One of the best places to walk, jog while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Enlightening as well. They have plaques to identify the different trees, shrubs, flowers and other type's of flora. No pets allowed. The geese are bad enoughppp

Perhaps the most delightful place in Moscow. Because of the wide variety of plants and trees, there is something to see at just about any time of the year. There are plenty of trails, some easy, some slightly challenging.

A good place for wandering and getting lost in the moment. A lot to see and it is a well taken care of place. Bring a picnic basket and hang out and relax. See the sights and enjoy the smells of all the plants. Find things you have not seen before.

One of the Moscow/Pullman areas most beautiful places to visit! It has the highest and lowest elevation points inside Moscow city limits. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area, especially during the spring months when everything is blooming!

Went this very peaceful place. We drove from Spokane WA, where it was hot, on the way to the Arboretum, hubbo and I cut up in the rain and cooler earthy smell. We love the fresh air and rain after the heat waive. Arboretum is not crowded...would be greatnplace to read, or do yoga.

Was not expecting such a beautiful arboretum in such a dry landscape. All the plants are displayed within specific regions— Asia, Europe, Western US, Eastern US, etc. Such an extensive collection of species. Highly recommend going to see this if you are visiting the Moscow/Pullman area. Found that there’s free parking available near the golf course, signs specifically noting arboretum guest parking.

The U of I arboretum is always very peaceful and very beautiful. My wife and friends have been doing our tri-weekly runs here for a few years now, and we come here to walk, talk, relax, and just go somewhere where it's quiet. It can get a bit muddy after it rains, so keep that in mind if you plan on going off of the gravel paths.

This place is kinda magical for me. It's always a safe and comforting place, well maintained, and a great trek. And some of the sights and such of this living museum just makes you go "wow". Highly recommend checking it out!

My family and I visited this garden for the first time and it was stunning. They have so many different varieties of trees here from all parts of the world. They even have several fruit trees where people can go right up and pick a pear to eat. Great place. I would recommend a visit.

The perfect place to take a nice nature walk. Lots of plants, flowers, and trees from different parts of the world. The University of Idaho does an amazing job maintaining the grounds. Highly recommend for those of all ages!

There’s something so special about this place! If you were dropped off here and didn’t know where, you’d never know it was in a college city. The beautifully manicured landscape and Botanical Gardens are breathtaking. The rolling green hills are something else, if you’re sitting there by yourself, it’s like a scene from a movie. I hope this place is continued to be cherished and cared for for decades to come. More cities need a place like this, and more people need to visit and support them.

I love it here, it's so pretty!! It's a nice walk, and I love seeing the geese and hearing the frogs. The trees and flowers are beautiful and look even better once everything has bloomed and has leafs. Daffodils are my favorite so I absolutely freaked out when I saw these adorable tiny ones.

I've been visiting this arboretum for nearly 30 years but today was a first- spotted a juvenile moose in the pond and snacking on some mushrooms.
