We've been using Bright Star home care services since earlier this year and have been pleased. We were able to establish a consistent relationship with a Bright Star caregiver, Leona, about three months ago, and she has been wonderful. She's always on time, cheerful, and eager to help, and she is developing a good relationship with Mom (who suffers from dementia). Additionally, we've been impressed with other Bright Star staff, especially Nurse Chris, who comes to check on Mom every two months and update her care plan as needed. She's professional, knowledgeable and personable, and we appreciate her. Also, Danielle C. in the Sierra Vista office has been a pleasure to work with when schedule issues arise.

Caregivers: Krystal, Nancy, Shyanne, Josie have been fabulous caregivers for my dad. Nurse Chris has been fantastic at making sure he has all of his prescriptions and he has what he needs to maintain his health. All the people at BrightStar who have cared for him have been wonderful and it gives us, his children, peace of mind that someone is checking on him and caring for him because we do not live in the same state.

Ellison is a fantastic home health aid and goes above and beyond to provide quality care. He truly cares about his clients and this shows in his work. He works with someone I know who will not allow any other caregiver into his home except Ellison.

Bright Star of Sierra Vista is amazing. Beginning with the office staff, Krystal, Danielle, and another person have always worked with me to meet my schedule. Then nurse Chris A. is very good at what she does, keeping me informed about any health issues I need to be aware of. And the caregivers are awesome! While they all have their unique way of doing things, Mary A., Jessica V., Destry L., Linda R., Sereya T., Krystal S., Nancy D., Vicky, and others go above and beyond to help me out. Simply put, Bright Star is the best.

Bright Star has been very helpful as I piece together in-home care for my mother. The care givers - specifically Jessica and Claudia - are experienced, flexible and communicate clearly. The head office staff are very quick to get back with answers to questions. I can confidently recommend Bright Star.

We have some pretty wonderful aids. April, Angie (Angela), Bob, (Robert), Laurie, Sherry, and Osiria are such hard workers and wonderful people. They're always on time and get right to helping my husband with all his needs and then with housekeeping. They are very friendly, easy to talk with and visit with and always arrive with a smile on their face. The ladies in the office, Danielle and Crystal are so helpful and understanding. They go above and beyond helping to get a good fit for my husband and our family with the aids they send to us. Chris, the lady who did our care plan and does regular assessments in our home is great. She is always very thorough and makes sure all my husband's needs are being met and the care plan is up to date. Everyone has been very caring. Thank you, to each of you, for all you do and the help you provide. We greatly appreciate you!!

We began our journey with Bright Star October 2022. Nurse Chris came out and did an initial visit and got a very thing set up to provide care for my Dad. I cannot say enough about Chris! I have needed weekly visits from a home health nurse for the past two years. Nurse Teresa from BrightStar has been wonderful. She is very experienced and outstanding at her job and she is so personable that she makes our appointments feel like visits with a friend.
