Easily the worst Goodwill I have ever visited. Piles upon piles of pure junk and high prices to go with the items. The staff are rude and don’t have a clue how to interact with people. Well, at least my wife won’t have to worry about me shopping too much at Goodwill anymore since they are the only one here in Sierra Vista. Never coming into this craphole again. EDIT: I braved going into this dump so I could get a few pics. This place needs management that can lead these employees and fix this horrible mess.

Small but adequate. I was surprised at all the name brand items they had in there. I bought two items that still had tags on. Will return.

This Goodwill is very Expensive for a place that gets everything donated to them, people are better off going to Walmart or the dollar store. My son outgrew some jeans that were brand new I donated them elsewhere because I didn't want this goodwill to put a high price tag on the stuff I donate. Sad

These people who work here do not greet you as they open up in the morning. Very rude when dropping off donations yelling “ WERE NOT TAKING ANYMORE DONATIONS!”with mean expression on their faces. They act more like gang members than goodwill employees. What ever happened to all the male employees. They were polite and got the Job done ✔️ and definitely had manners. You people need to work on your self conduct.

Good items rotate in frequently; to bad it is as disorganized as my preteen daughters closet and you have to rummage through to find things haphazardly stack a top each other.

This was one of the messiest good will stores I have visited. Some areas were better organized than others, but the overall organization was not great. The kids items were not grouped by size or gender so it was extremely time consuming to find the right clothes for my toddler. There were also areas were stuff was piled on top of other stuff. Some of the items were also quite dirty. The prices were not bad and the staff was nice enough, but I don't think I will visit here again. I will shop The Clothing Exchange for my thrift store needs.

My granddaughter accidentally dropped a pair of shoes and the worker came and grabbed them and threw em on the shelf and then complained about it at the front very rude and talking to people with no respect, and mind you no my granddaughter doesn't look like the average 10 year old in height and features but she is a young child and you don't talk to people under age disrespectful manner.

There’s a good variety of clothing, though nothing much for XXXL and above. Few hats, few electronics on display. Rather underwhelming in books and DVD.

Went to Goodwill on a mission to find a couple of movies for family night and came out with several good ones. Store employees were very courteous, informative regarding store discounts and we will most certainly go back. Store was a tad messy BUT that is to be expected considering it was almost closing time.

This Goodwill is a bit pricey compared to other locations, but it's the best place in town to thrift clothing. It had a much larger and varied selection of clothing. I've found some real gems here, especially in decor and furniture. I just wish it was better organized. They have a big rack where womens plus-sized clothing of all kinds is just kind of thrown all onto one long isle rack. It makes it frustrating to look through, especially when the sizes are all mixed together. There is a huge difference between an XL and a XXXL after all. It's pretty obvious that they don't put much care towards plus size clothing, but hey, if you're a smaller size, I guess that's not really a problem.

The most disappointing Goodwill I've ever been to. The store needs a deep cleaning and reorganization. There is literal trash on the shelves. Clothing is just thrown up on the racks and not put up by sizing anymore. Seems like the employees here have gotten very lazy.

This store could use a deep reorganization. Everything appears to be sorted into size categories. Until you begin looking for a particular size. It all needs to be taken off the rack and rearranged. It would be so much easier on the customers, but also on the employees. Also, when bringing in donations, everyone who hangs clothes should be looking at the quality of the items. I cannot tell you the high number of pieces I have seen with holes, rips, tears, missing pieces and spots of who knows what. It's crazy. I understand it's all donations, but some standards should be considered. I'll still come in and shop for certain items, but as for the clothing, my time and money is better spent elsewhere.

This is now the most expensive Goodwill I've ever been to. I came across at least 7 items that were priced higher than what they would cost new at original store!! Even stuff that was in disrepair was priced too high. Saw 2 non vintage empty wine bottles selling for $3/each!! So disappointed! Can't see myself going there again.

overall very good. I always find good bargains of things I need and things I didn't know I need. There was quite a long line but they finally got a second checker. Still my favorite thrift store!

I would like to see announcements of spontaneous sales. Kind of like a Blue Light Special that Kmart used to have. Some of the shelves are overcrowded. I don't see why it would hurt to have a 50% off sale now and then when things get too overloaded.
