles for a while and Chad in service has also been a delight to work with over the years. My experience with Chad is actually the reason I chose to shop for my new car at Parson's. Truly a great experience all around. You can tell the staff there like their jobs and work well with one another. That says a lot to me about the owners and the kind of people who work there. Thank you!

    I experienced excellent customer service and there was a friendly atmosphere all around. (I had a tour of the facility and met the staff.) Parsons of Eagle River has a great selection of vehicles to test-drive! Gregg was a great help in finding a car that was a perfect fit for me.

    Fantastic and Friendly Staff, all of them!! I never have to wait past the amount of time they estimate something will take and when I arrive at my appointment time, my vehicle is very shortly being worked on. LOVE THIS PLACE!
