This is a great location with complete full service and extremely professional individual working the counter. Bryssa was very helpful and we were in and out of the store in literally next to no time at all. Her caring customer focused work ethic is outstanding! We will definitely be back when the need arises. We had notary and copy work done while there. Can't say enough good things about the service! I drove to this Lynn Haven location because the location on 23rd Street computers were down. Bryssa assisted me in sending an overnight package to Georgia. Although they too were experiencing the same technical issues as the other store location, Bryssa was so calm and had the best personality. She was so positive and cool. What a great person to encounter! UPS is blessed to have such a beautiful Ray of Sunshine working for them!

Wow this store is incredible. The owner was so kind to me on the phone helping me create a perfect menu print. When I was slowly stressing out. I sent them the wrong one a few times and they were so incredibly sweet to me and patient. 10/10 beat UPS store in bay county. My menus turned out so nice too! I am so happy! Thank you for your kindness and beautiful work.

Staff is extremely friendly, fast, and efficient. By far the easiest shipping carrier location in Bay County! Owner is great as well, on site, and willing to help. We ship on average 75 packages a week through them.

I feel that every time I use this service that what ever it is Iam sending out it will make it to the person that I am sending it too. It a feeling of security.

You’ve heard of “God Bless the USA”, well that is true. But also God Bless this UPS! Not in the passive aggressive southern way, but in a thank goodness for them existing and providing above excellent service way. They were able to save some documents of mine that were incorrect so I could change them and still make it to its destination on time. They are all kind, helpful, and provide amazing service you couldn’t believe! So whatever your needs are, if they can do it, come to this UPS! They seriously rock!
